PLN (Persero) dari tahun 2017 hingga 2019 mengalami peningkatan. Hasil wawancara peneliti dengan biro pengendali K3L UIT JBB, diketahui sebagian besar kecelakaan tersebut berawal dari unsafe act atau perilaku tidak aman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui determinan perilaku tidak aman pada Pegawai di PT. PLN (Persero) Unit Pelayanan Transmisi (UPT) Cawang dalam masa pandemi COVID-19 Tahun 2020. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain studi cross sectional, jumlah responden sebanyak 93 pegawai yang diambil dengan cara proportional random sampling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui 57% pegawai UPT Cawang berperilaku tidak aman (unsafe act) dengan kategori rendah. Terdapat 4 variabel yang berhubungan dengan perilaku tidak aman diantaranya masa kerja (0,035), persepsi (0,001), motivasi (0,004), kepatuhan (0,000). Variabel masa kerja, persepsi, motivasi, dan kepatuhan berhubungan signifikan secara statistik dengan perilaku tidak aman sehingga perlu meningkatkan sosialisasi melalui safety briefing maupun safety talk, meningkatkan pelatihan terkait keselamatan kelistrikan, membuat Safety Training Observation Program (STOP) Card.---Based on accidental data at the West Java Main Transmission Unit (UIT JBB) PT. There are 4 variables related to unsafe behavior including years of service (0.035), perception (0.001), motivation (0.004), compliance (0.000). 根据2017年至2019年西爪哇输电主机(UIT JBB) PT. PLN (Persero)的事故数据,该事故一直在增加。调查人员对K3L UIT JBB管制局(K3L UIT JBB)进行的调查发现,大多数事故都是由不安全行为或不安全行为引起的。本研究旨在确定在2020年COVID-19大流行期间,PT.
