The population used is companies that conduct IPO (Initial Public Offering) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2015-2019, the population of 177 companies and samples in this study are 133 companies determined through purposive sampling. The data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis test with t-test and F-test. Based on the hypothetical test results showed that partial variable total asset turnover and the size of the company had a significant effect on the occurrence of stock underpricing, while other variables namely debt to equity ratio, rupiah exchange rate and IHSG were not shown to have a significant effect on the occurrence of stock underpricing. F test results showed that total asset turnover, debt to equity ratio (DER), company size, rupiah exchange rate, and JCI simultaneously had a significant effect on the level of stock underpricing. \u0000ABSTRAK \u0000Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh total asset turnover, debt to equity ratio (DER), ukuran perusahaan, nilai tukar rupiah dan IHSG terhadap terjadinya tingkat underpricing saham. Populasi yang digunakan adalah perusahaan yang melakukan IPO (Initial Public Offering) di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama tahun 2015-2019, populasi sebanyak 177 perusahaan dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 133 perusahaan yang ditentukan melalui purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dan pengujian hipotesis serta uji asumsi klasik yang meliputi uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji  heteroskedastisitas dan uji autokorelasi dengan tingkat signifikansi alpha 5%. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel total asset turnover dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap terjadinya underpricing saham, sedangkan variabel lain yaitu debt to equity ratio, nilai tukar rupiah dan IHSG tidak terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap terjadinya underpricing saham. This type of research is explanatory with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were 100 respondents, with the sampling technique using accidental sampling. Data were analyzed using NASA-TLX method and multiple regression analysis. The results explained that the workload of the Gojek driver was very high, the highest workload was in the aspect of physical needs and the lowest was in the aspect of the frustration level. However, the partial test results that workload does not affect the performance of Gojek drivers, while incentives affect the performance of Gojek drivers. Simultaneously, both workload and incentives have an affect on performance of Gojek drivers. There is a relationship between job characteristic on study results that require further research, and the importance of stimulating incentives for drivers to maximize the achievement of work targets. \u0000  \u0000Abstrak \u0000  \u0000Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis beban kerja dengan menggunakan metode NASA-TLX, serta mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja dan insentif terhadap kinerja pengemudi Gojek di Bandar Lampung. Jenis penelitian ini eksplanatori dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode NASA-TLX, dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil studi menjelaskan bahwa beban kerja pengemudi Gojek sangat tinggi, beban kerja yang paling tinggi terdapat pada aspek kebutuhan fisik, dan yang terendah terdapat pada aspek tingkat frustasi. Namun, hasil pengujian secara parsial menunjukkan beban kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pengemudi Gojek, sedangkan insentif berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pengemudi Gojek. Walaupun demikian, secara simultan, kedua variabel, baik beban kerja maupun insentif berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pengemudi Gojek. The concept in this study is to compare daily stock price predictions according to technical indicators with the closing prices that occured on that day. Sample selection technique used in this research used a purposive sampling method and obtained 9 pharmaceutical sub-sector companies listed on the IDX from February to April 2020. The type of data used is a chart of the company's daily stock price movements obtained from finance.yahoo.com. The data analysis technique used was the paired sample t-test and used the SPSS 26 analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that the Bollinger indicator does not have a significant difference. \u0000ABSTRAK \u0000Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur keakuratan analisis teknikal dengan indikator Bollinger Band dalam memprediksi harga saham pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Konsep pada penelitian ini adalah membandingkan prediksi harga saham harian menurut indikator teknikal dengan harga penutupan yang terjadi pada hari tersebut. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan diperoleh sebanyak 9 perusahaan sub sektor farmasi yang terdaftar di BEI selama Februari hingga April 2020. Jenis data yang digunakan yaitu berupa grafik pergerakan harga saham harian perusahaan yang diperoleh dari finance.yahoo.com. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji independent sample t-test dan menggunakan alat analisis program SPSS 26. This research conducted with an explanatory research approach. The sample of this research is Tokopedia users who have made transactions more than once, with total 100 respondents using accidental sampling technique. Data analysis was performed by descriptive anaylsis and multiple linear analysis. The results showed that e-trust, e-wom, and e-service quality partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on online purchasing decisions. The online purchasing decision factor in this study is mostly influenced by e-wom. Tokopedia is expected to add a recommendation feature for the most purchased products, filter reviews, and improve product quality. \u0000Keywords: e-trust, e-wom, e-service quality, online purchasing decisions \u0000  \u0000Abstrak \u0000  \u0000Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh e-trust, e-wom, dan e-service quality terhadap keputusan pembelian online pada pengguna Tokopedia di Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan explanatory research. Sampel penelitian ini adalah pengguna aplikasi Tokopedia yang telah melakukan transaksi lebih dari satu kali pada aplikasi, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 100 orang, yang dilakukan dengan teknik accidental sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa e-trust, e-wom dan e-service quality secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian online. This type of explanatory research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) registered at KPP Pratama Tanjung Karang. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a sample of 100 respondents. Data analysis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 25.0 software tools. Based on the results of research and data analysis, it shows that partially e-billing and understanding of taxation have a significant effect on tax compliance. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan sampel 100 responden. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan alat bantu software SPSS 25.0. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial e-billing dan pemahaman perpajakan, berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan pajak. This condition can be predicted using model that have been developed by many researchers. The purpose of this research is analyze and describe the effects of current asset to current liability, debt to total asset, total asset turnover, and  net income to equity in predicting the condition of financial distress in manufacturing companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange  in year 2012-2017. The data analiysis method is logit regression. The resecarch sample used purposive sampling tecnique. The result of wald test (partial) showed that current asset to current liability, debt to total asset and  total asset turnover that have significant effects to predict the condition of  financial distress in company, whilst net income to equity not significant to predict the condition of financial distress in the company. The result of G2/likehood showed that current asset liability, debt to total asset, total asset turnover and  net income to equity  simultaneously have significant influence to predict the condition of financial distress in company.
