Auditor bekerja di Kantor Akuntan Publik (KAP) bertugas untuk mengaudit suatu laporan keuangan. Laporan keuangan suatu perusahaan dinyatakan tidak wajar jika tidak sesuai dengan standar dan prosedur. Perilaku tersebut dinyatakan tindakan perilaku disfungsional audit (Dysfunctional Audit Behaviour). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis gaya kepemimpinan dan kepentingan klien terhadap perilaku disfungsional audit. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam dalam penelitian ini adalah auditor yang bekerja di Kantor Akuntan Publik Batam. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 5 KAP dengan 34 responden. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis linier berganda. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi di Toko Subur Grosir dan dokumentasi, wawancara owner toko, dan mitra kerja yaitu penyuplai produk dan konsumen dalam kategori ritel. Hasil penelitian menunjukan strategi penentuan harga pada setiap produk di Toko Subur Grosir berbeda-beda berdasarkan pola penjualan yang berlaku. Maka dalam penentuan harga produk di Toko Subur Grosir teori strategi bundle pricing & competitor based pricing sesuai dan dapat diterapkan pada bisnis grosir. This type of research uses a qualitative approach. Qualitative research obtains research subjects from informants using purposive sampling technique, namely the amount of information as much as 9 people according to selected criteria that are relevant to the research problem. Data analysis in this study was obtained from interviews, observation and documentation. At the interview stage the researcher used the Job Competency Assessment (JCA) Method to assess the competencies possessed by individuals. Based on the results obtained, it shows that there are 10 CS competencies in Bank Eka namely attention to clarity of tasks (attention to order), customer orientation (customer service orientation), enthusiasm for achievement (achievement orientation), self-control (self-control), impact and influence (impact and influence), empathy (interpersonal understanding), self-confidence (self-confidence), ability to direct (direction), special skills (personal expertise), cooperation (teamwork), 4 out of 10 competencies appears. The most concerned are clarity of tasks (attention to order), customer oriented (customer service oriented), passion for achievement (achievement orientation), self-control. This competency can later be more challenging, maintained and improved. \u0000ABSTRAK \u0000Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kompetensi customer service dengan menggunakan Metode Job Competency Assesment (JCA). Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan jumlah informan sebanyak 9 orang yang ditentukan secara purposive. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan Behavioral Event Interview (BEI), observasi dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, terdapat 10 kompetensi pada CS di BPR, dengan kompetensi prioritas pada kompetensi perhatian terhadap kejelasan tugas (concern for order), beriorientasi kepada pelanggan (customer service orientation), semangat untuk berprestasi (achievement orientation), pengendalian diri (self-control). Salah satunya adalah Pempek Cekman yang ada di kota Bandar Lampung. Oleh kerena itu, di perlukan strategi yang tepat untuk meningkatkan daya saing industri Pempek Cekman. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode campuran (mixed method) dengan strategi penelitian yang digunakan adalah strategi eksploratoris sekuensial yang memfokuskan pada Analisis SWOT untuk membantu pemilik Pempek Cekman untuk dapat mengembangkan strategi daya saing produk dengan UMKM lainnya. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan studi kepustakaan, observasi atau penelitian lapangan, wawancara semi terstruktur, dan kuesioner semi terbuka. Analisis menggunakan dua tahapan pengumpulan dan analisis data, yakni tahapan kualitatif melalui wawancara semi terstruktur pada informan untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan hambatan yang dihadapi untuk pengembangan pempek Cekman. Hasil identifikasi tersebut kemudian dianalisis dan dikembangkan dalam bentuk kuesioner untuk mendapatkan alternatif strategi melalui analisis SWOT, dan kemudian ditentukan strategi prioritas melalui analisis AHP. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang menggunakan analisi SWOT dan Matrik IFAS dan EFAS strategi pengembangan yang dapat di lakukan strategi SO, yaitu strategi yang menggunakan kekuatan (strength) yang dimiliki untuk memanfaatkan peluang (opportunity). Strategi ini dikenal sebagai strategi agresif yaitu dengan melakukan perluasan pemasarannya. Financial distress that continues to occur will result in the company going bankrupt. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of shareholding, capital structure, and firm size on the potential for financial distress in retail trade companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period. The data analysis technique used in this research is panel data regression analysis. Based on the results of the study indicate that the variables of managerial ownership, institutional ownership and capital structure have a significant effect on financial distress. While the firm size variable has no significant effect on financial distress. Simultaneously managerial ownership, institutional ownership, capital structure and firm size have a significant effect on financial distress. \u0000 ABSTRAK \u0000Financial distress merupakan suatu kondisi dimana keuangan perusahaan berada pada kondisi yang tidak sehat atau krisis. Financial distress yang terus menerus terjadi akan mengakibatkan perusahaan mengalami kebangkrutan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh corporate governance struktur modal dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap potensi terjadinya financial distress pada perusahaan retail trade yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2015-2019. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi data panel. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepemilikan manajerial, kepemilikan institusional dan struktur modal memiliki pengaruh signfikan terhadap financial distress. Sedangkan variabel ukuran perusahaan tidak memiliki pengaruh siginifikan terhadap financial distress. This study uses a quantitative approach with the type of explanatory research. The sampling technique is non-probability sampling, with a sample of 85 respondents from Miss Cimory at PT Cimory Bekasi. The data was obtained from questionnaires which were distributed by using a Likert scale. This study used multiple regression analysis with SPSS 25 application for the data analysis tool. This study shows that partially, emotional intelligence and job satisfaction have a positive effect on employee performance. The work stress has a negative effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, there is an influence of emotional intelligence, job stress, and job satisfaction on employee performance. Performance and job satisfaction are variables that have characteristics in the very high category, especially regarding support from leaders and colleagues, as well as internal motivation due to job compatibility. \u0000ABSTRAK \u0000Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional, stres kerja, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian explanatory research. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling, dengan sampel 85 responden Miss Cimory di PT Cimory Bekasi. Data diperoleh dari kuisioner yang disebar dengan menggunakan skala likert. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda, dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS 25. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, kecerdasan emosional dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Adapun stres kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan, terdapat pengaruh kecerdasan emosional, stres kerja, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan terhadap kinerja. Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan nonprobability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling, sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 8 perusahaan dengan waktu pengamatan 4 tahun. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi data panel menggunakan bantuan software pengolah data statistik yaitu E-views 11. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial GCG berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, CSR berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan DER (leverage) berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. The independent variables of the study include the profitability ratio which is proxied by the claim expense ratio, the liquidity ratio is proxied by the asset liquidity ratio, the premium stability ratio is proxied by the self-retention ratio and the ratio of changes in tabarru funds, while the dependent variable of the study is the health level of shariah life insurance as measured by solvency ratio or Risk Based Capital (RBC). The population in the study were 24 insurance companies and shariah life insurance based on the publication of the Financial Services Authority on February 19th 2016. Based on the purposive sampling method, 10 companies were selected as samples that met the research criteria for 5 years research period. The results of this study indicated in partially the ratio of changes tabarru funds had no significant effect on the health level of shariah life insurance. Meanwhile, profitability ratios, liquidity ratios, and premium stability ratios have a significant effect on the health level of shariah life insurance. Simultaneous, profitability ratios, liquidity ratios, premium stability ratios and the ratio of changes in tabarru funds have a significant effect on the health of shariah life insurance. \u0000ABSTRAK \u0000Penelitian.ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh rasio keuangan dalam metode Early Warning System (EWS) dan rasio perubahaan dana tabarru terhadap tingkat kesehatan asuransi jiwa syariah di Indonesia. Variabel independen penelitian meliputi rasio profitabilitas dengan proksi rasio beban klaim, rasio likuiditas dengan proksi rasio likuiditas aset, rasio stabilitas premi dengan proksi rasio retensi diri dan rasio perubahaan dana tabarru. Sedangkan variabel dependen penelitian adalah tingkat kesehatan asuransi jiwa syariah dengan proksi Risk Based Capital (RBC). Penelitian ini menggunakan populasi sebanyak 24 asuransi jiwa syariah berdasarkan publikasi Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) pada 19 Februari 2016. Berdasarkan metode pemilihan sampel purposive terpilih 10 asuransi jiwa syariah yang memenuhi kriteria penelitian dengan periode pengamatan selama 5 tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial rasio perubahaan dana tabarru tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat kesehatan asuransi jiwa syariah. Sedangkan rasio profitabilitas, rasio likuiditas, dan rasio stabilitas premi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat kesehatan asuransi jiwa syariah. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling on 100 respondents. Data analysis was performed by multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was an effect of green product, green advertising, and green packaging partially and simultaneously on purchasing decisions. The biggest effect in this study was green advertising variable with advertisements that display the characteristics of eco-friendly products, so as to instill a good impression in the minds of consumers and encourage purchase decisions. However, the message elements contained in green advertising have low value for consumers, so that efforts are needed to improve these aspects. The research implication proves that eco-friendly marketing stimuli have a positive effect on purchasing decisions. \u0000ABSTRAK \u0000Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat signifikansi pengaruh green product, green advertising, dan green packaging terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen produk Love Beauty and Planet melalui pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksplanatori. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu purposive sampling dengan jumlah 100 responden. Analisis data dilakukan melalui analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat pengaruh signifikan green product, green advertising, dan green packaging secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Pengaruh terbesar terletak pada variabel green advertising dengan iklan yang menampilkan karakteristik produk ramah lingkungan sehingga menanamkan kesan baik di benak konsumen dan mendorong keputusan pembelian. Namun, elemen pesan yang terdapat dalam green advertising memiliki nilai yang rendah bagi konsumen, sehingga diperlukan upaya peningkatan pada aspek tersebut. The success of the Hokkian ethnic Chinese trade business is inseparable from the application of business culture. The application of Hokkian ethnic Chinese business culture in Prabumulih City is inseparable from ancestral teachings, business principles, business systems. This research aims to examine or analyze business culture against the success of the Hokkian ethnic Chinese trade in Prabumulih City. This study uses descriptive qualitative research types and there are ten informants who are owners of trade businesses such as snack shops, grocery stores, building and plastic stores, car spare parts stores. Data collection uses observations, in-depth interviews and documentation. The data in the study was analyzed using Miles and Huberman's interactive model. The results of the analysis showed that ethnic Chinese Hokkians uphold a culture that is also applied to business practices, consisting of Guanxi and time management. The ancestral teachings that are still used today are feng shui. Ethnic Chinese business principles use Tao Zhu Gong principle, Hokkian ethnic Chinese business system consists of five systems. This cultural approach influences business decisions related to managerial as well as operational. \u0000ABSTRAK \u0000Budaya tradisional masyarakat Tionghoa dipengaruhi oleh ajaran tradisional konfusianisme. Keberhasilan usaha dagang etnis Tionghoa Hokkian tidak terlepas dari adanya penerapan budaya bisnis. Penerapan budaya bisnis etnis Tionghoa Hokkian di Kota Prabumulih tidak terlepas dari ajaran leluhur, prinsip bisnis, sistem bisnis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji atau menganalisis budaya bisnis terhadap keberhasilan dagang etnis Tionghoa Hokkian di Kota Prabumulih. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dan terdapat sepuluh informan yang merupakan pemilik dari usaha dagang seperti toko makanan ringan, toko kelontong, toko bangunan dan plastik, toko sparepart mobil. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara mendalam serta dokumentasi. Data dalam penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif Miles and Huberman. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa etnis Tionghoa Hokkian menjunjung tinggi budaya yang juga diterapkan pada praktek bisnis, terdiri dari Guanxi dan manajemen waktu. Ajaran leluhur yang masih digunakan hingga saat ini yaitu feng shui. Prinsip bisnis etnis Tionghoa menggunakan prinsip Tao Zhu Gong, Sistem bisnis etnis Tionghoa Hokkian terdiri dari lima sistem.
