The main prerequisites which helped rural residents to start their own business in the sphere of rural green tourism are analyzed; the main indicators of rural tourism homesteads activity according to COVID-19 and in the pre-crisis period are reviewed; the main factors influencing the realization of social and economic potential of households in rural green tourism and its effective use in crisis situations are revealed. The purpose of the article is to conduct socio-economic analysis and assessment of impact of the main generating and destructive factors affecting the functioning of rural tourist estates in Transcarpathian region, which form the basis for the development of anti-crisis measures to improve their socio-economic potential, which can be used by the owners of rural green estates. Methodology. The study was conducted on the basis of the results of sociological monitoring of owners of rural estates in the Transcarpathian region, conducted by the Transcarpathian Regional Center for Socio-Economic and Humanitarian Studies of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine in 2021. The monitoring covered 95 respondents, of whom 51.6% were women and 48.4% were men. 74% of the respondents were economically active people between the ages of 35 and 56. The monitoring was conducted on the basis of the method of personal structured interviews according to a stochastic sample, which is representative for the population of the region at the age of 18 and older. The results of the study confirm that the functioning of the majority of rural tourist estates in the Transcarpathian region, in addition to objectively negative consequences of the crisis COVID-19 is affected by many destructive factors at the micro- and macro level, the elimination of which ensures their functioning in case of recurrence of crisis situations. The results of the study showed that only 4% of entrepreneurs were able to increase the potential and profitability of their own business during the crisis period. Also 23.7% of entrepreneurs, despite the crisis, plan to diversify and expand their business in the future. According to the results of sociological research anti-crisis measures to improve the effectiveness of rural tourist estates were developed, such as increasing the level of education and qualifications of owners of rural tourist estates, business diversification and expanding the range of services, reorientation to a new category of consumers, the development of e-tourism, strengthening of integration and cooperation between different economic actors in the region.","PeriodicalId":185837,"journal":{"name":"Green, Blue & Digital Economy Journal","volume":"46 12 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115805345","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The growth of the world economy as a whole and the economic progress of most developed market economies is leading to increased use of natural resources and, at the same time, to increasing depletion and pollution of the environment. The purpose is to define the essence, the prerequisites for the emergence and development of the blue economy as a modern concept of interaction between society and nature through the economy, as well as to reflect the preconditions for the activation of a common green movement on a global scale in order to preserve nature and ensure the natural conditions of human habitation. The topic of the article is due to the need to disclose the current economic dynamics and the pace of social progress and its impact on the environment. In this regard, the essence of the blue economy, directions and principles of its implementation for the restoration and strengthening of natural potential are considered. Methodology. An objective and adequate assessment and analysis of the dynamics and directions of the world economy in terms of increasing economic potential and the production of economic goods to ensure the well-being of society makes it possible to properly assess the level of impact on nature and the environment. The results of such assessments and calculations make it possible to identify and correct existing and prevent the occurrence of potential errors in the choice of priorities for socio-economic policy and in making effective decisions in the sphere of production. The study is based on an assessment of the interaction between the economy and the environment at the present stage of civilizational progress. Results. The issues of modern economic trends and the environment and ecology are investigated. The essence, specificity and necessity of introducing the blue economy in modern conditions are defined. The need to protect nature and reduce pollution is becoming more and more relevant to modern society. Practical implications. The state of the natural environment and the possibilities of saving and improving it are studied. An adequate assessment of the state of nature and natural resources will allow the global community to conduct a balanced and effective socio-economic and environmental policy for the harmony of society and the nature in which it lives. Value / originality. It has been established that nature is the basis of the social and economic life of society and at the same time the primary goal of the progress of civilization. Economics is simply the means by which nature enables the creation of wealth for society. Nature can exist without humanity, but humanity cannot exist without nature. That is why the primitive form of nature and a clean environment is especially relevant, particularly in today's environment. The relevance and importance of the search for development scenarios of agricultural land market, the definition of the content and implementation of state regulation in the sphere of agricultural land use, the presence of a large set of unresolved issues in this area led to the choice of topic. The purpose of the article is to study the development of the agricultural land market in Ukraine. Methodology. Methods of analysis, comparison and generalization of research results, economic, statistical and graphical methods were used to write the article. The source of data for the scientific research were reports and statistical information of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine and the State Treasury Service of Ukraine. Results. The study showed that the transformation of land ownership relations in the absence of environmental and economic justification of the redistribution of land and territorial resources has led to significant changes in the composition and structure of agricultural land, as well as the ecological imbalance of the land fund. In turn, this has caused many environmental and economic problems in the domestic system of land use, including: excessive parcellation of land, violation of crop rotations, introduction of monoculture and, as a consequence, deterioration of soil quality, reduction of its fertility, increased erosion and land degradation. It is proved that the development of land and legal system should be based on a multilevel model of state regulation of agricultural land markets, which, in contrast to the existing one, provides for the development of a secondary market, land auctions and mortgages, involvement of unclaimed land into market turnover. Practical implications. Since the practice of managing agricultural enterprises in market conditions shows that the main thing is not the availability of land resources, but the efficient use of their potential, so the need to create a reliable economic mechanism to ensure the efficient use of land resources and the protection of land fertility is a priority. The breadth and versatility of land problems, their connection and dependence on socio-economic, political and environmental factors necessitate further study of this issue.","PeriodicalId":185837,"journal":{"name":"Green, Blue & Digital Economy Journal","volume":"5 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114336695","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The purpose of the paper is to substantiate the institutional basis for the formation of a cross-border transport and logistics cluster as an effective form of cooperation between the border regions of Ukraine (Volyn, Zakarpattya and Lviv regions) and the Visegrad Four (Poland, Slovakia, Hungary). Methodology. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study is the provisions of institutional theory, in particular the paradigms of evolutionary development, the theory of clustering, the concepts of strategic and logistical management, enterprise development management. The following general scientific methods were used in the research process: analysis and synthesis, statistical analysis, classification and systems approach, comparison and structural-logical generalization. The article presents the results of analytical assessment of the current state of development of transport and logistics systems of the Visegrad Four. Based on statistical analysis, features, trends, barriers and challenges to the functioning of transport and logistics systems in the border regions of Ukraine have been identified. Results. In order to modernize the regional ecosystems of Ukraine and the Visegrad Four countries, the conceptual provisions for the creation of a cross-border transport and logistics cluster are substantiated. It is proved that this cluster structure should include enterprises in the field of transport and logistics, innovation infrastructure (technology parks, business incubators, industrial parks, etc.), state, regional and local authorities, NGOs, research institutions and centers, higher education institutions that are geographically concentrated in cross-border regions. It is established that for the implementation of the conceptual foundations of the formation of cross-border transport and logistics cluster it is necessary to use a set of mechanisms, which include: regulatory, institutional, organizational and economic, financial, social, informational, environmental. Practical implications. The results of the study can be used to refine the current legal and regulatory framework, namely in amending the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the EU, the Laws of Ukraine “On Cross-Border Cooperation” and “On Principles of State Regional Policy”, the State Development Program cross-border cooperation for 2021-2027, Regional Development Strategies of Volyn, Zakarpattya and Lviv regions until 2027 in terms of creating appropriate institutional conditions for the formation of cross-border transport and logistics cluster and determining the mechanism of financial support for its operation. Methodology. In the paper, eco-innovations are considered as new technologies, new ways of organizing production and social programs that ensure the movement of society in line with the principles of the theory of sustainable development and the interaction between economic development and environmental preservation, to a greater extent due to the production of additional interrelated internal and external effects.The survey is based on the modern methods of scientific research, in particular, general and special methods of analysis of economic phenomena and processes: historical-logical method; comparative analysis; structural-comparative and graphic analysis; structural-factor analysis (to analyze the impact of environmental factors on economic development and determine the relationship between environmental indices, individual factors and GDP growth rates); correlation-regression analysis (to model the impact of environmental factors on the economic development of the world); scenario approach (to substantiate the priority areas of development of greening of the global economic space); methods of logical analysis, abstract and cognitive modeling. The results of the survey showed that along with the existing problems, there is significant potential for green financing scaling up. The study identified problems that limit the development of eco-innovation financing, which include both problems typical for “green” projects (for example, the lack of a clear definition of the term “green”), and problems typical for the financial sector as a whole (for example, underdeveloped capital markets or discrepancy in financing terms). Scientific and practical recommendations for capital attraction stimulating and the development of eco-innovation financing in the context of world economy sustainable development are proposed. It is substantiated that the main condition for the mobilization of “green” investments from the private sector is a combination of public funding, regulation and participation of private market actors in an effective public-private partnership. Practical implications. The analysis of the peculiarities of the eco-innovation financing allows to determine the impact of public financial instruments on the acceleration and increase of the effect from private financing for “green” investment. The main advantages of introducing and tracking eco-innovations in the global economic system are identified. The conclusion is made about the positive impact of the use of environmental and energy efficient technologies on the level of economic development, investment attractiveness and competitiveness of the country. Methodology. Theoretical aspects of the study are based on the international standards of the Global Reporting Initiative and AccountAbility. Applied aspects are the generalization and critical evaluation of the form, content, quantitative and qualitative indicators of integrated reporting of agricultural corporations. The results of the paper are to define non-financial reporting as an integrated format of information on natural, industrial, financial, human, intellectual, social, institutional capital of enterprises. It is shown that the development of the system of formation and presentation of integrated reporting is influenced by two trends that are somewhat mutually exclusive: firstly, supranational regulation by GRI and AA1000 standards; secondly, the voluntary nature and predominance of content over form, which cause significant differences in formats and the difficulty of conducting a comparative analysis of reporting enterprises. It is proved that integrated reporting is a comprehensive set of quantitative and qualitative indicators, which are divided into general, common to all enterprises of the national economy, and specific, inherent in certain types of economic activity. For agricultural corporations, the latter are: protection of agricultural lands, animal well-being, state and directions of development of organic production, etc. The components of integrated reporting of four agricultural corporations of Ukraine are summarized. Their similarity is determined by the substantive characteristics associated with the disclosure of information about the impact of the enterprise on the environment, social and economic impact, corporate governance, animal well-being. The differences are related to the form of presentation of information, the number of sections of integrated reporting. The conceptual basis of human capital management and features of program in separate researched agrarian corporations are generalized. The analysis of human capital as an object of integrated reporting of agricultural corporations on the indicators of the total number of staff, its permanent and seasonal part, gender composition, categories of employees, age, and duration of training has been performed. Practical implications are the development of recommendations aimed at eliminating the shortcomings of the disclosure of information about human capital associated with the prevalence of quantitative indicators over qualitative ones. It is proposed to use indicators of labor productivity, average wages compared to the industry level, as well as motivational mechanisms for staff in the form of corporate health insurance. Methodology. The Pearson correlation coefficient to assess the relationship between GDP dynamics and the ratio of gross capital formation in the economy has been used in the article. Considering the peculiarities of the change in the methodology of calculating GDP in Ukraine, it should be noted that GDP has been calculated according to the methodology of the 1993 SNA in the period 1996-1999; according to the methodology of the SNA 2008 in the period 2000-2013, GDP data have not considered the annexed Crimea and the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions in the period 2014-2020. It is advisable to use data from the World Bank to estimate the share of gross capital formation (in% of GDP), the set of which, in contrast to domestic statistics, fully covers the analyzed period. The choice for the beginning of the 1996 interval has been conditioned by the possibility of correct comparisons of data in a single currency. The source of GDP data is the State Statistics Service of Ukraine while the source of FDI data flows and stocks in Ukraine is the data of the National Bank of Ukraine (due to changes in the methodology of calculating FDI in 2018) Practical implications. The priorities of intensifying the investment support have been formulated (return of national capital to the jurisdiction of Ukraine, increase the uniformity of the territorial structure of capital investment, increase fixed capital formation to 20 +%, stimulate investment in military technology, NBIC convergence), including investments in science, education) based on the identified problems of investment support for the development of Ukraine's economy increasing the level of protection of property rights and guarantees of preferential treatment for investments. Value/originality. The main priorities of balanced development have been formulated (increasing the level of manufacturability of industry and services, import substitution in the production of investment and consumer goods, inclusion in global value chains, balancing the interests of large capital stakeholders, reducing dependence on external security shocks (military-political conflicts, pandemics), maintaining the level of social security, restoration of disturbed natural complexes, etc.)","PeriodicalId":185837,"journal":{"name":"Green, Blue & Digital Economy Journal","volume":"107 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-03-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122294109","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The main purpose of this work is to forecast the level of development of the nuclear industry of Ukraine on the basis of the formed system of indicators that characterize both quantitative and qualitative changes in its operation. General scientific and special research methods, methods of analytical equalization, correlation and regression analysis, and scenario approach were used in the work, which in general allowed to fulfill the purpose of forecasting the level of development of the nuclear industrial complex of Ukraine. Statistical material on the indicators of attraction and use of production means, investment and innovation resources as the main sources of development of the nuclear industrial complex is collected and systematized. Growth rates that characterize quantitative and qualitative changes by sources of development are calculated; on this basis, an integrated assessment of the development of the nuclear industrial complex of Ukraine is given, its type is determined. An approach to forecasting the development of the nuclear industrial complex has been developed. Based on the developed approach, forecasting of development indicators was carried out. The forecast calculations have shown that in the forecast period it is possible to ensure further development with a focus on innovation, due to the increase of generalized indicators of development by its individual sources and the integrated indicator of development as a whole.
