At present portable electronic gadgets or systems are required in our day to day life with high performance and low energy. The subtractor is the most crucial part in the arithmetic operations and also used in the data processing applications. Systems with clocks produces lot of obligations like clock skew, jitter, high power, glitches and delay issues. Hence, systems with asynchronous approaches are having highest demand over clocked architectures. Null Convention Logic (NCL) is the better clock less design approach and it is further improved as Multi Threshold Null Convention Logic (MTNCL). This paper presents the design of RBS cell with MTNCL and its performance is compared with proposed design using Multi Threshold Dual Rail Dual Spacer Delay Insensitive Logic(MTD3L). The existing and proposed methodologies are designed and verified using mentor graphics EDA tools.","PeriodicalId":185697,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Inventive Communication and Computational Technologies (ICICCT)","volume":"9 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128292366","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The effective countermeasure against such botnet is provided by IDS (Intrusion detection system). IDS regularly observes and identify the presence of active attack by inspecting the vulnerabilities in network traffic. A payload-inspection-based IDS (PI-IDS) recognizes active intrusion efforts by examining user datagram protocol packet (UDP) and transmission control protocol's (TCP) payload and matching it with known attacks but the technique of PI-IDS is undermined if the packet is encrypted. The shortcoming of the PI-IDS is overcome by Traffic-based IDS (T-IDS), it does not check the packet payload; instead of this, it examines the header of a packet to classify the intrusion, but this technique is not suitable in today's world because network traffic grows rapidly so to check the header of each packet is not efficient and due to this detection rate also critical. So, We propose the new method in this paper T-IDS built an RDPLM (randomized data partitioned learning model) that depend on features set, and technique for feature selection, simplified sub spacing and multiple randomized meta-learning techniques. The correctness of our model is 99.984% and time for training is 21.38 s on the botnet dataset that is well-known. It is found that other Machine-learning models like deep neural network, reduced error pruning the tree detection task sequential minimal optimization, and random Tree.","PeriodicalId":185697,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Inventive Communication and Computational Technologies (ICICCT)","volume":"67 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121698520","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Also, most of transport in India is being carried out by railway network. Still accidents are the major concern in terms of railway track crossing and unidentified crack in rail tracks in Indian railway. About 60% accidents are occurring at railway track crossing and due to crack in railway tracks resulting in loss of precious life and loss of economy. Therefore there is need to think about new technology which is robust, efficient and stable for both automatic gate closure system and crack detection in railway track. This paper proposes an unmanned gate crossing and faulty rail track detection. Unmanned level crossing is a IR sensors base system and crack detection is an dynamic approach which combines the use of GPS (global positioning system) tracking system and GSM (global system for mobile communication) modem to send geographical coordinate of location. Unmanned gate crossing controller system prevents accident which are caused due to railway track crossing and railway crack detection system prevents train derailment by detecting crack in railway track using internet of things technology.","PeriodicalId":185697,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Inventive Communication and Computational Technologies (ICICCT)","volume":"141 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116046601","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this paper, a common form of image manipulation known as image composition or splicing is examined. The forgery detection method proposed here makes use of fine inconsistencies in the colour of the lighting of images. Our approach is machine-learning based which makes use of a behaviour knowledge space. This technique can be used in photographs having two or more people. To achieve forgery detection, complementary illuminant estimators are incorporated on image regions of similar material. Colour-, texture- and edge-based features are extracted from these illuminant estimates which are then provided to a machine-learning approach for automatic decision-making.","PeriodicalId":185697,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Inventive Communication and Computational Technologies (ICICCT)","volume":"45 10","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"120918799","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However one of the primary obstacles to widespread acceptance of the cloud are the complex issues of security and the consequent lack of trust by end users concerned with data security, integrity and confidentiality. With virtualization opening up several new attack surfaces typical to a virtual cloud scenario, the cloud security and trust have emerged as major concerns to adoption of cloud services. This paper highlights key complexities in the cloud security perimeter arising from virtualization, consequent potential security challenges and threats manifest in a cloud environment, persistent attack vectors and key issues which need to be addressed to propose a secure trust paradigm for a robust and hardened virtual cloud environment.","PeriodicalId":185697,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Inventive Communication and Computational Technologies (ICICCT)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128651900","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Phase information over the frequency field of an image has been acquired by discrete wavelet transform (DWT). The DWT may decompose an ear image into a set of basis function. The BLPOC is strong to resilient noise and rescaling variables may efficiently upgrade the performance of an ear recognition system for ear biometric applications. The phase matching technique has been adapted between the registered image and query image. The proposed algorithm works for a local image deformation in local block matching, respectively. Experimental analysis has been done using the IIT Delhi Ear database which exhibit the effectual recognition.","PeriodicalId":185697,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Inventive Communication and Computational Technologies (ICICCT)","volume":"120 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130773832","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
