Methods: CNKI, CBM, Wanfang, VIP were searched for literature published from 1978-2016. Descriptive analysis, association rules analysis was made by SPSS 17.0 software. Results: The top 5 meridian with the highest frequency of application were Du meridian, Large intestine meridian, Extra meridian, Gallbladder meridians and Small intestine meridian. Dazhui, Jiaji and Quchi were used mostly frequently. Method: The change of hs-CRP and ABI was tested before and after treatment in 42 cases (84 ears) of different syndrome types of diabetes deafness treated with JiangTangFangLong prescription. Compared with 40 normal people. Result: Different syndrome patients before treatment compared with normal, hs-CRP increased significantly (P0.05). Gas Yin deficiency and Yin and Yang deficiency compared with nomal person and before and after treatment have statistical significance. A lot of approaches have been applied for DTA to make the travel time costing least, but current algorithms cannot be solved to guarantee optimality. In this paper, a method based on crisscross optimization algorithm(CSO) is introduced to solve DTA problem. This novel algorithm adopts a double-crisscross search mechanism. It differs from algorithms given in introduction. It uses crisscross programming to enhance performance. This paper aims at time-varying flows in dynamic system optimal model and using CSO algorithm to solve it. At last, we obtain traffic flow distribution data by designing a numerical example and employing simulation. Liu","doi":"10.1109/ITME.2016.0042","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1109/ITME.2016.0042","url":null,"abstract":"Objective: To explore the role of preclinical small-class teaching mode in cultivating the medical students' abilities of clinical thinking, analysis and operating, and summarized the teaching experience. Methods: Fifty undergraduates students of 2011-2012 from Lanzhou University School of Stomatology were divided into two groups randomly (experimental group and control group, n = 25). Students in the experimental group will be arranged with small class every morning during the internship period while the control group not. The clinical teaching involves some normal operation of the oral medicine such as pit and fissure sealant, various hole filling, direct or indirect pulp capping, RCT (pulp exposing and seam exposing roof, root canal length measuring, root canal cleaning, root canal disinfectant, root canal filling), scaling and statistics after the internship period. Results: Most students hold a supportive attitude toward this teaching mode. They have a good impression on mainly 4 aspects of this teaching mode. 78.83% of the students prefer the small class form, 88.40% of the students prefer preparing before class, 84.40% of the students prefer the teaching content, 99.70% of the students prefer the teaching attitude. This result reveals that this teaching mode is recognized by the majority. 39.58% of the students think it has an ideal effect on operation ability, 49.57% of the students think it has an ideal effect on communication skill, 21.69% of the students think it has an ideal effect to link with theoretical knowledge and 48.40% of the students think it has an ideal effect on clinical practice. The total number of cases completed by the control group/ experimental group were fissure sealant (150/200), direct or indirect pulp capping (55/62), scaling and root planning (187/200), RCT (96/208), respectively. The mean time of muster by the control group / experimental group were fissure sealant (3/2) weeks, direct or indirect pulp capping (5/3) weeks, scaling and root planning (9/5) weeks, RCT (10/6) weeks, respectively. Conclusion: The preclinical small-class teaching mode contributes to master the clinical skills, and then improve the effect of practice. But the results about the function of EMR were controversial. We developed a Wizard-based outpatient EMR(WEMR) system dedicated to oral and maxillofacial surgery outpatient. Objective: To compare the efficiency of the Wizard-based outpatient EMR(WEMR) and the traditional keyboard character input outpatient EMR(TEMR), which was commonly used in oral and maxillofacial surgery outpatient. Methods: A well trained nurse, who was diagnosed with impacted lower third molar, acted as a standardized patient. 7 attending doctors and 21 interns were randomly allocated into two groups for EMR writing, one group writing medical records with TEMR, and the other with WEMR. And after 3 months of washout period, the writing tools were exchanged. A medical record scoring scale was produced for this standardized patient by three specialists. The documentary time and medical record quality scores of TEMR and WEMR were compared and analyzed. Results: The results showed that the documentary time decreased while the record quality score increased in WEMR group compared with TEMR group, and there were statistically difference between the two groups. At the same time, in the terms of record quality score comparison, the increase in interns group appeared to be greater than attending doctors group after using WEMR. Conclusions: The WEMR system can significantly reduce the documentary time and improve quality of medical records in outpatient of oral and maxillofacial surgery department.
