The research used in this study is a qualitative research type of descriptive research. Primary data sources are school principals, teachers at SDN 01 Kota Bangun and secondary data from books, journals and websites related to the research title. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis using data reduction, triangulation, member checks and making data conclusions. The results of this study indicate that school leadership identifies and validates the pathways through which leadership impacts key teaching and learning processes in schools. In addition, it was found that the use of digital technology provides new challenges in the world of education today. Innovation is needed especially for school principals as leaders in the school sector to realize the various aspirations of the nation's education. The leadership model most relevant to educational issues. Based on the results of leadership management research by school principals acculturated with a humanist approach to making technological innovation programs with an independent learning curriculum. Astuti","doi":"10.37758/jat.v5i3.512","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.37758/jat.v5i3.512","url":null,"abstract":"The objectives of this research and development are; 1) To determine the feasibility of Sparkol Videoscribe-based video learning media, 2) To explain the attractiveness of Sparkol Videoscribe-based video learning media, 3) to test the effectiveness of using Sparkol Videoscribe-based video learning media. This type of development research is Research and Development (R&D), which refers to the Borg & Gall model. The subjects in this study were fourth-grade students at MI Miftahul Ulum Pandan Wangi. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews, achievement tests, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques. The research was conducted at MI Mifatahul Ulum Pandanwangi with test subjects of 25 students in class IV A and 25 students in class IV B. The research results on developing video learning media based on Sparkol Videoscribe met the valid criteria, with material experts reaching a validity level of 97.5%, design experts at 97.5%, and learning practitioners at 95%. In the post-test analysis for the experimental class, the result was 85.04, while for the control class, it was 70.28. In the t-test obtained at t-count 3.55 and t-table 2.06. From these data, it can be concluded that the t table is larger than the t count, so the results are significant, with Ha being accepted and Ho rejecting. The results of this study indicate that: The strategy of art acculturation in the development of moderate Islam that is applied is an integration strategy to maintain the original culture of the community by building daily interactions with Islamic art, thus forming a new art that is the result of a combination of the two. the implementation of art acculturation in the development of moderate Islam through extracurricular activities of hadrah, calligraphy, and Sufi dance can be a medium for cultivating dangdut, mural, and dance arts. Thus, the purpose of this study was to describe the school development plan at the Kesuma Elkaemde Education Foundation. This research is a qualitative research. The subjects of this research are principals, teachers, and all other devices that take part in the preparation of school plans. The data collection technique of this research is by interview, observation and documentation. After that, the data were analyzed by examining the data that had been collected, namely data reduction, verification, and data presentation. The results show that the school development plan at the Kesuma Elkaemde Education Foundation implements a school development plan by carrying out a Short-Term Annual Program Strategy which includes the First Year Program (2018–2019), Second Year Program (2019–2020), Third Year Program (2020–2021 ), Fourth Year Program (2021–2022). In addition, there is also a 12-year Long-Term Program Strategy in the form of vision, mission and goals. The type of research applied is descriptive qualitative, with the support of literature and news that shows the facts that occur in the field. Data collection was carried out using interviews, documentation, and observation. So from this technique, the researchers found data that aligned with the research topic. Public relations in tertiary institutions is a supporting wheel for quality progress in the education system. This is seen through his authority to establish connections with the community to various partners who follow the contribution of improvement in the quality of education. Public Relations of IAIN Curup Bengkulu in following the digital information system can be seen from the publication activities carried out through the Website, Youtube, and Social Media Applications. In addition, public relations efforts to improve the image of the institution can also be determined from activities: campus branding, agency marketing, and increasing cooperation networks with various partners. Digital branding needs to be improved by the public relations department of IAIN Curup Bengkulu to support the digital marketing program. Improvements must be considered, including providing media and more engaging content to prospective students. The study results show that the public relations service system at IAIN Curup Bengkulu has so far been beneficial in providing information and implementing educational marketing. The targeted information system is also primarily implemented via the internet.
