Based on the important position and functional role of lactic acid bacteria in Chinese Baijiu and the progress of microbial analysis and detection technology, the research on lactic acid bacteria has become more and more in-depth in recent years. In this paper, by consulting relevant literature, the Schrödinger equation proposed by Schrödinger is used to describe the state of motion of microscopic particles. He has made great contributions to the development of quantum mechanics, and it is the first time to express the volatility of particles in the form of specific formulas. The Schrödinger equation is important in the microscopic world and is close to the position of Newton's laws of motion in classical mechanics. Therefore, a research on the cost forecast of civil engineering based on multi-dimensional data mining is proposed, which combines data mining technology and cost forecasting. Based on the results of data mining, the predictive data is preprocessed, and the factor that has the greatest impact on the cost is screened out, which is the installation cost of the building in the project. And design a fitting function to preprocess the data. Establish a civil engineering cost prediction model. The first step is to determine historical indicators, search for corresponding historical data based on actual engineering data, and transform the prediction characteristics of the data, and finally complete the civil engineering cost prediction, and finally prove it through test experiments. Personal information is always exposed to risks. Protecting personal information from infringement in the big data era has become an urgent problem to be solved. This paper studies from three aspects. First, it analyzes the importance of personal information security protection in the big dataera: maintaining normal social production and life order, protecting personal physical and mental health and property safety, and reducing the occurrence of cyber crimes. Second, it summarizes the problems existing in personal information security protection in the big data era: serious disclosure of personal privacy information, malicious attacks on personal privacy by cyber hackers, low awareness of personal information security protection, and imperfect laws and regulations on personal information security protection.
