Area tempat kerja yang mungkin terjadi kebakaran yaitu pada Rumah Sakit. Perencanaan dan penerapan sistem tanggap darurat menjadi metode yang digunakan dalam manajemen proteksi kebakaran. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menjelaskan gambaran standar penerapan sistem proteksi kebakaran pasif dan sarana penyelamatan di Jakarta Eye Center Kedoya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan komparatif yaitu menggali informasi secara mendalam dan observasi dilapangan, kemudian hasil akan dibandingkan dengan peraturan terkait bencana dan atau penanggulangan kebakaran sehingga didapat kesesuaian standar penerapan sarana penyelamatan dan sistem proteksi kebakaran pasif di Jakarta Eye Center Kedoya. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan pada sistem proteksi kebakaran pasif dan sarana penyelamatan berdasarkan skala likert yaitu 5 (lima) yang berarti sudah sangat sesuai dengan Permen PU No:26/PTR/M/2008 tentang Persyaratan teknis sistem proteksi kebakaran pada bangunan gedung dan lingkungan. Pembandingan yang diperoleh dari hasil observasi dan wawancara dengan kesesuaian penerapan berdasarkan peraturan didapat bahwa penerapan sistem proteksi kebarakan di Jakarta Eye Center Kedoya sudah sangat sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku. Saran dan rekomendasi untuk Jakarta Eye Center Kedoya dapat terus mempertahankan, terus memperbaiki dan mengembangkan program Emergency Response Plan sebagai upaya Management safety sesuai peraturan dan kebijakan nasional.---Fire is one of the disasters caused by human error which results in loss of property, business cessation, trauma and even fatalities. The purpose of this study is to explain the standard description of the application of passive fire protection systems and rescue facilities at Jakarta Eye Center Kedoya. This research uses a descriptive method with a comparative approach that is digging in-depth information and field observations, then the results will be compared with regulations related to disaster and or fire management so that the standard of safety rescue and passive fire protection systems in the Jakarta Eye Center Kedoya will be compared. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan perlindungan sumber daya manusia. Berdasarkan studi literatur dari internet, rumah sakit rentan terhadap penyebaran COVID-19. Oleh karena itu diperlukan analisis bahaya dengan menggunakan metode identifikasi bahaya Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) yang dapat menganalisis dan mengidentifikasi Keselamatan dan Sistem Manajemen Kesehatan Kerja (SMK3). Hasil identifikasi dan analisis adalah bahwa masih ada potensi bahaya dalam proses operasi sehingga rumah sakit perlu meningkatkan risiko kecelakaan dalam dua kategori, yaitu keselamatan kerja dan sistem manajemen kesehatan, serta lingkungan kerja. Dari hasil analisis HIRA, ada 10 unit aktivitas yang dapat memicu penularan virus COVID-19. Ada 8 aktivitas yang termasuk dalam risiko sedang dan 2 aktivitas yang termasuk dalam risiko ekstrem.---An important part of the hospital is human resources. Therefore, protection of human resources is needed. Based on literature studies from the internet, hospitals are vulnerable to the spread of COVID-19. Therefore a hazard analysis is required using the Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) hazard identification method that can analyze and identify Occupational Health Safety and Management Systems (SMK3). The result of identification and analysis is that there are still potential dangers in the operation process so that hospitals need to increase the risk of accidents in two categories, namely occupational safety and health management systems, and the work environment. From the results of the HIRA analysis, there are 10 units of activity that can trigger the transmission of the COVID-19 virus. PLN (Persero) dari tahun 2017 hingga 2019 mengalami peningkatan. Hasil wawancara peneliti dengan biro pengendali K3L UIT JBB, diketahui sebagian besar kecelakaan tersebut berawal dari unsafe act atau perilaku tidak aman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui determinan perilaku tidak aman pada Pegawai di PT. PLN (Persero) Unit Pelayanan Transmisi (UPT) Cawang dalam masa pandemi COVID-19 Tahun 2020. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain studi cross sectional, jumlah responden sebanyak 93 pegawai yang diambil dengan cara proportional random sampling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui 57% pegawai UPT Cawang berperilaku tidak aman (unsafe act) dengan kategori rendah. Terdapat 4 variabel yang berhubungan dengan perilaku tidak aman diantaranya masa kerja (0,035), persepsi (0,001), motivasi (0,004), kepatuhan (0,000). Variabel masa kerja, persepsi, motivasi, dan kepatuhan berhubungan signifikan secara statistik dengan perilaku tidak aman sehingga perlu meningkatkan sosialisasi melalui safety briefing maupun safety talk, meningkatkan pelatihan terkait keselamatan kelistrikan, membuat Safety Training Observation Program (STOP) Card.---Based on accidental data at the West Java Main Transmission Unit (UIT JBB) PT. PLN (Persero) from 2017 to 2019 which has increased. The results of interview done with the K3L control bureau UIT JBB, that most of the accidents originated from unsafe acts. This study aims to determine the determinants of unsafe behavior among employees at PT. PLN (Persero) Cawang Transmission Service Unit (UPT) during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. This research is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional study design, a total of 93 employees taken by proportional random sampling. Based on the research results, it is known that 57% of UPT Cawang employees have a low unsafe act. There are 4 variables related to unsafe behavior including years of service (0.035), perception (0.001), motivation (0.004), compliance (0.000). Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan pendidikan, pengetahuan dan sikap dengan kepatuhan penggunaan alat pelindung diri pada petugas bagian laundry, dapur, dan unit pelayanan sterilisasi RS Hermina Jatinegara Tahun 2017. Metode penelitian adalah analisis kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional dilakukan di RS Hermina Jatinegara, pada Maret-Agustus 2017. Populasi berjumlah 110 orang dengan jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 95 orang. Metode pengambilan sampel yaitu accidental sampling. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis univariat, bivariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel pengetahuan dan sikap tidak berhubungan signifikan dengan penggunaan APD. Sedangkan variabel yang berhubungan signifikan dengan penggunaan APD adalah pendidikan (OR 3,920).---To improve the competitiveness and productivity of hospitals, it is necessary to apply the OSH culture. One indicator is the use of PPE. The purpose of research is to to know the relationship of education, knowledge, and attitude of use PPE in laundry, kitchen, and sterilization unit RS Hermina Jatinegara in 2017. Laundry, kitchen, and sterilization units have a high risk for working accidents and occupational diseases. The research method is quantitative analysis method with cross sectional design at RS Hermina Jatinegara, in March-August 2017. Population in this research totally 110 persons. The sample used in this study 95 people with accidentally sampling method. The analysis used in this research is univariate, bivariate. The results showed that knowledge and attitude did not significantly correlate with the use of PPE. Umumnya, pelaut (ABK) menghabiskan sekitar setengah dari setiap tahunnya bekerja dan tinggal jauh dari rumah di lingkungan kerja yang unik. Selain itu, kondisi internal di dalam kapal pun berbeda-beda serta berbagai latar belakang pekerja dapat menyebabkan kondisi stres kerja. Hasil studi awal dari 30 orang pelaut ABK LNG di PT. X diketahui 2 mengalami stress kerja sangat berat, 9 orang mengalami stress kerja berat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran dan hubungan faktor-faktor determinan stres kerja di Kapal pengangkut LNG di PT. X.Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi cross sectional. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling berjumlah 71 orang. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan 3 kuesioner yaitu kuesioner Depression, Anxiety, Stress Scale 42 (DASS-42), HSE management standart indicator tools dan The Glazer-Stress Control Life-Style Questionnaire. Hasil penelitian menunjukan 53 orang (74,6%) mengalami keluhan stres kerja dan 18 orang (25,4%) sisanya tidak mengalami stres kerja. sementara itu dari 11 variabel independen yang diteliti, faktor kontrol terhadap pekerjaan, dukungan sosial, peran, perubahan organisasi, faktor keluarga memilki Pvalue < 0,05 yang artinya terbukti memiliki hubungan terhadap stres kerja. sedangkan faktor lainnya tidak berhubungan. Saran bagi perusahaan diharapkan dapat menciptakan dan memfasilitasi dalam pembentukan komunitas konseling untuk pekerja (ABK) diatas kapal, sebagai sarana penampung keluhan terkait permasalahan sosial diatas kapal dan sarana pendekatan antar pekerja. Serta perusahaan dapat memfasilitasi pembentukan kegiatan olahraga/meditasi komunitas rutin pada tiap minggunya.---Work as a seafarers is a job that risks of work stress. Generally, seafarers spend around half of each year working and living away from home in a unique work environment. In addition, the internal conditions inside the vessel also vary and various backgrounds of workers can cause conditions of job stress. Based on the results of a preliminary study on 30 LNG vessels crew in PT. X, there are 2 workers have very heavy job stress, 9 workers have heavy job stress. This study aims to determine the description and relationship of job stress determinant factors on LNG vessels in PT. X.This study used a cross sectional design. Determination of samples using total sampling with a total of 71 people. Jumlah responden sebanyak 192 orang, yang terdiri dari 96 orang pengemudi ojek online dan 96 pengemudi ojek pangkalan, dengan teknik accidental sampling dan dianalisis menggunakan Uji Chi-Square (X²).Penelitian menunjukkan responden yang megalami hipertensi adalah pengemudi ojek pangkalan (36.5%) dan ojek online (21.9%). Uji analisis univariat dengan distribusi variabel independen usia, riwayat keluarga, status gizi, pekerjaan, pendapatan, merokok, frekuensi konsumsi makanan pemicu hipertensi, kopi, aktivitas fisik dan stres. Berdasarkan analisis bivariat, terdapat variabel yang menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan dengan kejadian hipertensi yaitu variabel stres kerja (p=0,000, OR=18,3) usia (p=0,000, OR=4,2), pendapatan (p=0,035, OR=2,094), konsumsi makanan pemicu hipertensi (p=0,021, OR=0,154 dan 0,157) dan konsumsi kopi (p=0.035, 2.094). Variabel yang tidak berhubungan dengan hipertensi adalah riwayat keluarga, merokok dan olahraga.Stres kerja menunjukkan adanya hubungan dengan kejadian hipertensi pada pengemudi ojek di Kota Bekasi tahun 2017.Pengemudi ojek diharapkan memeriksa kesehatannya secara berkala agar terlihat riwayat penyakit yang diderita dan dapat ditangani lebih lanjut.---Background: Nationally 25.8% of Indonesia's population suffer from hypertension. West Java occupies the fourth highest position with a percentage of 29.4% experiencing hypertension, as many as 13,612,359 people suffer from hypertension. For the province of West Java the prevalence of hypertension in Bekasi City is 29.2%. This study aims to determine the relationship of work stress and other factors with the incidence of hypertension in motorcycle taxi drivers in Bekasi City in 2017.Method: This research is a quantitative study with crosssectional study design. Pendekatan lean management bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dengan berfokus mengeliminasi pemborosan (waste) yang terjadi dalam proses pelayanan. Pendekatan lean management pada penelitian ini difokuskan dilakukan di Instalasi Farmasi Rawat Jalan RSUP dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Subjek penelitian adalah 14 orang yaitu terdiri dari 1 orang kepala bagian instalasi farmasi, 1 orang apoteker, dan 12 orang yang bertugas di instalasi farmasi rawat jalan. Berdasarkan pemetaan VSM (Value Stream Mapping) diperoleh VAR (Value Add Ratio) untuk resep non racikan sebesar 17,80%, sedangkan untuk resep racikan sebesar 18,68%. Keberadaan waste overprocessing menduduki peringkat tertinggi dengan persentase sebesar 26%. Faktor penyebab dari waste overprocessing adalah karena banyaknya proses pelayanan yang masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga dianggap kurang efektif dan buang-buang waktu. Usulan perbaikan untuk faktor penyebab waste kritis tersebut adalah dengan menggunakan software khusus yang bisa mewakili pekerjaan petugas farmasi dalam proses penginputan data, sehingga tidak perlu menginput data berulang kali. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten---The pharmaceutical installation is one of the health service terminals that face to face with the community so that it is required to always improve the quality oriented towards achieving patient satisfaction as the end customer. The lean management approach aims to improve service quality by focusing on eliminating waste that occurs in the service process. The lean management approach in this study was focused on the Outpatient Pharmacy Installation at RSUP dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten. This research method uses qualitative research methods with a case study approach. The research subjects were 14 people consisting of 1 head of the pharmaceutical installation department, 1 pharmacist, and 12 people on duty at the outpatient pharmacy installation. Pencegahan kecelakaan kerja dapat dilakukan dengan mengetahui risiko yang ada, salah satunya melalui metode Hazard Identification, Risk Assesment, and Risk Control (HIRARC). PT. “X” adalah salah satu perusahaan manufaktur di Jakarta Timur yang memproduksi zat pewarna tekstil. Terdapat 9 kasus kecelakaan yang dialami oleh tenaga kerja pada tahun 2017. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui pengelolaan risiko K3 dari setiap proses kerja dan melakukan penilaian risiko untuk mengetahui tingkat risiko dan penanganan yang perlu dilakukan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data yaitu observasi langsung dan wawancara. Analisis dilakukan dengan menghitung risiko dalam bentuk skor. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahaya yang ada di antaranya beban berat, debu material, alat kerja (pisau/cutter), terjatuh/terperangkap, panas dari proses/mesin, gas kimia, tumpahan air, bising, getaran, dan alat yang menggantung. Penelitian diperoleh tingkatan risiko yang ada di bagian produksi I PT. “X” berada dalam tingkat risiko low (12,5%), tingkat risiko moderate (37,5%), tingkat risiko high (43,75%), tingkat risiko extreme (6,25%). Pengendalian risiko yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan rekayasa/engineering yaitu menyediakan eye washer dan penampung air. PT. “X” is one of the manufacturing companies in East Jakarta that produces textile dyes. There were 9 cases of accidents experienced by workers in 2017. This study was conducted on the production 1 which was prone to get some accidents. The aim of this study is to find out the occupational health and safety risk management from each work process and doing a risk assessment to know risk level and prevention which needed. Based on the results of the study has known the hazards that exist on the production 1 are heavy weight, dust materials, working tools (knife/cutter), drop or trapped, heat from the process/machine, chemical gas, water spill, noise, vibration, and tools that are hanging.
