The task of storing medical data is complicated by the legal significance, large volume, heterogeneous and complex structure of information. A test version of an automated workstation for medical information systems for storing and processing medical research results has been developed. In the process of creating a new medical information system, the tasks of the first stage were solved: the structure and organization of the medical data warehouse were developed; procedures have been implemented for downloading, storing and viewing the results of medical research in DICOM format, identifying each patient to provide all related research results; criteria for dividing images into categories (TRG, RCT) were developed and implemented. The new system provides support for various types of search and access to the server from any computer in the corporate network of the otolaryngology department. The current trend in the development of the Internet involves the merging of gaming and social life, which forms a huge, rapidly growing economy of consumption of virtual goods. The main factor in adjusting the trend of digital development is the evolution of the interaction between the Internet and users, therefore, the article initially considered the features and distinctive features of web 1.0, web 2.0, web 3.0. The technical solutions that distinguish web 3.0 are shown, contributing to the expansion of opportunities for involving consumers in the virtual world and the formation of their own virtual economy. Further, the concept of «metaverse» is investigated, key characteristics are highlighted. It has been established that the metaverse is a hybrid of the virtual and physical worlds, creating a space for communication, life and work. The metaverse market is growing, which makes it attractive to investors, one of the ways to invest for which is to purchase virtual land and real estate. Virtual real estate cannot be touched, but it has value, increases in price, which makes it an attractive investment. The purchase of virtual real estate is carried out for real money. Virtual real estate is a piece of land in a virtual space on which it is possible to build objects and participate in the game. Within the framework of the study, the concept of electronic voting is formalized and a list of stages. The shortcomings of existing voter authentication systems are noted. The advantages of an electronic digital signature as the most reliable method of authentication are substantiated, the disadvantages of this approach are indicated and possible ways to eliminate them are proposed. The components of the cloud signature system are described and a diagram of the signature activation protocol, which is used in the process of generating an electronic digital signature, is provided. A description of the developed voter registration protocol in the electronic voting system is presented. The possibility of using a cloud signature system as part of the voter registration protocol in the electronic voting system is demonstrated. A data processing model has been developed based on the Python programming language and neural networks, the purpose of which is to improve the recognition of objects in aerospace images. The methodology for creating a machine learning model includes defining the goals and objectives of the model, selecting an appropriate learning algorithm (in this case, neural networks), collecting and preparing a data set, tuning the model, and testing on a test data set. The author proposes a method for a comprehensive quantitative assessment of the degree of implementation of digital technologies in personnel processes based on a number of indicators and an index approach. This technique is illustrated by the example of the analysis of HR digitalization of a Belarusian IT company. The proposed system of indicators makes it possible to assess the current state of HR digital transformation and develop recommendations for its further development. The research uses general scientific and economic methods of analysis, interpretive structural modeling, modeling using Markov processes, as well as statistical methods of grouping and classifications. Recorders of systems of this class are sensitive to interference and noise caused by motor artifacts, electromagnetic interference from external sources, temporary degradation of sensors, etc. The ratio for the calculation of the heart rate is given and the calculation algorithm is described, which consists in registering an electrocardiogram, calculating the electrocardiogram spectrogram and forming the first numerical array from it, calculating the second Fourier transform of the numerical values of the rows of the first array and peak analysis of the newly obtained amplitude spectra. The methodology is based on the current algorithm for introducing digital tools into the work of construction companies, which simultaneously reflects all stages of the life cycle of construction projects and the trend towards increasing the degree of digital interaction. The composition of the enlarged components of the digitalization level includes: the level of informatization of activities (the use of classical information systems and tools) of construction organizations, the level of digitalization of key management areas (design, construction of facilities, operation, control) of construction organizations and the level of digital interaction of construction organizations within the internal and external environment. The result of solving the problem is a plan for the gross volume of final and intermediate products produced by cluster members. Examples of solving the planning problem are considered.
