It does not have any written rules or agreements and functioning merely on verbal understanding. There is no fixed wages or fixed hours of work and mostly relies on daily earnings and the workers are failed to come together and address their problems through an association or a group. The people working as small farmers, street vendors, hawkers, small traders, micro entrepreneurs, home based workers, cobblers, rag pickers, porters, laborers, artisans etc represent the informal sectors. Formal employment sector is limited both in size and varieties. On the other hand, informal economy is overcrowded by both the older and new entrant workers. This article has dealt about Nepalese and Indian migrants in both countries and its scenario in an analytical ways on the basis of qualitative research method being centralized to the objectives of this research work. To fulfill the objective, the study adopted quantitative research design followed by the survey method. The data obtained from 36 head teachers working in the various community secondary schools in Lalitpur district was processed using SSPS and then analyzed employing descriptive statistics. The findings concluded that the head teachers are practicing transformational leadership styles properly. It contributes to the development of an educational institution by encouraging head teachers to practice transformational leadership. It helps to ensure teachers’ commitment leading to a more effective and viable school environment and helps to establish cordial relationship among the stakeholders for academic enhancement. This paper aims to analyse the determinants of financial planning of business graduates in Nepal. It examined the impact of financial attitude, financial awareness and financial knowledge on financial planning in the presence of gender, monthly income, family type, and marital status as control variables. A full-fledged questionnaire was used in the survey among 227 business graduates through email. Hierarchical multiple regression was used for the causal analysis. The findings revealed that financial attitude and financial awareness have significant impact on personal financial planning while financial knowledge does not. But surprisingly, none of the control variables were found significant in influencing personal financial planning. A public higher secondary school located in Panauti, was taken as the sample for the study. The descriptive and casual comparative research approaches was adopted to examine the impact of service quality on student satisfaction. A personally administered survey was administered using questionnaire based on items prescribed by  Parasuraman’s SERVQUAL (1985) and refined by Croning et al. (1992) as SERVPERF scale consisting five dimensions namely; tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy.  Over 140 students participated in the survey and 121 usable responses were received from student of the institution studying in four streams. This results of descriptive analysis indicated that students perceive relatively better provision in service quality dimensions of reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy than physical dimension named tangibles. In addition, the empirical result of regression analysis indicated the positive and significant influence of all five used service quality dimensions namely; tangibility, reliability and responsiveness, assurance and empathy on student satisfaction. But, the success of the new organization after Merger and Acquisition (M&As), largely depends on how actively and innovatively their employees work in the changed working environment. Hence, the purpose of this study is to explore the organizations’ initiation for cultural integration in M&As process in Nepalese financial institutions. Further, it aims to examine how cultural integration initiation influence employees’ satisfaction and their work behavior. This research follows inductive-deductive approach as the variables or issues were induced primarily and the data were analyzed with quantitative techniques. 234 responses from employees working in new organizations after M&As, from the large and small organization of M&As, and managerial and non-managerial level were collected based on organizational justice and social identity theory. Descriptive statistics were used to analyze the data. The result of the study revealed poor cultural integration initiation from the top management during M&As. Feeling of workplace injustice is being increased which caused deviant work behavior of the employees. This study emphasizes on the urgent need of organizational justice and enhancing the social identity of the employees working in all the M&As organizations. The increased interest in yoga-teaching and practices (YTP) in recent decades is primarily due to the expectancy that it can calm the mind and increase the overall health and well-being of the students. Yoga provides training of mind and body to bring emotional and mental balance as well as leads to alignment and harmony. This article discusses yoga (particularly, Asanas, Pranayamas, and Dhyanas) as a potential tool for the management students to deal with mental health that is essentially important for effective learning and studying behavior and to regulate themselves. For this experimental study, 60 students are taken as a sample who were failed in their mid-term examination and they are further classified as self-control group and experimental group with 30 students in each group. The major challenge related to employment of young people is to stay in low productivity with unpaid position or the opportunity to move for foreign employment. Nepal is not an exception to this trend. This study was carried out to describe the legal framework of Nepal regarding youth workers. As per Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS), about 0.5 million youths enter Nepalese market every year. It is found that the unemployment rate of young works in Nepal is 19% compared to 2.7% for the whole population. Though the labour and trade union rights in Nepal are addressed at satisfactory level, the implementation status still needs high attention. Due to unavailability of appropriate job with fair pay, majority of them seek foreign employment in their early age. Reasonable wage rate, social protection, and labour right of the country in line with international conventions play in shaping the utilization and movement of youth workers. Based on this philosophy of life, this article examines how the life of the leading characters Mrs. Alving and her son Oswald has been influenced. Mrs. Alving’s present values and views on life have a concern with conventional and religious past whereas Oswald’s philosophy of life is guided and governed by his dead father. This article also shows heredity and genetic transformation are biological facts that affect human life. The required data are collected from bank employees by applying a self administered questionnaire, semi-structured interviews and the desktop research. The findings demonstrate that banks expand to e-banking services in order to remain competitive, to update themselves with new technological developments and to minimize transaction cost and to facilitate customers. The major challenges faced the e-banking customers are non-familiarity with advanced technology, internet connection problems, problems regarding security and privacy. These challenges have a negative influence on the adoption of e-banking services by customers in Nepal.
