The advancement of technology has resulted in the widespread adoption of Android applications. This paper discusses an Android application that aids visually impaired people in better understanding their surroundings and overcoming social, environmental, and technological difficulties. Mobile phones and cameras have become commonplace in our daily lives. Our method seeks to understand the context of an image or a group of images (video) and explain it in natural language such as English before converting it to speech. Microvascular problems like diabetic retinopathy are the leading cause of diabetic blindness. A person with chronic hyperglycemia must have regular eye exams to ensure they are not developing any eye problems. When diabetes is poorly managed, the retinal vasculature is affected by metabolic changes and altered hemodynamics, resulting in persistent hypoxia. Because the retina is a metabolically active tissue that requires adequate oxygenation, efforts are being made to combat retinal hypoxia via mechanisms such as the overexpression of the VEGF protein. In the end, the pathological processes of NPDR: retinal capillary microaneurysms, vascular permeability, and capillary closure, are the outcome of these fruitless attempts. Because data owners outsource their information to the cloud, data validation and confidentiality have become a severe issue. To avoid this manipulation, a cloud supplied certificate to all ordinary person who accesses information in the cloud. Once the client revises the report, the CSP must ensure that the certificate is presented on that given chunk. If the user is rescinded from trying to access the cloud, the accessible data center users must provide notice to the data agreed to sign by the invalidated user. This problem is solved using the proxy signature's novel public auditing approach. Furthermore, data protection is improved with the help of a public verifier to evaluate the integrity of data without getting the complete data on or after the cloud. We present an Efficient Auditing (EA) method for security auditing and user revocation in the private cloud. This work also explains the data integrity inspection design for cloud users that is characterized by multi-user modifications, collusion tolerance, and a consistent consistency checking computing cost. The main motto behind the path selection with the proposed nature Inspired algorithm is to select the optimum path from the source node to the Cluster head and to the other cluster head till reaches the destination, data center. Due to this, confidential information gets lost and this led to many issues. To avoid this, we have created a system of facial recognition which completely detects and recognizes the face by capturing images of user, crop them and saves them in a database. If any unauthorized user enters the security system, then it will detect them, and prevent does not allow them from entering into the security system. In this project, we have applied a transfer learning model based on Alexnet Deep learning application to develop a real time facial recognition system which has good robustness to cope with pose and lighting, reduce dimensionality, complexity and better recognition accuracy. This system accurately detects and compares the image that are stored in the database. And accurately provides the results at faster rates. The proposed single stage inverter adopts lower magnitude constant dc voltage from a dc source (i.e.) battery. The steady state power flow cannot have capability to satisfy the utility. According to variation in load requirement and usage at distribution path, a higher voltage magnitude is must. In order to manage the above aspect, thus single stage inverter is selected. Replacement of two stage inverter is done through full bridge inverter holding fuzzy algorithm as switching controller. It can act well as buck/boost mode in orientation with input voltage. By regulating switching action, the supply chain between battery and grid.
