Then analyzed the various causes of electric vehicle fire accidents, such as spontaneous combustion, crash fire, etc. Explaining the three major causes of thermal runaway and the mechanism of thermal runaway in batteries. Proposing some measures and suggestions to solve the thermal runaway of electric vehicles. The method is to find the problems that affect the efficiency of the RFID system according to the actual needs of the system in the public library, and try to optimize and improve the algorithm. This article first uses the principle of RFID technology as an entry point and introduces the principle of pure ALOHA algorithm in detail. Given its throughput rate curve with the amount of communication tags, this paper introduces the improved frame slot ALOHA algorithm based on the slot ALOHA algorithm. Then it introduces the tag quantity estimation mechanism, tag polling mechanism and privacy protection mechanism, analyzes several commonly used RFID tag quantity estimation mechanisms, and discusses the three RFID privacy protection mechanisms in detail and compares them with each other. Finally, the application of RFID technology in public libraries in China and the United States in the past decade has been investigated. It is found that the number of public libraries in both countries adopting RFID technology is in a rapid growth trend and the use rate of book tags and bookshelf tags is high. The experimental results show that compared with the pure ALOHA algorithm, the frame slot ALOHA algorithm has a significant increase in throughput. When the frame length is equal to the number of tags to be read, the throughput rate reaches the highest 36.78%. In order to monitor the change of land use in Shijiazhuang City, the Sentinel-2 remote sensing data images from 2019 to 2022 were selected, processed by supervised classification and analyzed for dynamic changes. The result shows: the area of building land has shown an increasing trend, and the proportion of cultivated land occupied by urban expansion is the highest, and the change is most obvious in the city center; forest area increased; rivers show a tendency to expand, and the rivers represented by the Hutuo River have the most obvious changes. During the four-year period, the center of gravity of the city has changed, and the center of gravity of the city will move to the southwest in 2019-2020; the center of gravity of the city moves to the north from 2019 to 2022. On this basis, the Dagum Gini coefficient decomposition was used to investigate the regional differences and influencing factors of coordinated development of urban-rural integration and ecological environment in China in depth. It is found that: (1) The overall trend of urban-rural integration and ecosystem resilience level is on the rise, but there are obvious divergent characteristics. (2) The coordinated development level of urban-rural integration and ecosystem resilience is lower in western and northeastern China. (3) At the national level, the relative difference in the coordination level between urban-rural integration and ecosystem resilience is gradually decreasing, but the gap between regions is increasing. Regional differences are still the reason for the difference in the coordination development level. Affected by factors such as fragile ecology, single industrial structure, weak innovation foundation and geographical disadvantages, low-carbon (LC) pilot policies will hinder technological innovation in resource-based cities, large cities and western cities. The results show that the pilot policy of LC cities has significantly promoted the growth of urban green total factor productivity, but this effect shows typical heterogeneity in different regions; In the eastern pilot cities, it is significantly positive, while in the central and Western pilot cities, it is significantly negative. After decomposing urban green total factor productivity into urban green technological progress and technological efficiency, it is found that the pilot policy of LC city has a significant effect on urban technological efficiency and urban green technological progress.
