To provide solutions, there is a necessity to form a market housing financing system that meets the competitive demand of the population for housing. The main directions of worldwide recognized long-term financing of housing construction are mortgage lending and the system of construction savings. Therefore, for Kazakhstan, the effective formation of the mortgage lending system is one of the priorities of housing policy. At the current stage of Kazakhstan's development, the mortgage lending system is the most important direction for the development of long-term housing financing. International experience depicts that the development of mortgage lending brings maximum benefits for the state and the country's economy as a whole. This is explained, first of all, by the fact that it affects problems of a housing nature and is quite significant on the part of the social policy of the state. Taking into account the multilateral socio-economic effect of the development of the mortgage lending system, this problem is presented as particularly relevant for Kazakhstan. \u0000Moreover, it is essential to study the current results of the system over the past years and determine the level of development of the mortgage lending system in modern conditions to provide an analysis of the current state of mortgage lending in the country. The analysis of statistical data on the indicators of mortgage lending is carried out. A cluster analysis of Kazakhstan's regions was conducted, according to a set of economic growth factors. Based on the results of the analysis, a classification of the country's regions is proposed. The level of economic development of regions, according to the theory of sustainable economic growth, was estimated using a number of indicators, which include innovation activity, human capital, private capital, public capital, regional accessibility, regional concentration, and gross regional product (GRP) per capita. Thus, with the help of cluster analysis of factors of socio-economic development of Kazakhstan's regions, we were able to structure indicators of their economic growth by the degree of similarity, and identify 8 regional clusters. The results of the study are summarized and recommendations are described. \u0000Branding is a whole science that includes various directions in working with brands, one of which is rebranding. Rebranding is a brand-changing system that companies resort to in various not-so-good situations. Nowadays, there is a problem associated with the rebranding process itself, companies do not understand that the problem is not in the wrong choice of the target audience, but in the fact that the brand may turn out to be unpleasant to the eye, uninteresting or not well adapted to modern conditions. The analysis of indicators of export of agricultural products of the country. In the process of studying the foreign trade turnover of agricultural products of Kazakhstan, identified the main trading partners or importers of agricultural products of the Republic. \u0000The analysis of changes in the structure of exports of agricultural products of the Republic to the countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States and the rest of the world. The main agricultural products occupying significant shares in the structure of export of the Republic are determined. For the analysis, a statistical review of the dynamics of foreign trade in agricultural products over the last five years is presented. The analysis of indicators of production of agricultural products, as well as the share of manufactured products for export (Simić, Stankov, 2020).   \u0000The study confirmed that the share of agricultural exports in the overall structure of the country's exports is insignificant. A significant part of the exported agricultural products are directed to the CIS countries and neighboring countries. A significant part of the export of agricultural products falls on cereals. The influence of social media is strongly affected by the younger generation, who spends a lot of time in the virtual social space. \u0000The purpose of this study was to study the influence of social networks on the choice of a university brand by representatives of generation Y. The data was collected through an online survey using the Google forms service. \u0000The results obtained indicate that social media engagement has a positive effect on brand image. Firm-created and user-generated social media communication have a positive effect on brand equity in Higher Education Institutions. Brand equity positively influences Brand choice intention. \u0000The value of this study lies in the fact that it considered the influence of various factors on the formation of the intention of representatives of generation Y to choose brands of universities, taking into account the moderate effect of electronic word of mouth. \u0000The results obtained complement the scientific literature on the impact of social media on consumer behavior. In this article we determined a several definitions of consumer behavior. We also studied different theories and models of consumer behavior. The main research question is the following: What are the phenomena of consumer behavior and what kinds of consumer behavior models exist? All data has been collected from the secondary sources, including websites, books, articles, journals and scientific articles. As a result of this work we determined a several definitions of consumer behavior and comparison of them. In this work we also described models and theories of consumer behavior, determined by different authors. Current knowledge will be implemented in a future works, devoted to the identification of consumer behavior models in e-commerce. E-commerce is the profit recipient in the current Covid19 restriction reality. The present situation with the pandemic forced more and more consumers to buy online; sellers followed them and started selling online. The article discussed the very essence of migration processes, the problems of this issue, identified the reasons for the increase in the number of those wishing to study abroad, considered the positive and negative consequences of the educational migration of Kazakhstanis and identified recommendations for stabilizing the issue of youth migration. With the development of globalization, the trend of getting education in foreign universities is increasing among young people. The multiple growth in the pace of development of educational migration around the world brings the formation of a carefully thought-out migration policy of states and the adaptation of foreign students to new living conditions to the very top of international agendas. In modern realities the issue of regulating educational migration in the Republic of Kazakhstan is becoming the most acute. Every year more and more young people from Kazakhstan prefer to get education abroad. For students there are a lot of advantages to get an education abroad. However, educational migration today has an impact on the state in several areas: the economy of states, foreign and social policy. And this influence is not always positive. The trend of educational migration of Kazakhstanis abroad carries the risks of a brain drain, since many young people after completing their studies in foreign institutions are in no hurry to return. With their foreign diploma they get a prestigious job and leave Kazakhstan forever. The monitoring study revealed the urgent needs of Kazakhstani teachers in training their leadership skills. The paper analyzes two sets of research questions (each consists of 6 sub-questions), which we defined as follows: 1) What are the challenges of teacher training/upskilling for leadership and their involvement in the local community? This group of questions was studied at the stage of preparing the project proposal. 2) What are the impacts of DeSTT training on teachers' leadership skills and experiences? This group of questions was studied during the 2nd year of the project lifetime. The purpose of this paper is to indicate the findings and implementation of the concept of preparing teachers for leadership from the project proposal launch to the execution of pilot trainings. Research methods employed in the study are interviews of universities specialists and analyzes of the State data/reports for the project proposal. Observations of training participants and post-training interviews were used to study the 2nd group of research questions. The findings of the study confirm the data obtained in both groups of interviews and observations. Participants were enthusiastic and interested in the pieces of training, aware and confident of the need to continue learning, share experiences, and develop leadership skills achieved in DeSTT training. The reflection on the central terms of leadership and training has proved to be crucial for teachers. Further research is to survey the implications of the DeSTT project for all its consumers.
