The initial survey obtained from IV Koto Community Health Center from 10 maternal assistants during Covid 19 era, 4 people had high knowledge, 6 people had low knowledge, 19 people had negative attitudes and 4 people had positive attitudes about the Covid 19 protocol. The general purpose of this study was to determine Factors Related to Compliance of Maternity Patient Assistants in Implementing Covid 19 Protocol in the New Normal Era in IV Koto Community Health Center Working Area in 2021.It was analytical descriptive research uses a cross sectional design. The data were collected using primary data, parents and husbands of mothers who gave birth in IV Koto Working Area were chosen as the samples. They were 40 samples. They had been selected by using accidental sampling.From the research results, it was found that there was a significant relationship between beliefs p = 0.008 (p <0.05). knowledge p = 0.000 (p <0.05). attitude p = 0.027 (p <0.05). In short, it can be concluded that all variables had a relationship with the compliance of the patient's assistant with Covid 19 protocol in IV Koto Community Health Center. SDIDTK is one of the flagship programs of Puskesmas. This activity was carried out by health workers comprehensively and coordinated manner with cadres oriented to KIA books. This study aims to determine the effect of SDIDTK education using videos and booklets on increasing the ability of cadres to carry out SDIDTK Toddlers at the Posyandu in the Work Area of the Bangko Health Center in 2022.This type of research is a quasi-experimental design with Pretest-Posttest. The variables studied were the knowledge and abilities of cadres. The research population was all cadres in posyandu totaling 71 people with a sample of 42 respondents with one group sample using purposive sampling technique. The instrument uses video media, booklets, questionnaires and checklist sheets. Data analysis used Paired T-test (p < 0.05).The results obtained on the average knowledge score (Pretest Mean 1.67, SD 0.477 and Posttest Mean 2.00, SD 0.000) and on the average ability score (Pretest Mean 1.67, SD 0.477 and Posttest Mean 1.98 , SD 0.154).There is an effect of video and booklet media on knowledge (p= 0.000) and ability (p=0.000). Continuous development and evaluation need to be carried out so that the skills of cadres are good and the performance of the posyandu also increases. A working mother, who still wants to give exclusive breastfeeding, will find it difficult to give her breast milk directly so that breast milk is given in the form of expressed milk. Basically, breast milk is sterile, but during storage at room temperature, the number of bacteria can increase and decrease the nutrients contained in breast milk. The nutritional components contained in breast milk are macronutrients such as protein, carbohydrates and fats. This study was a pure experimental study using post tes only group design. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of differences in temperature and storage duration of Dairy Milk on the content of macronutrients (protein, carbohydrates, fat). The sample in this study were exclusively breastfeeding mothers for 3 to 6 months who were in the working area of the Nilam Sari Public Health Center, Bukittinggi City. Statistical test using One Way Annova test. The results of this study indicate that the levels of protein, carbohydrates, and fat in breast milk stored for 6 hours at room temperature 20-250C, for 7 days and 14 days in a freezer at a temperature of -150C experienced a significant decrease with a p value of 0.000 < 0.05. The conclusion of this study is that there is an effect of temperature and storage time of expressed breast milk on the content of macronutrients (protein, carbohydrates, fat). Therefore, breast milk should be given directly to the baby. However, for working mothers, the storage of expressed breast milk can still be done by taking into account the sterility of the breast milk container, the storage temperature and not repeating the storage. In Indonesia, the number of premenopausal women aged 40-50 years is 17.21 million and it is estimated that in 2035 it will reach 20.36 million. This study aims to determine the factors associated with anxiety physical changes in premenopausal women. The type of research used is analytic with a cross sectional study design conducted in the Work Area of the Lubuk Gadang Health Center. The population of all premenopausal women aged 40-50 who have a partner is 205 people with a simple random sampling technique of 67 people. The results of univariate analysis showed that 52.2% of premenopausal women did not receive support from their husbands. 46.3% have low knowledge, 43.3% have low economics, 25.4% have culture, and 41.8% experience moderate anxiety in physical changes. The results of statistical tests showed that there was a relationship between husband's support (p = 0.012 OR = 7.333), knowledge (p = 0.024 OR = 3.6), economics (p = 0.007 OR = 4.582), and culture (p = 0.002 OR = 7.583) with anxiety about physical changes. It can be concluded that there is a relationship between husband's support, knowledge, economy, and culture with anxiety about physical changes. For this reason, it is recommended for health workers, especially midwives, to provide counseling about reproductive health, especially about the changes that occur during the premenopause period to increase mothers' understanding of how to deal with menopause and reduce complaints before menopause. It is also recommended for mothers to do Kegel exercises and husbands to provide motivation and support in undergoing the premenopausal period. The purpose of the study was to compare the processing of oven date Cookies and steamed date Cookies to the acceleration of the second stage of labor at BPM Az Jambi City in 2021. This research is a pre-experimental study with two posttest groups. This research was carried out at BPM Azimah Jambi City in July 2021. The population in this study were all mothers who gave birth at BPM Azimah in july-august 2021. The sample of this study used purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by processing and giving oven date Cookies and steamed date Cookies to the second stage of labor and assessing the acceleration of labor. The analysis used is univariate and bivariate. The results showed that the average acceleration of labor in the second stage given oven Cookies was 26.8 minutes, while the average description for the second stage of labor given steamed Cookies was 30.6 minutes. There is no difference in the average acceleration of labor in the second stage of processing oven and steamed date Cookies at BPM A Jambi City in 2021 with a p value of 0.559. It can be concluded that giving oven date Cookies and steamed date Cookies has no difference on the progress of labor. The results of this study can be used as a reference for midwives in providing delivery care in order to meet nutritional intake and hydration during childbirth in helping the progress of labor. Early marriage has a psychological, health, and socio-economic impact on adolescents. The purpose of this study was to determine the profile of the incidence of early marriage in the working area of the Lubuk Gadang Health Center, Sangir District, South Solok Regency. The type of research used is quantitative analysis with analytical descriptive method with observational design. all teenagers who got married at an early age from January to December 2021 were 107 teenagers. Sampling technique with total sampling. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Analysis of research results was carried out univariately. The results showed that the age of married adolescents was 15-19 years where as many as 55 people (51.4%) were <21 years old at the time of marriage, 93 people (86.9%) were female, 48 people (44.9%) had education level, namely graduated from junior high school, 47 people (43.9%) have jobs as housewives, 100 people (93.5%) have low incomes and 63 people (58.9%) have low parental income, 55 people ( 51.4%) have legal marriage status, 42 people (39.3%) have sufficient and high knowledge about early marriage, 76 people (71%) have a negative perception. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that there were many factors that led to early marriage, the income factor of parents being the most influencing factor for adolescents. So it is recommended for the working area of the Lubuk Gadang Health Center to be able to often provide health education about the impact of early marriage on adolescents. This study aims to determine the relationship between social support and utilization of MCH books with antenatal care visits (ANC) in the working area of the health center the length of the Bukittinggi city in 2018.The type of this research was descriptive analytic with a cross sectional study approach. It was conducted on November to December 2018 in Guguk Panjang Community Health Center. The populations were all TM III pregnant women. They were 48 people. Then, by using total sampling technique, all of the populations were chosen as the samples. The data were collected trough questionnaire sheets. Next, it was analyzed by univariate and bivariate analysis.The results of this research showed that 55.3% of respondents had poor social support. Then, 51.1% of them used KIA books well. Last 57.4% of respondents had regular ANC. Moreover, there was a correlation between social support (p = 0.041, OR = 4.364) and utilization of the MCH books (p = 0.028, OR = 4,667) toward Antenatal Care (ANC) visits. In short, it can be concluded that social support and utilization of MCH books were significantly associated with Antenatal Care (ANC) visits. Many problems of breastfeeding are caused by the inability of production and expenditure of breast milk, so mothers are forced to provide additional food at early ages (0-6 months), including in the work area of Biaro Health Center which still has problems with achieving exclusive breastfeeding. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of hypnobreastfeeding on breastfeeding at Biaro Health Center in Agam Regency in 2018. This type of research is Quasy Experimental Design with the Two Group Post Test approach. This research was conducted in July - December 2018 in the Biaro Health Center with a population of all postpartum mothers, as many as 23 people. Sampling by purposive sampling with a sample of 20 people. Data collection used observation sheets, data analysis included univariate analysis and bivariate analysis using parametric statistics, namely independent t-test. The results showed that the average breastfeeding measured by the frequency of BAK in 24 hours in the intervention group was 7.7 and in the control group was 5.1 times. There is a difference in the average breastfeeding measured by BAK infants between the intervention group and the control group with an average difference of 2.6 times and p-value = 0.011. It was concluded that the administration of hypnobreasfeeding interventions was effective in increasing breastfeeding. For this reason, it is expected that all parties, especially health officials, can develop non-pharmacological techniques to increase breastfeeding, one of which is by providing hypnobreastfeeding interventions that have proven effective in improving breastfeeding. Beside that, the age is the most for dating is around 15-17 years around 46.15%. The objectives of this research are to see the factors related to sexual behavior for youth in privet senior high schools of Bukittingi in 2018.</pre><pre>Type od this research is analytic descriptive by using cross sectional study approching. The population of this resaerch is all of privatte students of senior high school. The number of the population is 613 students by using proporsional stratified random sampling. The total of the sample is 100 students. Data is calculated manually and anlyzed as univariat in frequency dsitubution table and bivariat by using chi-square statistical test.</pre><pre>The result of the reseach shows that 60% respondents have negavtice attitude, 58% respondents effects of pairs, 60% bad effects of mass media, 64% respondents have negative sexual behavior. Thera are correlation among attitude, pairs and mass media with sexual behavior with score p=0.037,0.000 and 0.030.</pre><pre>It can be condluded that main factors influences sexual behavior for youth is pairs. It is indicated by regular contractions of the uterus and it may cause the thinning and flattening of the cervix. Preterm labor also causes the high rates of perinatal morbidity and mortality. Increasing levels of interleukin 6 during pregnancy can stimulate the preterm labor. The design of this reseacrh was a comparative cross sectional study. It was conducted in Rasidin District Hospital, Siti Rahmah Hospital and Biomedical Laboratory, Faculty of Medicine, Andalas University, Padang on March to June 2018. There were 50 samples in this reseach. It was selected by consecutive sampling. The samples were divided into two groups: preterm labor and normal pregnancy. The interleukin 6 levels were examined by the ELISA method. Then, the data were analyzed by using the t test. The results of this reseach showed that the mean level of IL-6 in the preterm labor group was 90.22 ± 21.41ng / L. Then, 75.57 ± 14.01 ng / L for the mean level of IL-6 in the normal pregnancy group with p= 0.006. Moreover, statistical test inffered that there were significant differences between IL-6 levels in preterm labor and normal pregnancy.
