However, in practice the handling of human rights violations always creates differences of opinion between institutions / human rights enforcement apparatuses, both the National Human Rights Commission, the Public Prosecutor and the competent authorities in addressing human rights violations that occur in Indonesia, which can be seen from the process of several human rights violations from the process investigation. Based on these problems, conducted a descriptive analytical study using a normative juridical approach, namely testing and reviewing secondary data with the library research stage and field studies, then the data were analyzed by qualitative juridical analysis. The results of the study indicate that the concept of handling human rights violations based on the principle of justice through the criminal justice system in Indonesia is carried out by the integrated criminal justice system. That in order to integrate the criminal justice system, one of them is by providing full authority to the National Human Rights Commission in handling cases of human rights violations both at the stage of investigation, investigation and prosecution.","PeriodicalId":185955,"journal":{"name":"Journal Sampurasun : Interdisciplinary Studies for Cultural Heritage","volume":"2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-12-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121153924","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Cultural heritage contains not only traditional values but also belief systems. One of intangible cultural heritage is Suluk Wujil. Suluk Wujil begins with the journey of a young man named Wujil who tries to find information about the chosen religion to the deepest secret. During the ten years of his journey, Wujil has not found the true truth about the nature of divinity and the meaning of his existence in the universe even though he has studied various kinds of science and knowledge. This research is in the form of qualitative descriptive with Roland Barthes's semiotics as the main instrument for analyzing data. The identified sign system is interpreted in two stages of significance (language level and myth level). Oriented to the core myths of Sufism, the illustrated rules of Makrifatullah are divided into four categories; the introduction stage (a human being must escape in understanding one's own authenticity in order to reach the highest epistemology in the universe,, search plan (the depth of the heart of a human being is a sacred place where divine nature is buried as the greatest secret (sirru sirr), the practice of reaching Makrifatullah must be totality and continuity through words (qouli), deeds (fi'li), mind (aqli), and heart (qolbu), and reflection of application (awareness of tolerance among fellow creatures (habluminannas) as the result of perfect understanding of the reality of divinity (habluminallah).","PeriodicalId":185955,"journal":{"name":"Journal Sampurasun : Interdisciplinary Studies for Cultural Heritage","volume":"20 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-06-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133000967","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
