Also they are used with the real time systems thus catering to the needs of the present scenario which the traditional methods have failed. These wireless networks deploy sensors around the area, but the disadvantage lies that these sensors have very limited battery life, so to use it in an efficient way conserving the battery power, 2 cluster heads are chosen called the secondary cluster head(SCH) and primary cluster head, SCH which is selected based on three factors namely, the remaining battery power, speed and centrality and fuzzy logic is been applied on these three factors to select the super cluster head. The primary cluster heads are chosen for each cluster based on the centrality distance. In this paper the cluster formation, selection of primary and super cluster head is analyzed and the network is simulated and measured with the parameters like end-end delay, Number of hops, Residual Energy, number of alive and dead nodes and energy consumption.","PeriodicalId":185697,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Inventive Communication and Computational Technologies (ICICCT)","volume":"42 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-03-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122318988","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is also used to resolve the copy right protection and ownership problem. The proposed method is used to provide the solution for copy right protection in video data. Here the different mathematical transforms like DWT and SVD are combined for the purpose of achieving the perceptual quality of the video and the key frame selection is achieved by chaotic map. Then the Two level DWT is performed in the video sequence, it produces the four sub bands like HH, HL, LH, LL. In this LL sub band is selected for embedding and extraction process. The watermark image is a binary image with proper resiolution. It is also subjected to SVD and performs the embedding process to embed the secret image into host video. This method survive different kinds of image and video processing attacks.","PeriodicalId":185697,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Inventive Communication and Computational Technologies (ICICCT)","volume":"45 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-03-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125081597","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

These long keys are difficult to remember, hence, stored in smart card; tamper-resistant token, etc. or password based authentication method is used to control the access of cryptographic key. But these user selected passwords sometimes lost or guessed by dictionary attacks. Moreover, in symmetric cryptography, sender and receiver must have the same secret key and the key must be secured which leads to another threat of security. As a substitute to this, generation of cryptographic key using the biometric traits of both sender and receiver during the sessions of communication can be a possible solution of the above discussed key management problem. But the problem with biometrics is that once it gets compromised it cannot be reused. As a proficient solution for cancelling and reissuing biometric template cancelable biometrics has been proposed. The present work proposed to generate 128 bit symmetric key from cancelable fingerprint templates of both communicating parties. The current approach confirms the privacy of fingerprints by one way transformation of original template into cancelable one as well as resolves the difficulty of key storage and key distribution as the key is not sent to the recipient and is also not saved anywhere.","PeriodicalId":185697,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Inventive Communication and Computational Technologies (ICICCT)","volume":"49 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-03-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128233491","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the first method filter structure is designed without any slots on the ground plane and the second method consists of interdigital slots on the ground plane. Interdigital slot consists of metal fingers, which enhances the performance of the filter. The resonant frequency can easily be changed by tuning the length of the metal fingers. Based on the comparative study, it is found that in the second method the return loss is enhanced to −22.5 dB. The insertion loss is found to be 0.1 dB in the passband. It is inferred that the filter becomes compact and the return loss is improved, using interdigital slots in the design.","PeriodicalId":185697,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Inventive Communication and Computational Technologies (ICICCT)","volume":"17 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-03-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124830638","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Image clustering is the crucial step of mining satellite images. As the satellite imagery is getting generated at a higher rate than the previous decades, it becomes essential to have better solutions in terms of accuracy as well as performance. In this paper, we are proposing the solution over big data platform Apache Spark which performs the clustering of images using different methods viz. Scalable K-means++, Bisecting K-means and Gaussian Mixture. Since the number of clusters is not known in advance in any of the methods, we also propose a Best of Breed approach of validating the number of clusters using Simple Silhouette Index algorithm and thus to provide the best clustering possible.","PeriodicalId":185697,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Inventive Communication and Computational Technologies (ICICCT)","volume":"125 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-03-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131710169","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Oral cancer is a kind of cancer, where some abnormal lesions or patches will appear in the oral cavity. Since it is difficult to identify it in the initial stages, it has one of the worst survival rates. The proposed health alert system can help the patients in identifying the disease in the initial stage itself. It accepts the Computerized Tomography (CT) scanned images of the cancer affected region and can detect the presence of malignancy. The obtained CT image is preprocessed using Adaptive Median Filter and the features such as Texture, Shape, Water Content, Linear Binary Pattern (LBP), Histogram of Oriented Gradients (HOG) and Gray Level Co-occurrence Matrix (GLCM) are extracted from preprocessed images. The redundant features are omitted using features election process and Support Vector Machine (SVM) classification algorithm is used to classify it as benign or malignant.
