It is noted that the acquisition of excellent knowledge and skills by future officers and the level of professionalism that meets modern requirements also depends on the teacher-intern relationship. The article suggests three styles of activity: 1) preventive style (the teacher actively influences and follows the development of the student's personality); 2) supportive style (the teacher adapts to the development of the trainee's personality - supports the best in the development of his personality); 3) situational style (teacher only has a situational impact on the development of the trainee and his personality). It is emphasized that the \"personality\" approach is now a strategic task of pedagogical technology in the process of military education. The factor that creates the system in this approach is the unique personality of the student. Based on psychological research, the position of the individual began to be defined by philosophers as a structural-personality structure that reflects the nature of the relationship between the individual and society: The position of the individual is a system of relations of the individual to society, other people and himself, stable, intuitive. \u0000 ","PeriodicalId":18713,"journal":{"name":"Modern Applied Science","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-01-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"87714006","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The literature demonstrates that different techniques have been developed in the past to handle the maximum amount of flow that the network can handle. The Ford-Fulkerson algorithm and Dinic's Algorithm are the two major algorithms for solving these types of problems. Also, the Max-Flow Min-Cut Theorem, the Scaling Algorithm, and the Push–relabel maximum flow algorithm are the most acceptable methods for finding the maximum flows in a flow network. In this novel approach, the paper develops an alternative method of finding the maximum flow between the source and target nodes of a network based on the \"max-flow.\" Also, a new algorithmic approach to solving the transportation problem (minimizing the transportation cost) is based upon the new maximum flow algorithm. It is also to be noticed that this method requires a minimum number of iterations to achieve optimality. This study's algorithmic approach is less complicated than the well-known meta-heuristic algorithms in the literature. ","PeriodicalId":18713,"journal":{"name":"Modern Applied Science","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-01-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"79467808","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The objective of this article is to examine how businesses develop and utilize ACAP to aid with transformation. We examine how realized absorptive capacity in terms of transformation and exploitation capability directly affects organizational change and how process innovation practises act as an effective mechanism for connecting transformation and exploitation capability with organizational change, using a dynamic capability perspective and a’resourcing’ synergy perspective. To differentiate ourselves, we focus on both an evolving organizational structure and an emerging economy context in this research. The findings and discussion that follow on how process innovation strategies might help colleges become more entrepreneurial will interest university administrators and lawmakers.","PeriodicalId":18713,"journal":{"name":"Modern Applied Science","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-01-04","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"87636969","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

DNA damage in ovary cells of rabbit does during the 2nd parity was also studied. Two varieties were used: APRI (synthetic line) and Baladi Black (BB, Egyptian breed). A total number of 120 mature rabbit does (60 does for each breed) were 6 months of age and were used at the beginning of the breeding season. Does of each breed were divided into three equal groups according to reproductive rhythm. The 1st group was postpartum (PP). The 2nd group was 11 days after parturition (P11). The 3rd group was post-weaning (PW). There were significant (P≥0.05) differences in plasma leptin concentration during 1st parity. The highest value of plasma leptin concentration was recorded by the PW group at mating. Also, there were significant differences in plasma insulin and T3 hormones concentrations of doe rabbits. The highest value of plasma insulin concentration was recorded by the PW group at mating in 1st parity and the highest value of plasma T3 hormone concentration was recorded for the PS group at mating. While there were insignificant differences during 2nd parity in T3 hormone concentration in rabbits, the differences of plasma glucose and triglyceride concentrations of doe rabbits during 1st parity and 2nd parity were significant. However, the highest significant value of plasma glucose concentration was recorded by the PW group at mating. On the other hand, there were insignificant differences in plasma urea concentration of doe rabbits during 1st parity and 2nd parity. Finally, no significant effects were observed on comet length, head diameter, tail length, or DNA % tail.","PeriodicalId":18713,"journal":{"name":"Modern Applied Science","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"81046141","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The problems arising from this have been resolved by the outdated chaos theory in statistical physics based on the paradigm of logical thinking. However, it was founded by classical physicists, and it is imperfect and vague, moreover, very difficult for others. Therefore, we require a perfect systematic solution based on systems thinking, such as systems analytical methods in engineering science. Surprisingly, in 2021, a non-physicist, on behalf of a physicist, has successfully resolved the problems and achieved a new solution based on systems thinking through interdisciplinary research; moreover, it has been published. Unfortunately, most physicists do not welcome it because they have no experience and it is disadvantageous to them like the Copernican theory. In addition, they have no ability to evaluate the new solution because they do not know the analytic method. Nevertheless, non-physicists are greatly welcome it, thus, there is no problem in it. Hence, non-physicists will verify it using MATLAB or simulator and apply it to all science, on behalf of physicists. If so, non-physicists will have both a logical solution and a systematic solution for resolving nonlinear dynamics.","PeriodicalId":18713,"journal":{"name":"Modern Applied Science","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-11-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"82274755","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Carbon fibers are amongst of the additives that have high tensile strength. It is expected this fiber reduce pavement cracks which increases the fatigue life of pavement. This paper experimentally investigated the effect of the carbon fibers on bitumen specimens. Hence, the effects of fiber characteristics such as length and fiber percentage on the indirect tensile strength and Marshall stability of asphalt mixture were studied. Then, the effect of fibers on bitumen and mastic behavior, which is the main objective of the study, was evaluated. Beam specimens were subjected to three-point bending tests to determine the effect of carbon fibers. Carbon fibers had a positive effect on the tensile strength of bitumen beams at loading rates of 0.5, 2, and 5 mm/min up to 100%. Mastic exhibited a similar behavior to pure bitumen in combination with fibers.  \u0000 ","PeriodicalId":18713,"journal":{"name":"Modern Applied Science","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"88533069","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

High reliability has emerged to be the universal requirement for all optical applications. To achieve high reliability, fundamental understanding of the laser degradation behavior is crucial. In this paper, we study three cases of gradual degradataion modes of laser diodes including (1) Pattern-A that is associated with threshold current change only, (2) Pattern-B that involve both threshold current and power changes, and (3) Pattern-C that is associated with merely power change. We have instituted reliability equations for the degradation processes. The new reliability models could provide estimation on the laser end-of-life based on the degradation rate and device performance specification.","PeriodicalId":18713,"journal":{"name":"Modern Applied Science","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"91308025","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The purpose of this study was to measure any benefit of an occupational therapy (OT) intervention group with participants in an addiction recovery program. Supervised OT graduate students implemented a five-week program at a faith-based non-profit organization in a small metro community. A weekly time management occupational-based intervention group based on the Action Over Inertia (AOI) manualized protocol focuses on motivating and providing strategies to successfully reintegrate individuals into the community by using meaningful activity and positively influencing levels of occupational balance and engagement (Krupa et al., 2003). Outcome measures included self-report of time use, occupational balance, occupational engagement, and goal identification, satisfaction, and performance. The need to effectively treat individuals with SUD is a public health priority. Results demonstrated positive outcomes with self-rating of time management, self-management skills, frequency of engaging in meaningful activities, and performance and satisfaction in meeting individual goals. This research adds to the limited evidence base in the OT literature for interdisciplinary treatment of this population using a manualized occupation-based intervention. ","PeriodicalId":18713,"journal":{"name":"Modern Applied Science","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"72873350","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
