The population in this study is a company mining sectors listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange period 2014-2019. Sampel selection technique is purposive sampling methods . Based on criteria that have been determined, accuired from 8 companies in the sampel. The type of data that is used annual financial report from each companies website and stock closing price from investing.com. Data were analyzed using descriptive analys and logit regression. The result of this research is Market to Book Value, Cash Flow Volatility, Financial Distress and Leverage has a nothing significant influence on hedging policy simultaneously. Partially, Market to Book Value has a nothing significant influence on hedging policy. Cash Flow Volatility has a nothing significant influence on hedging policy. Financial Distress has a nothing significant influence on hedging policy. Leverage has a nothing significant influence on hedging policy. \u0000ABSTRAK \u0000Lindung nilai pada suatu perusahaan bertujuan untuk melindungi perusahaan dari adanya eksposur valuta asing. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2014-2019. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu dengan metode purposive sampling. Berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang telah ditentukan diperoleh sebanyak 8 perusahaan sebagai sampel. Jenis data yang digunakan yaitu laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan diperoleh dari situs web perusahaan masing-masing dan data harga saham penutupan yeng diperoleh dari investing.com.Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan regresi logistik. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan rasio Market to Book Value, Cash Flow Volatility, Financial Distress dan Leverage secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kebijakan lindung nilai. Secara parsial Market to Book Value tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kebijakan lindung nilai. Cash Flow Volatility tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kebijakan lindung nilai. Financial Distress berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kebijakan lindung nilai. This sampling technique in this study was using the purposive sampling method and obtained as many as 7 banking sector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange during 2016 to 2020. This study uses multiple regression analysis techniques panel data model with analysis tools using Eviews 11. The results of this study indicate that non performing loans have a positive and significant effect on the company’s financial performance, operating leverage has a positive and significant effect on the company’s financial performance, and financial leverage has a negative and insignificant effect on the company’s financial performance. \u0000ABSTRAK \u0000Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis ada atau tidaknya pengaruh dari non performing loan, operating leverage, dan financial leverage terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan sektor perbankan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan metode sampling purposive dan diperoleh sebanyak 7 perusahaan sektor perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama tahun 2016 hingga 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi berganda model panel data dengan alat analisis menggunakan Eviews 11. One of them is in cosmetic products. In particular, this study provides insight into the effect of green products, green advertising, and green trust on purchasing decisions for cosmetic products. The quantitative approach was applied to 100 samples selected purposefully. Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the data. The results of the study partially show that green advertising has a stronger influence than green products. However, there is no effect of green trust on purchasing decisions for cosmetic products. Aspects that are highly valued when choosing environmentally friendly cosmetic products are product safety, protecting the beauty of the earth, and participating in preserving the environment. \u0000ABSTRAK \u0000Lingkungan menjadi isu penting dalam perusahaan saat ini, tidak hanya sekedar produk, tetapi juga proses pemasaran dan komitmen perusahaan untuk berpartisipasi aktif dalam kampanye ramah lingkungan. Salah satunya pada produk kosmetik. Secara khusus studi ini memberikan wawasan mengenai pengaruh green product, green adverting, dan green trust terhadap keputusan pembelian produk kosmetik. Pendekatan kuantitatif diterapkan terhadap 100 sampel yang dipilih secara purposif. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan green advertising memberikan pengaruh yang lebih kuat daripada green product. Walaupun demikian, tidak terdapat pengaruh green trust terhadap keputusan pembelian produk kosmetik. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative. The population and sample in this study are the same, namely the Sharia Financial Services Cooperative BMT El Ihsan Pringsewu. Sources of data in this study using primary data sources and secondary data. The research data collection technique used documentation techniques in the form of archived data on KJKS BMT El Ihsan financial statements and interview techniques with the BMT El Ihsan Sharia Financial Services Cooperative. The results of this study indicate that KJKS BMT El Ihsan Pringsewu in 2017-2019 is included in the healthy category. In 2017 it got an overall score of 88, in 2018 it got an overall score of 91.75, and in 2019 it got an overall score of 93. Based on this score KJKS BMT El Ihsan is included in the predicate of the health level in the healthy category with a score range of 81-100 according to the Ministerial Regulation State Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of the Republic of Indonesia Number: 35.3/Per/M.KUKM/X/2007. \u0000ABSTRAK \u0000Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesehatan Koperasi Jasa Keuangan Syariah BMT El Ihsan Pringsewu Periode 2017-2019, dalam tinjauan Peraturan Menteri Negara Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil Menengah Republik Indonesia Nomor: 35.3/Per/M.KUKM/X/2007. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampel pada penelitian ini sama yaitu Koperasi Jasa Keuangan Syariah BMT El Ihsan Pringsewu. Sumber data penelitian ini menggunakan sumber data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan teknik dokumentasi berupa data arsip laporan keuangan KJKS BMT El Ihsan dan teknik wawancara kepada pihak Koperasi Jasa Keuangan Syariah BMT El Ihsan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa KJKS BMT El Ihsan Pringsewu tahun 2017-2019 termasuk ke dalam kategori sehat. Tahun 2017 memperoleh skor kesuluruhan sebesar 88, tahun 2018 memperoleh skor kesuluruhan sebesar 91,75, dan tahun 2019 memperoleh skor keseluruhan 93. This means that online consumer reviews are significant when making purchases. This study intends to examine how TikTok's social media marketing and user reviews affect consumers' purchase decisions. This study employs a quantitative approach and involves a population of Indonesian students who use TikTok. A total of 300 respondents formed up the sample, which was selected purposefully. Utilizing a Likert scale in a questionnaire. The Partial Least Square (PLS) method was used to analyse the data. The study's findings demonstrate how TikTok's social media marketing and online user evaluations link together to impact purchases. Social media affects consumer decisions due to the informative content, accessibility, and communication, as well as influencers support. While consumer reviews support the clarity of information, as well as post image support that shows the conformity of the original product appearance with the image. The prevalence of consumer review and the extensive usage of social media highlight how crucial it is to manage digital marketing effectively to generate favourable feedback that affects online consumer purchase decisions. \u0000ABSTRAK \u0000Kegiatan pemasaran melalui sosial media menjadi bagian yang tak terpisahkan dalam aktivitas bisnis saat ini. Hal ini membuat review konsumen secara online menjadi penting dalam keputusan pembelian. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh social media marketing TikTok dan online consumer review terhadap keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan populasi mahasiswa pengguna TikTok di Indonesia. Sampel ditentukan secara purposive dengan jumlah 300 responden. Instrumen kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert. Data dianalisis dengan metode Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa social media marketing TikTok dan online consumer review secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Sosial media mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian karena konten yang informatif, kemudahan dalam penggunaan dan berkomunikasi, termasuk pengaruh dari adanya kolaborasi dengan influencer. Sementara review konsumen mendukung pada kejelasan informasi, serta dukungan gambar kiriman yang menunjukkan kesesuaian tampilan produk asli dengan gambar. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan diperoleh 38 perusahaan yang sesuai dengan kriteria. Periode pengamatan dilakukan selama 30 hari sebelum pengumuman dan 30 hari setelah pengumuman. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari idx.co.id. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test dan menggunakan alat analisis program SPSS 26. This type of research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection was done by observation, documentation and in-depth interviews. The data was taken by snowball sampling technique and data analysis was carried out with the help of the internal factor evaluation matrix (IFE), external factor evaluation (EFE), and the SWOT matrix. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the condition of the catfish pecel business in Bandar Lampung City is in quadrant II, namely the diversification strategy. The formulation of the strategy for the catfish pecel business in Bandar Lampung is based on the ST strategy, which is to utilize strengths to minimize and deal with threats. \u0000ABSTRAK \u0000Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui alternatif strategi pengembangan usaha pada usaha pecel lele di Kota Bandar Lampung dengan analisis lingkungan internal dan lingkungan eksternal. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara mendalam. Data diambil dengan teknik snowball sampling dan analisis data dilakukan dengan bantuan matriks evaluasi faktor internal (IFE), evaluasi faktor eksternal (EFE), dan matriks SWOT. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kondisi usaha pecel lele di Kota Bandar Lampung berada pada kuadran II yaitu strategi diversifikasi. Teknik pengambilan sampling yaitu menggunakan metode proportional random sampling, dengan sampel 100 responden karyawan milenial hotel bintang empat di Kota Bandar Lampung. Data diperoleh dari kuisioner yang disebar dengan skala pengukuran menggunakan skala ordinal. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda, dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS 25. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa psychological capital dan komitmen organisasi bepengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap intensi job hopping pada karyawan milenial hotel bintang empat di Kota Bandar Lampung. Lebih lanjut, variabel psychological capital dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap intensi job hopping pada karyawan milenial hotel bintang empat di Kota Bandar Lampung. \u0000 \u0000Kata Kunci : Psychological Capital, Intensi Job Hopping, Komitmen Organisasi \u0000 \u0000 \u0000ABSTRACT \u0000This study aims to discover the effect of psychological capital and organizational commitment on job hopping intention. This research is a type of research with a quantitative approach to the type of research is explanatory research. Data were gathered using the proportional random sampling method. The sample consist of 100 respondents from millennial employees of four-star hotels in Bandar Lampung. The data were obtained from a questionnaire and using the ordinal scale. Multiple regression abalysis was adopted to analyze the data with the help of SPSS 25. This study showed that psychological capital and organizational commitment had a significant and negative effect on job hopping intentions in millennial employees of four-star hotels in Bandar Lampung City. The type of study used in this study is a descriptive study using a quantitative approach in the form of case studies. The user population is women living in Bandar Lampung with 100 respondents from consumers of Safi products. Sampling was determined by purposive sampling method. Data were analyzed using multiple linear analysis test with SPSS 28 program test tool. Based on the results of the research and data analysis, it was shown that the halal label variable had no significant or very small impact on 17.6% of purchasing decisions. Beauty vlogger variables have a 29.3% positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions, and product quality has a 44.4% positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions. At the same time, halal labels, cosmetology bloggers and purchase decisions have a positive and significant impact of 58.1% on purchase decisions. So that these three variables can improve purchasing decisions for Safi's beauty products. \u0000 \u0000ABSTRAK \u0000Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh Label Halal, Beauty Vlogger, dan Kualitas Produk Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Kecantikan Safi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif berupa studi kasus. Populasi yang digunakan yaitu wanita yang berdomisili di Bandar Lampung dengan 100 responden yang merupakan konsumen prosuk Safi. Pengambilan sampel ditentukan dengan metode sampling purposive. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji analisis linier berganda dengan alat uji program SPSS 28. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data, pengaruh variabel label halal terhadap keputusan pembelian yaitu tidak signifikan atau sangat kecil, dengan tingkat pengaruh sebesar 17,6%.Variabel beauty vlogger berpengaruh positif dan signifikan sebesar 29,3% terhadap keputusan pembelian dan kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 44,4%. Secara simultan label halal, beauty vlogger, dan keputusan pembelian berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 58,1%.
