A correct determination of the motor shaft position is crucial for the success of any process. Rotary Gray encoders are often used to determine motor shaft position because of the reliability of their readings. In this paper, two error detection and masking mechanisms are developed to ensure the correctness of the data produced by the encoder for applications requiring either a small number of codewords or a larger number of codewords. These mechanisms rely on analyzing data from three identical encoders, such that the correct reading is produced even if one of the encoders fails and outputs a non-codeword or an incorrect codeword. The authors propose to improve the preprocessing stage of a three-dimensional scan extremity stump model using denoising. Ten 3D scans were selected for testing. Additive white Gaussian noise was considered. Three denoising algorithms (average filtering, linear heat diffusion, bilateral filtering) were discussed. SNR was calculated before and after denoising. Then the δ-SNR and the δavg-SNR were calculated. The execution time of algorithms with averaging more than 1000 runs was also estimated. Denoising was performed on three-dimensional models obtained by optical scanning of patients with lower limb stumps. Many researchers have exploited CNN for breast cancer detection. This study provides an Internet of Things (IoT) friendly implementation of CNN for breast cancer detection. To achieve faster time to Market, Deep-learning Processing Unit (DPU) on Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) is adopted for the CNN hardware implementation. Technological developments, especially in the telecommunications sector, have significantly increased competition. In fact, this is a challenge for many companies, which are constantly trying to stay in the market, so steps must be taken to see where you are operating to achieve a competitive position in the market. Regarding the need to pay attention to the effects of the business environment, it is very important to understand the opportunities that the environment offers and the commitment of the company to deal with them effectively. The business environment is very different from each other depending on the environment in which it operates. But focusing on what is common to every company, this study presents some insights that can be helpful for every other telecommunication company. This research can serve as a basis for improving customer relations with the company by identifying their requirements based on technological development. Different statistical analyses, including the Chi-Square Test of Interdependency, are conducted to assess the performance of the telecommunication company. By analyzing the internal factors, a strategy for increasing and improving the overall performance has been proposed. Their reliability can be increased by using fault-tolerant architectures such as Triple Modular Redundancy (TMR). Furthermore, error detection and diagnosis can significantly reduce downtime. This paper first proposes an Analog Error Detection and Masking (AEDM) circuit that produces a correct analog reading as long as at least two of the three analog sensors are operational even if the readings are not identical. This circuit operates in the analog domain. It is then combined with a Digital Error Detection and Masking (DEDM) circuit from the literature, and it is proven that the combined mechanism can detect up to one failure while identifying the failure type (sensor failure or Analog to Digital converter (ADC) failure). This mechanism is then slightly adapted by adding two multiplexers to detect up to two failures simultaneously (one sensor and one ADC). Both mechanisms can propagate a correct output to the rest of the system while also identifying the erroneous modules for easier diagnosis and less repair time. In this regard, I had previously conducted a study on the advantages and disadvantages of open data, where I introduced some important components like standardization, use efficiency, and data security. In this regard, I carried out a third study in which I determined whether people and other parties are pleased with data standardization, whether these data are appropriate for the application, and how secure they are. A total of 748 respondents took part in the study, including professionals in the field who were questioned in-depth via interviews. The general public was polled using an online and paper questionnaire. Regression and correlation analyses will be performed using the SPSS program. Through interviews and questionnaires with citizens and other parties, the results demonstrated that the uniformity of data is a factor with a major impact on the improvement of e-government services. The study will act as a roadmap for my dissertation and for other writers interested in investigating this topic. To achieve this quality modern educational technologies within a technological approach are used in universities. The technological approach to education, which provides precise instrumental management of the pedagogical university process and guarantees educational aim achievement, is now being actively developed by the scientists. To improve the quality of educational process university teachers try to use different modern innovative technologies that are a system in which a pre-designed educational process is consistently realized to ensure the achievement of pedagogical goals, different pedagogical tasks, to increase the effectiveness of educational process, and to guarantee its high level. In this article different innovative technologies will be presented, such as the technology of collective creative activity by I.P. Ivanov that enables to develop creative characteristics of students, their ability to work in a team and others. An interactive technology is a type of the communicative technology that provides a feedback between subjects and objects of qualitative education. It's a special dialog form of pedagogical process, the purpose of which is to create comfortable conditions for learning, where a student feels his success, his intellectual consistency. The examples of using interactive technologies at English lessons in a technical university are given in the article.
