To improve the quality of life of Kampung Kota community; it is important to actively involve the community itself to transform Kampung Kota to better direction and to exercise the democracy within urban development. The research aims to understand in what ways the community has been involved, how the community perceived their involvement, how the community wish to be involved and in what ways community participation could be improved in transforming Mekarjaya and maximizing its social capital. The research was conducted using qualitative methodology and case study strategy. Interviews, observation and documentary evidences are used to collect the data and to validate the date by cross-checking every information using triangulation technique. The research finds that the community has not been actively involved in many programs and projects due to the nature of the government programs that support the funding. During Pandemic COVID 19 most classroom teachings are conducted in virtual classroom that have been greatly affected the way how teacher manage his or her own classroom. This causes some challenges for teachers in managing his or her virtual classroom. This study was conducted in the form of a case study in one vocational school in West Bandung region, West Java, Indonesia in which one English teacher was purposively selected as the participant of the research and one class consisted of 27 students. The objectives of this study are: (1) to find out the challenges of teacher in classroom management in virtual classroom (2) to find out what classroom management the teacher used in her virtual classroom. The researchers employed a qualitative case study which used classroom observation and teacher interview as main instrument. Data from classroom observation and interview transcript were analyzed according to the themes, coding and categorizing to answer the research questions. The results indicate that the teacher experienced many challenges in the virtual classroom, such as the students’ unreadiness to join the virtual class, internet connection problem, restricted time so that the teacher immediately taught the core material, students turned off the camera and sound, students learnt unattentively, less interaction and inappropriate class control. Some suggestions are given to the challenges occurred in their virtual classroom such as, by a) joining the virtual classroom earlier; b) checking the students’ attendance first; c) optimizing the teacher-students interaction during whilst- learning and post learning activity; and d) giving quizzes at the end of the lesson to make the students are more enthusiastic in learning. In this study, it is found that the teacher employed a combination of democratic and leisurely classroom management style. Electronic Evidence is Electronic Information and/or Electronic Documents that meet the formal requirements and material requirements stipulated in the ITE Law. Article 5 paragraph (1) of the ITE Law stipulates that Electronic Information and/or Electronic Documents and/or their printouts are legal evidence. The implementation of the regulation of electronic evidence in law enforcement of criminal acts of terrorism in Indonesia is the use of evidence in the form of wiretapping and video recordings which were actually applied in the 2002 Bali Bombing Case. 1 of 2002 concerning the Eradication of Criminal Acts of Terrorism. Despite the controversy, the Public Prosecutor emphasized that the reading of the statements of witnesses from Malaysia and Singapore who were unable to attend the trial was legal because it was in accordance with the description of the evidence in the law. The same is regulated in the Law on Information and Electronic Transactions. Article 5 states that electronic information and/or printed electronic information are legal evidence and have legal consequences. Beneficiaries of social assistance can also make transactions on e-Warong using a Prosperous Family Card (KKS) through Electronic Data Capture (EDC). This unique program prioritizes the achievement of social and economic goals at the group level instead of individuals profit, one group consist of 10 people who have been assessed as independent and do not receive PKH assistance anymore. The previous results showed that the management ability of e-warong was still low, and it hindered the achievement of social and economic empowerment goals. Business failures are caused because they do not have a strong incentive to do business and situation is getting worse since the Covid pandemic. The aim and purposes are to asses cultural barriers in business practice of e –Warong, 2) To describe obstacles and efforts to overcome cultural, and 3. To describe practical and theoretical implications for the development of social welfare science. This study used a qualitative method with a case study approach and the data collection method was selected according to the following stages: 1) Determining the research topic, 2) Identifying secondary barrier, and 3) Explore the data sources through journals, archives, books, etc, 4) Finding and collecting data, 5) Analyze the data, and 6) Draw conclusions. Interviews were conducted with informants of e-warong and District Social Welfare Workers (TKSK) at e-Warong Karasak Bandung. The results showed there were three dimensions of culture, namely create the idea, sense of business and business intention. These three dimensions were still low especially in realizing business ideas, basically the cultural components should complement each other in conducting business to achieve goals. Many areas have changed their original function in order to sustain human life, one of which causes forests to be converted into settlements, plantation and agricultural areas as well as mining areas. However, often the converted land is customary land in the form of forests and not a few that have long been disputed. In the era of independence, the government recognized that customary land belonged to the state. In its implementation, customary land is recognized by the government but its ownership rights are not. The indigenous people are only allowed to manage it. This study aims to categorize solutions that can be used in resolving land-use conflicts over customary lands. This study used the traditional review method with secondary data obtained from appropriate and relevant sources. Customary land is recognized in Indonesian law through UUPA No. 5 of 1960. The highest right to land owned or controlled by community members and its implementation is regulated by customary / village elders called ulayat rights, but provided that its existence and implementation still exist. In cases that occur in various countries, there are various kinds of implementation irregularities caused by excessive usage patterns or not according to the main purpose of their use. In Indonesia, irregularities in the implementation of the Law on indigenous peoples to manage their land are often found. Even some government policies are still detrimental to society. Therefore, in resolving customary land conflicts, one must look at various angles and see the history of disputed land, and can refer to several cases that have occurred in other countries. Method using the literature review method by analyzing the literature on Sundanese leadership in the past and in the present. The figure of an ideal leader must stick to the astaguna principle of \"eight wisdoms\", so that his leadership is harmonious, good, and harmonious.
