This study aims to determine whether the implementation of themodel personalized system of instruction (PSI)based on electronic modules (e-module) can affect the mastery of basic motion of basketball, especially in junior high school students. This study uses an experimental method with the design used, namely pre post test control group, with a total sample of 40 students in which 20 students as the experimental group and 20 students as the control group. The research instrument used is the basic motion control sheet on basketball games which consists of mastering basic movements of passing, shooting and dribbling. For the duration of treatment, there are 5 meetings with the duration of each meeting for 3 x 40 minutes. PIK-R is an information center and counseling for teenagers under supervised by BKKBN (Familiy Planning Board of Republic of Indonesia). The aims and objectives of this research were:\u0000To describe the role of peer counselor in overcoming teenager's reproductive health problem.\u0000To identify various factors that influence the role of peer counselor in overcoming teenager's reproductive health\u0000To identify several efforts to overcome barrier on peer counselor in overcoming teenager's reproductive health.\u0000Practical implications of social work intervention on peer counselor in overcoming teenager's reproductive health.\u0000The research method employed a qualitative approached relied largely on the interpretative and critical approaches to social work science. The data gathering is used a documenting real events, recording what information (with words, gestures, and tones), observing specific behaviors, written documents, and participant observation. In this research, the number of informants were 7 teenagers related to reproductive health counseling . Research finding the role of teenagers in counseling on reproductive health is still weak due to systems that could not easily be accessed by them . The group dynamic is very important component in reproductive health counseling because the discourse within the group will cover eproductive health, and addresses the reproductive processes, fuctions and systems at all stages of life, however this condition also remains weak. This is characterized by the devolution of most government affairs to the region including the implementation of fiscal decentralization directed to finance the administration of government affairs. Law Number 25 Year 2009 concerning Public Service and Regulation of the Minister for Empowerment of State Apparaturs and Bureaucracy Reform Number 16 Year 2014 on Guidelines for the Survey of the Public Satisfaction Index on Public Service Implementation recommends that every service provider conduct a Public Satisfaction Index (IKM) survey periodically. This research uses deductive quantitative method. Primary data is obtained through direct survey and interview. The data were obtained using questionnaires with closed questions. Types of sample are purposive sampling counted 240 people. The purpose of the survey of IKM on public service units is intended to get opinion of the public regarding the quality of public services in Department of Investment and One Stop Integrated Service (DPMPTSP), Subang Regency. The IKM survey is conducted on four service units, namely Building Permit (IMB), Business License (SIUP), Company Registration Certificate (TDP) and Industrial Registration Certificate (TDI). Measurement of IKM survey of public services using PERMENPANRB Number 16 Year 2014 which consists of 9 aspects: 1) Requirements; 2) Procedures; 3) Time of service; 4) Costs / Tariffs; 5) Product Specifications Type of Service; 6) Executing Competencies; 7) Executive Conduct; 8) Service Notice; and 9) Complaint Handling, Suggestions and Feedback. IKM from four types of public services in Subang Regency DPMPTSP of 3.20 or if converted by 79.89. The method used in this research is descriptive research method. The data taken in the form of written language manner with consideration that written manner shows more consistent characteristics in usage of the sentence structure and word choice as well. The data is taken from novels in English and also in the form of its translation in Indonesian. Syntactically, the result of the analysis shows thatthe mode of ‘must’ is actualized in modal forms (modals/modal auxiliaries) refers to ‘the rules for modal verbs’. Modal patterns, in general, used M + Vinf, where modals are always followed by infinitives or main verbs. Semantically, the mode of must is the expression of logical necessity and belongs to an epistemic modality that has a subjective meaning of certainty. The disclosure of epistemic modalities is indicated by the arising of the speaker's certainty involving his knowledge or his beliefs. The result of the research is the conception of the state of Indonesia is a state law, which contains the meaning in the administration of government and the state based on the law, the protection of the law is a universal concept of the rule of law. The legal certainty on land rights as intended by the UUPA encompasses three things, namely the certainty of the object of land rights, certainty on the subject of land rights and certainty about the status of landrights. Legal conception of land title certificate is a proof that issued by authorized legal institution, containing juridical data and physical data which isused as evidence of ownership of land rights in order to provide assurance of legal certainty and certainty of rights to a plot of land owned or possessed by a person or legal entity. With the certificate of rights, it is expected that the juridical can guarantee the legal certainty and the right by the state for the holder of the right to the land. This research applies explanatory survey method with a quantitative approach. The variables are consisted of Organizational Communication (X) and Employee Performance (Y). Communication organization consists of the main forms of communication-down (X1), upward communication (X2) and horizontal communication (X3). They are very strong in the performance of employees that derives from dimensions in quantity of work, quality of work, job knowledge, creativeness, cooperation dependability, initiative and personal quantity. The sample is taken by using census techniques. The respondents are the employees of the Administrative Assistant for Economic and Regional Development Secretariat of Bandung as many as 112 employees. The technique of data analysis uses path Analyisis. The data are analyzed quantitatively by using statistical correlation and path analysis with SPSS 21 to see the value of the standard Beta regression test results. The result showed that communication of organizational influences the performance of employees in the Administrative Assistant for Economic and Regional Development Secretariat in Bandung is determined by the primary form of communication downward, upward communication and horizontal communication which are acceptable. Organizational Communication simultaneous influence on employee performance with a total effect of 58.6%, while the remaining 41.4% is influenced by other variables was not examined. The purpose of this research is to study Capacity Building of Community-Based Rehabilitation to Accessibility of Persons with Disabilities in Cibiru Wetan Village, Cileunyi Sub-district, Bandung Regency. The research method used is qualitative with action research design. Data source used is primary data source and secondary data source. The data collection techniques used were in-depth interviews, participant observation, documentation study, and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Data validity checking technique used is credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. Furthermore, the results of this study were analyzed by qualitative analysis techniques. The results showed that the capacity building of RBM Cibiru Wetan caretaker enhances the capability of RBM caretaker to provide services to persons with disabilities.Shown by RBM Cibiru Wetan caretaker in providing services to identify the needs and problem of persons with disabilities, assessment, planning and working matrix, improving the RBM management, as well as recording the handling of cases of persons with disabilities. The right of a child who works is taken when she works for the parent’s interest. The issue of child workers is not only caused by the child but also by the external factors of herself. Social environment influence has a strong effect to the child’s decision to enter into labor force.To attain such goal, empowerment approach is used based on the assumption that child workersbecome problematic whenshe has no capacity to self-organize (self-organization) and defend her rights and interests. Programs related to welfare, aid support, rule-making, and direct service to society,in essence are perceived as human actions aimed at helping a group of people who are less fortune, to gain social function, particularly for child workers.Data analyses are descriptive and qualitative. Research result showed thataid support program for child workers in Bandung is done through prevention, rehabilitation and empowerment which involved stakeholders fromagency, government institution and private party as well as society in Bandung.
