The advancement of technology has resulted in the widespread adoption of Android applications. This paper discusses an Android application that aids visually impaired people in better understanding their surroundings and overcoming social, environmental, and technological difficulties. Mobile phones and cameras have become commonplace in our daily lives. Our method seeks to understand the context of an image or a group of images (video) and explain it in natural language such as English before converting it to speech.
