The study used the method of social survey sample through an electronic questionnaire applied by (312) parents in the time period 2/4 to 7/5/2020. The study found that there are problems resulting from the excessive use of electronic games by smart devices where the family problems came first and then behavioral problems, health problems and finally the study problems with an average level for all. Also, the study found statistical differences between the overuse of children on electronic games and variables attributable to the type of child and the type of games used and the duration of the play. The study recommended some recommendations including the selection of the parents of the appropriate games for the age and sex of the child, putting a time period for play, the family availing social, sports, and scientific, cultural recreational activities for the children to mitigate the overuse of children of electronic games.","PeriodicalId":184745,"journal":{"name":"Asian Journal of Humanities and Social Studies","volume":"68 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129671093","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Its structural components are semantic declarative, kinesthetic, and emotional memory. Musical performance concerns the production of musical artwork by vocal or musical instrument forms. The efficiency of this process is conditioned by ergonomic, effective work on learning and memorizing the music. It is regulated and organized from the level of ‘reading a vista’ the musical notes text until completed memorizing for the target level of music performance. The article, from the health psychology mainstream, presents methodical, practical tips with recommendations resulting from the biological principles, regularities, and specifics of this process revealed in the empirical data of such areas as neuropsychology, psychophysiology, cognitive psychology, biological psychology, and music pedagogy, with additional independent empirical verification in counseling of musicians at the professional music education level.","PeriodicalId":184745,"journal":{"name":"Asian Journal of Humanities and Social Studies","volume":"19 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-05-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133505936","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Consequently, there is not much about translation practice that is written by South African authors. Following this, translation books from outside South Africa are generally used and prescribed, thus stifling inherent experiences, since little is written by the South Africans themselves. A total number of 46 language practice students participated in this quantitative study. This study explored challenges encountered by first year language practice students, when using their prescribed book, at the Central University of Technology, Welkom Campus. Results indicated that students were not benefitting maximally from using the prescribed book, which is by any standard an excellent book. The socio-cultural experiences of the students were missing, thus prevent students’ from mastering the subject content better. From the data collected, it is recommended, amongst other recommendations, that a bias towards books reflecting South African experiences be prioritized as well as also allowing students to participate in making book choices. If in Europe, it was born with the aim of establishing contact between the State and local authorities. In the African context in general and Cameroon in particular, this emergence has been understood as a solution to the end of the double crises: the socio-political and economic crises. The main form of decentralized cooperation was twinning, with the difference that twinning does not maintain the concrete, while decentralized cooperation maintains an active or proactive concrete action stimulating development actions. As a solution to the double political crisis with demands linked in the 1980s to the republican form of the state. It was necessary to include the latter in the requirements of institutional changes, and in this perspective that the change related, sometimes to the decentralization of the State, having regard to the concern for federalism of the Anglo-Saxon tradition, and sometimes to alleviate the concern of national union. The state ultimately opted by compromise for a decentralized unitary model. This platform, known as the tripartite 4 , was a political concession to stifle federalist inclinations in the English-speaking area, claiming State power. The second context of the emergence of decentralized cooperation constitutes a response to the ambient economic crisis of the 1980s, consecrated by the fall in raw materials, the drastic fall in the economic level of the State with a fall in the budget, the crisis in the paradigm of economic planning or five-year plans as economic factors of crisis. Hence the serious impact on the transfer of funds to local communities, unable to participate effectively in local development programs, today communal development plans (CDP), the state having failed. Decentralization thus appears to be a new approach in the fight against underdevelopment. This is why the structural adjustment 6 plans will support local communities in the social dimension of the fight against poverty. Thus, talking about the place of local authorities in decentralized cooperation in Cameroon seems more to be an illusion than a glimmer, in the sense that the latter play only a very subsidiary role, even derisory in a process of agreement concerning them, in the first place. However, this place is decisive because, thereby confirming the autonomy of the decentralized bodies.","PeriodicalId":184745,"journal":{"name":"Asian Journal of Humanities and Social Studies","volume":"90 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-04-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132122384","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Although the promulgation and implementation of the supervision law is objectively conducive to the party's centralized and unified leadership of anti-corruption work and the full coverage of public power supervision, from the perspective of the rule of law, there are many problems in the supervision procedure formulated by the supervision law, which need to be deeply reflected. These problems mainly include: the lack of operability and transparency in many details of the supervision procedure; the confusion between the implementation of inner-party laws and the implementation of national laws; the confusion between the investigation of duty-related violations and the investigation of duty-related crimes; the self-determination and implementation of investigation measures; the self-determination and self implementation of lien measures; the inability of lawyers to intervene in the supervision procedure; the lack of effective supervision by the supervision commissions.","PeriodicalId":184745,"journal":{"name":"Asian Journal of Humanities and Social Studies","volume":"97 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-12-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127378757","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This is because the constitutional texts of protections are often ambiguous, incomplete, scattered and derisory. Also, the fact that environmental law is part of the rights-claims which in general are only addressed to the attention of the public authorities, poses a real problem as to its justiciability. Therefore, the right to the environment does not enjoy the same degree of jurisdictional protection as other rights. As a result, they often have no direct effect. Thus, in the oil exploitation framework, the environmental protection offered by the Chadian constitution, could only be insufficient except recourse to the activation of the ordinary ways of right.","PeriodicalId":184745,"journal":{"name":"Asian Journal of Humanities and Social Studies","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129146231","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A general comparison of structural organization and main perceptual characteristics of music and speech signals is carried out additionally, with separate consideration of neurophysiological foundations of the auditory analysis of timbre characteristics of speech sources (speaker's voice) and music (instrument sounds). Some aspects of the practical application of auditory and musical training in the context of training and rehabilitation measures for sensory-cognitive dysfunctions of various genesis are explained, with the prospects of further research aimed at studying the influence of the timbre on the indices of spatial selectivity of musical perception in comparison with the characteristics of the spatial selectivity of speech hearing in the perception of complex acoustic scenes.","PeriodicalId":184745,"journal":{"name":"Asian Journal of Humanities and Social Studies","volume":"6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114240934","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
