Consequently, smart factories have attracted the attention of not only business owners and policymakers but also scholars in many fields of research. However, the conception of a smart factory varies significantly depending on the approaches. This discrepancy translates into a notable divergence in creating a development strategy for a smart factory, encompassing aspects such as technology selection for investment, the enhancement of human resource strategies, and the overall development strategy for the entire enterprise. Furthermore, this disparity poses challenges in proposing a consistent science and technology policy to promote the trend of intelligent production. To address these shortcomings, the authors conducted an exhaustive literature review of published works on smart factories toestablish a comprehensive concept and delineate the primary characteristics of smart factories, providing a fundamental framework for strategic planning and investment policies. However, in Vietnam, very few works have addressed the determination of priority orders and water allocation proportions using this method. This paper focuses on the application of AHP, integrated into the decision analysis module for Excel tool (DAME), to determine the priority order and proportion of water resource allocation for the Bang Giang - Ky Cung river basin using various input data, such as water usage, production values, growth rates, etc. The results, based on scenarios of socio-economic growth up to 2025 for Cao Bang, Lang Son, and Bac Kan provinces, taking into account four main water user categories (industry, livestock, agriculture, aquaculture), and considering the entire basin, indicate that the highest proportion of water resource allocation is for the agriculture, approximately 34%, followed by livestock at 33%, industry at 22%, and finally aquaculture at 11%. Constructing a knowledge-based economy hinges on four pillars: the environment, the education system, the information infrastructure, and the innovation system. Consequently, education plays an integral role, particularly at the university level. To evaluate the educational process at universities, the academic achievements of students are consistently considered. Currently, across universities in general and An Giang University in particular, there is an escalating number of students experiencing poor academic performance, which leads to academic indebtedness, re-examinations, and delayed graduation. Hence, there is an imperative need to investigate the factors influencing students’ learning outcomes within the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at An Giang University. The primary objective of this study is to identify the factors that impact students’ learning outcomes and propose measures for enhancing these outcomes. The research encompasses two phases: qualitative research and quantitative research. Following the survey and data cleansing procedures, the sample size for analysis comprises 350 observations. The analysis outcomes reveal that four variables exhibit a positive correlation with students’ learning outcomes: family and societal factors, scholarships, infrastructure, and motivation. Phuong and As I Lay Dying by W. Faulkner. It employs M. Henry’s phenomenological insights into life and aesthetics as a theoretical framework to delve into the expression and perception of invisibility in these texts. The study demonstrates that invisibility plays a dynamic role in both novels, exploring how it is articulated, revealed, perceived, and comprehended. By immersing characters in states of dying and coma, these narratives facilitate an exploration of the invisible as a perceptual experience. Both authors delve into the realm of invisibility by granting voices to the earth and its inhabitants, simultaneously emphasizing the silences and gaps in human communication. The central objective of this article is to identify common themes and perspectives related to the manifestation of life in these two writers’ works. Both N.B. However, the progress of the mariculture industry has lagged behind its potential. While land-based aquaculture expansion appears limited, mariculture development holds pivotal importance for the sustainable growth of Vietnam’s aquaculture sector. This study aims to review the current status of mariculture in Vietnam, offer an analytical overview of the sector’s potential and challenges, and provide recommendations and policy implications for its sustainable development. Secondary data from reliable sources and existing mariculture literature inform this study. It becomes evident that Vietnam’s mariculture sector remains underdeveloped, with marine aquaculture activities primarily concentrated in nearshore areas. Small-scale production dominates, while large-scale and offshore production has not gained widespread prominence. The availability of production technology and logistic services for the mariculture sector remains limited. Various sources of risk, including disease outbreaks, environmental pollution, climate change, input quality, and rising prices, pose challenges to mariculture production. For librarians, this development becomes even more crucial to acquire the requisite skills and knowledge in the digital age. This study presents the professional development needs of staff at the Learning Resource Centre, Can Tho University, Vietnam. This study used C.P. Alderfer’s Existence Relatedness Growth (ERG) Theory of Motivation - Existence, Relatedness, and Growth (1969) [1] as a theoretical framework. A mixed-method approach was utilised to determine the professional development requirements of the staff and the associated influencing factors. A survey questionnaire was disseminated to all 28 staff members (a 100% sample) of the Learning Resource Centre via online and in-person forms. Furthermore, fifteen individual interviews were conducted to obtain detailed insights. The research findings underscore that the majority of the staff at the Centre express a keen interest in professional development. Moreover, the research pinpointed three challenges affecting career development: budgeting (both self-financed and state-sponsored), time, and familial obligations. These results aid in formulating strategies to address the professional development necessities of staff at the Learning Resource Centre in the digital age. Additionally, to analyse Vietnam’s potential export of fruits and vegetables, this study interviewed 53 Japanese consumers. The Japanese have long embraced a healthy lifestyle. Eighty percent of the Japanese participants in the survey consume fruit and vegetable products daily or 2-3 times a week. They have a wide range of places from which to purchase vegetables and fruits. From the perspective of Japanese consumers, Vietnamese fruit and vegetable products are more diverse and cheaper than those from the US, China, Thailand, etc. However, their quality is perceived to be inferior to that of these countries. The total value of Vietnamese fruit and vegetable exports to the Japanese market is quite modest, representing less than 2%. This paper aims to provide a comprehensive literature review of ongoing research on the concept and application of sustainable tourism development and climate change in the Vietnamese Mekong delta. The research discusses the literature on the concept of sustainable tourism development and offers an in-depth evaluation of the correlation between tourism and climate change in the area. In reality, there is insufficient strategic planning for the tourism industry in the context of climate change. The United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) recognise the conservation and sustainable use of seas and oceans as an indicator of a country’s development level. Humankind faces grave challenges associated with marine environmental pollution due to the accelerated pace of maritime resource extraction. Owing to the uniformity and the transboundary nature of the marine environment, preventing and reducing marine environmental pollution is not only a national concern but also a regional and global priority. As a region with diverse ecosystems and abundant marine resources, The Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) has long viewed marine environmental preservation as a cornerstone of its environmental protection strategy. This paper posits the effectiveness of ASEAN’s “soft law” and discusses member states’ cooperation through the establishment of regional documents and mechanisms to address environmental pollution. These are the typical and unique features that each community contributes to the cultural heritage of humanity. In that sense, the character of each nation, expressing its identities and personalities, has always held a peculiar allure for researchers. However, national character is a rather nebulous concept, challenging to grasp, both relative and universal. Therefore, it remains an open concept, amenable to various approaches in psychology, sociology, ethnology, anthropology, value studies, and cultural studies. While psychoanalysis and national character may initially appear unrelated, national character is ultimately influenced by factors residing in the collective unconscious. Hence, if one seeks to discern the personality of a nation, psychoanalysis provides a promising avenue. From this perspective, the study of national character from a psychoanalytic standpoint can be considered quite unique and advantageous, deserving of attention.
