Since the strong intermittency and fluctuation of wind power easily leads to the difficulty of real-time power balance in system operation and the relatively expensive cost of energy storage, this paper will take the high proportion of wind power system as an example to analyze the configuration and operation of energy storage. Firstly, the generation plan curve of the unit is drawn and the system unit power supply cost is calculated, and finally the reliability of the model and the quadratic planning algorithm is checked by genetic algorithm. Secondly, the solution with the lowest overall system cost is solved. 摘要

随着风力发电技术的不断发展和投资的不断增加,全球风力发电装机规模快速增长。由于风电具有较强的间歇性和波动性,容易导致系统运行时功率实时平衡困难,且储能成本相对昂贵,本文将以风电系统占比较高为例,对储能的配置和运行进行分析。首先绘制机组发电计划曲线,计算系统机组供电成本,最后利用遗传算法对模型和二次规划算法的可靠性进行校核。其次,求出系统总成本最低的解决方案。最后,建立模型并结合模糊层次分析法得到最优的电力平衡方案,并通过一致性检验确定方案的可行性和有效性。
