The author proposes a method for a comprehensive quantitative assessment of the degree of implementation of digital technologies in personnel processes based on a number of indicators and an index approach. This technique is illustrated by the example of the analysis of HR digitalization of a Belarusian IT company. The proposed system of indicators makes it possible to assess the current state of HR digital transformation and develop recommendations for its further development. The research uses general scientific and economic methods of analysis, interpretive structural modeling, modeling using Markov processes, as well as statistical methods of grouping and classifications. 本文探讨了评估现代组织人力资源管理系统数字化水平的实际问题。作者提出了一种方法,以一系列指标和指数方法为基础,对人事流程中数字技术的实施程度进行综合量化评估。白俄罗斯一家 IT 公司的人力资源数字化分析实例说明了这一技术。拟议的指标体系可以评估人力资源数字化转型的现状,并为其进一步发展提出建议。研究采用了一般的科学和经济分析方法、解释性结构建模、马尔可夫过程建模以及分组和分类统计方法。该方法具有实用价值。
