But due to the presence of categorical data values, these algorithms face a challenge in their implementation. Also some algorithms which are able to take care of categorical data are not able to process uncertainty in the values and so have stability issues. Thus handling categorical data along with uncertainty has been made necessary owing to such difficulties. So, in 2007 MMR [1] algorithm was developed which was based on basic rough set theory. MMeR [2] was proposed in 2009 which surpassed the results of MMR in taking care of categorical data. It has the capability of handling heterogeneous data but only to a limited extent because it is based on classical rough set model. In this paper, we generalize the MMeR algorithm with neighbourhood relations and make it a neighbourhood rough set model which we call MMeNR (Min Mean Neighborhood Roughness). It takes care of the heterogeneous data and also the uncertainty associated with it. Standard data sets have been used to gauge its effectiveness over the other methods.","PeriodicalId":185697,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Inventive Communication and Computational Technologies (ICICCT)","volume":"57 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126279329","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As a result modern Automobiles may have more than 50 electronic control unit on them. The verification of these ECUs is a necessary and crucial task. The manual testing involves human interaction for stipulating input and observing outcomes, hence it is not only time consuming but may involve human errors. In order to overcome the drawbacks of manual verification, an Automation framework is developed for the automated verification process. This Automation framework covers the features of maintainability, reusability and flexibility. The “One click Automation” approach is developed where a person need not sit and monitor the diagnostic process. The Automation framework is developed for LAMPS and DC sensors (seatbelt buckle switch) modules.","PeriodicalId":185697,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Inventive Communication and Computational Technologies (ICICCT)","volume":"18 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126565569","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As the technology is shrinking down, low-voltage operation has become a major design issue for the analog and digital signal processing applications. Floating gate MOSFET has been used here as low power circuit element. The major advantage of using FGMOS is low power dissipation, tunability, compatibility, flexibility and controllability. This paper gives basic implementation of FGMOS in SRAM 6T and 8T cells in 45nm technology using 45 gpdk (Generic Process Design Kit). The purpose of using these algorithms is to provide complexity constraint alternatives to solving this nondeterministic polynomial-time (NP)-hard problem. An approximate solution is found firefly based optimization which is used to provide an exact solution. Simulations show that these approaches can have bit-error rate (BER) performance which is indistinguishable from the maximum likelihood performance. Multi-user detection technique is one of the key technique used in CDMA system. This technique can reduce the multiple access interference and enhance the system performance and capacity. This algorithm helps to finding the shortest path and finding the best transmission power to minimize the BER within the signal. Different methods are used in OCR for different languages. The main steps of optical character recognition are pre-processing, segmentation and recognition. Recognizing handwritten text is harder than recognizing printed text. Convolutional Neural Network has shown remarkable improvement in recognizing characters of other languages. But CNNs have not been implemented for Malayalam handwritten characters yet. The proposed system uses Convolutional neural network to extract features. This is method different from the conventional method that requires handcrafted features that needs to be used for finding features in the text. We have tested the network against a newly constructed dataset of six Malayalam characters. To ensure a reliable transportation system it is important to have an intelligent traffic control system. The very first step to do that is to acquire traffic data. Traffic data may be acquired from different methods. However in recent days image processing techniques has been very important and promising topic to deal with traffic related problems because of its ease of maintenance and being more intelligent system. Most of the work detects edge of the vehicles and counts the number of traffic on the road. The disadvantage of the method is that counting the number of vehicles may give faulty results when space between the vehicles on the road are very small (i.e. two cars very close to each other may be counted as one vehicle). In this the proposed method firstly, compute the amount of area occupied by vehicles on the road rather than finding number of vehicles. The greater the amount of area occupied by vehicles on the road the greater the amount of traffic congestion. This way every kind of vehicles can be accounted for traffic density. Using this traffic data, the proposed model automatically controls the traffic signalling in a sequential manner depending on the amount of traffic on the road.","PeriodicalId":185697,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Inventive Communication and Computational Technologies (ICICCT)","volume":"8 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128898073","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper presents a multi-objective performance index — based size and site determination of distributed generations in distribution system with various load models. Normally loads are assumed to be of constant power (real power and reactive power). But here in not only the constant load but industrial load, residential load, commercial load and mixed load are presented. Optimal size and site of distributed generation are presented with multi-objective optimized values. Study has been done by the novel algorithm.
