The proposed control has two instantaneous average values control loops: one for voltage and another for current. The first one controls the output voltage of the inverter while the second is designed to control the parallel operation of the inverters. The proposed parallelism control acts in the voltage before the LC filter and is based in the feedback of the L inductor current. There is no communication among inverters so that one unit is independent from the others. The initial hypothesis consider that is possible to minimize the converter's losses through the variation of motor voltage phase and through selection of an appropriate transformer. To reduce the IGBT dual module losses means to reduce the operational cost of the system. The initial investment of this configuration is very attractive for treating of a converter that works in shunt, in other words, only a part of the load power flows through the converter. Analysis in steady state has been realized, as well. It follows the procedures described in the IEC standards, regarding wind turbine power quality and wind power production. The system has two basic modules. The first, called remote unit, is located on a meteorological mast and encompasses environmental signal transducers and a wireless communication system. The second, the local unit, at the turbine connection point, comprises a digital signal processor (DSP), a MCU, a memory card, as well as voltage and current transducers. Both units operate synchronously to relate the environmental signals with electrical ones. The DSP is responsible for data processing and overall system management. Therefore, the key of a good design is the study of the active and reactive powers unbalance. In this paper, the unbalance of a drooping parallelism method is analyzed and practical simplifications are applied in the exact equations. These equations are then rewritten in the per unit system, making the study even more intuitive and generalizing the design. Solutions based on passive filters are conventionally used to suppress the undesired high-frequency phenomena that take place in such systems, but, in turn, bring up new considerations concerning filter size, weight, cost and electrical losses. In this context, an alternative concept of a motor drive system that overcome all these problems is outlined in this paper, where the long cable is used to connect the rectifier to the inverter, thus establishing a DC power transmission link. The objective of this study was to verify the operation of a line conditioner when subjected disturbances, using a digital PLL to generate the reference. The generation of the sinusoidal reference for the output voltage control loop is discussed and digital PLL (DPLL) based on the three-phase instantaneous power theory is proposed. The advantage of the use of a PLL in this work, as a reference, is due to it being immune to variations and disturbances from the mains, being sensitive to the frequency variation that enables the fundamental component of the voltage to be monitored. The conditioner control is based on the concept of multi-loop, one being to control the output voltage RMS value and other for the pre-feeding of the input voltage.
