This study used a sample of 11 food and beverage companies with a three-year period from 2019-2021 which were selected using a purposive sampling technique. Collection techniques are obtained through the official IDX website: www.idx.co.id. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Smart PLS 3.0 Equation Method (Partial Least Square). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application indicate that capital intensity has a significant effect on financial performance. Leverage has a significant effect on financial performance. Capital intensity has a significant effect on company value. Leverage has a significant effect on company value. Financial performance has a significant effect on company value. Capital intensity has a significant effect on company value through financial performance. This study used a quantitative approach with a population of 709 people who are students of Faculty of Economics, Universitas Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo, class of 2019 – 2022. The sampling technique in this study used non-probability sampling, namely purposive sampling technique. The sample obtained was 88 respondents. The results of direct effect hypothesis test showed that Electronic Word Of Mouth has a significant positive effect on trust, flash sale has a positive but not significant effect on trust, Electronic Word Of Mouth has a negative but not significant effect on purchase decision, flash sale has a significant positive effect on purchase decision, and trust has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. The population for this research comprises reports accessible for 5 years from 2018 to 2022 (5 x 12 months = 60 data) at PT Pegadaian Besuki branch. The sampling technique used ;in the study is purposive sampling, resulting in a total of 36 data points within a 3-year period (2019, 2020, 2021) x 12 months = 36 data points. The sampling technique employed is purposive sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this research were conducted using the Structural Equation Model – Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of hypothesis testing for direct effects using Smart PLS 3.0 indicate that cost burden has a significant negative effect on gross profit margin, income has a significant negative effect on gross profit margin, cost burden has a positive but not significant effect on profit growth, cost burden has a significant negative effect on profit growth, and gross profit margin has a significant negative effect on profit growth. The purpose of this research is to determine the improvement of motivation, work discipline, and job satisfaction, as well as the performance of human resources in Ardirejo Village and Mimbaan Village of Panji Sub-District. The population in this study consists of all employees of Ardirejo Village and Mimbaan Village in Panji Sub-District, totaling 38 employees, both civil servants (ASN) and non-civil servants. The sampling technique is determined by purposive sampling. The data analysis and hypothesis testing of this research employed Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). \u0000 The results of hypothesis testing for direct effects using Smart PLS 3.0 application indicate that motivation has a significant positive influence on job satisfaction. Work discipline has a negative influence on job satisfaction, but it is not significant. Motivation has a significant positive influence on performance. Work discipline has a negative influence on performance, but it is not significant. Job satisfaction has a negative influence on performance, but it is not significant. The results of hypothesis testing for indirect effects show that motivation does not significantly affect performance through job satisfaction.
