They are more familiar with foreign cultures and civilizations. The new civilization has had a huge influence on culture and the state of society. The values that were previously believed were intimidated by the new values. On the one hand, positive things have given birth to knowledge for education, but on the other hand, Sundanese noble values have faded, because of the interests of immigrants. The clash of values due to evolutionary faults made the Sundanese generation begin to shift. The values and social institutions that were originally considered as Sundanese identity and entities began to be doubted. They feel more valued as 'European humans' in their native form. Even though Sundanese has culture, has customs, has language, the Sundanese should be aware of their nature as Sundanese. This change has also affected traditional Sundanese villages, which have been persistent in maintaining their traditions. The Sundanese people themselves are no longer familiar with the Traditional Village of Kampung Cikondang in the Bandung area, which so far has been used as a place for preserving Sundanese Customs and Culture. For this reason, the role of all groups, the government, through policies that are more directed at cultural or cultural considerations rather than purely economic ones, are needed which are detrimental to a cultural development in the policies formulated, so that traditional enclaves such as Kampung Adat can eventually sustainable. While the community can play a role according to their respective abilities. The method used in this research is qualitative, that is used as a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form ofwritten or spoken words from observable persons.","PeriodicalId":185955,"journal":{"name":"Journal Sampurasun : Interdisciplinary Studies for Cultural Heritage","volume":"111 14","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-12-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139135250","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The obstacles that occurred at SDN Pisangsambo 1 Tirtajaya were the lack of optimal communication received and the lack of knowledge of the recipients of BOS funds, which hampered the process of managing BOS funds implemented in the school. The suggested solution for schools is to increase effective two-way communication between the school and teachers and to disseminate knowledge about the management of BOS funds more intensely so that it can run well and systematically. Providing appropriate BOS can motivate schools to improve the quality of school education.","PeriodicalId":185955,"journal":{"name":"Journal Sampurasun : Interdisciplinary Studies for Cultural Heritage","volume":" 432","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-12-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139136769","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Building a village is not something easy. Development requires participation from all elements of village society. Village development does not only focus on physical development, but village development also includes economic development and social development. Development in an area or village is an inevitability that must be carried out by regional governments and village governments, one of which is through development that has beneficial value for regional governments, village governments and the community. Developing tourism is the most appropriate step taken by regional governments and village governments where tourism is an important aspect for a country and regional government. With tourism, a country or more specifically the local government where tourist attractions are located provides benefits to the welfare of the community and becomes a source of development costs for government administrators. Empowerment and development of an area or village of course needs to be supported by the entire community, through community empowerment in developing an area. The description of the life of the Banceuy Village community as seen from local leadership based on social position and the social role of the actors in the Banceuy Traditional Village community is important in seeing the course of Ngaruwat Bumi rituals and traditions. This local leadership role is related to religion and belief which is centered on the Tatali Karuhun value system as a legacy of previous ancestral traditions. This ritual is a way of honoring the existence of Dewi Sri (Goddess of Rice) who has given blessings to the lives of the people of Banceuy Traditional Village by dancing and singing Dewi Sri. The problem of this research is the communication process in the Ngaruwat Bumi tradition in the Banceuy Traditional Village, the role and communication of traditional leaders as local leaders in the Ngaruwat Bumi tradition in the Banceuy Traditional Village. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a qualitative descriptive approach, through observation, literature study and interviews with traditional leaders of the Banceuy Indigenous village using purposive sampling techniques. This involves various aspects, including verbal, symbolic and social interactions, which aim to maintain and strengthen cultural identity and community values. These rituals also function as mediators of conflict between local residents and external authorities, increasing cultural awareness, environmental conservation, and social life.","PeriodicalId":185955,"journal":{"name":"Journal Sampurasun : Interdisciplinary Studies for Cultural Heritage","volume":"117 22","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-12-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139135442","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This development is highly suggested to be stimulated through activities that can be enjoyed by the children. Starting from this point, this study aims to investigate how Sundanese traditional games can promote the development of children’s cognitive, affective, and psychomotor abilities that are widely recognized as the three crucial learning domains proposed by Bloom (1956). The study that was conducted in Early Childhood Education (PAUD) in Cikaum Subang employed a descriptive qualitative method. The data of this study were taken from questionnaires that were distributed to 92 PAUD teachers as the participants. The study reveals that about 85% of the participants implemented traditional games as one of the teaching methods in their classes. Based on the analysis, it was found that the various types of traditional games employed by singing, guessing riddles, doing role play, and involving physical activities could promote the development of children’s cognitive, affective, and psychomotor capacities in three main ways. First, they provided children with game activities that could stimulate their thinking, counting, remembering, and solving problems capacity. Second, they helped develop children’s emotional quotient through the values learned and rules implemented in the games. Lastly, they involved physical activities that could improve the children’s strength, durability, flexibility,and balance.","PeriodicalId":185955,"journal":{"name":"Journal Sampurasun : Interdisciplinary Studies for Cultural Heritage","volume":"11 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121894532","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
