The study was conducted with tablettes \"Zoloft\" (\"Pfizer\", USA) using the following equipment: liquid chromatograph Shimadzu LC-20 Prominence (Japan) with detector SPD-M20A, gas chromatograph Agilent Technologies (USA) 7890 A / 5977 MSD, (program MassHunter GC-MS ), waters vacuum unit and cartridges for solid-phase extraction Oasis HLB; papain enzymes (MedFloran, Russia); trypsin, chymotrypsin, hyaluronidase (Lidaza) (Samson-Med LLC, Russia); test strips from different manufacturers under trade names: \"Be sure\", \"NarcoCHEC\", \"FACTOR-MED\". Urine samples were obtained after administration of the drug to laboratory animals - guinea pigs. \u0000Isolation of the base of sertraline from a solution of its salt was carried out by LLE with organic solvents and their mixtures at pH = 10, 11 and 12 (pKa sertraline 9.48). Obtaining data on the effectiveness of blood sample preparation methods (liquid-liquid extraction, solid-phase extraction and enzymatic hydrolysis) for sertraline was carried out on enriched model samples of donor blood according to the method proposed by Choger. \u0000Results. Cross-positive urine test results were obtained with immunochromatographic test strips for derivatives of e 1,4-benzodiazepine and synthetic cannabimimetics (\"spice\"). And a follow-up with 1 mg / ml solution of sertraline gave a negative result. Desmethylsertraline, a major metabolite, was determined in the urine, a peak with a retention time of about 12.75 min, the peak of the original substancesand during the synthesis of sertraline - sertralinimine and the peak of the native sertraline and with a retention time of about 12.65 minutes. A method for detecting sertraline by HPLC has been developed. \u0000Conclusion. {"title":"Application of a sorbent based on hypromellose for the quantitative determination of procaine in pharmaceutical formulation","authors":"M. N. The aim is to assess the selectivity and metrological characteristics of the spectrophotometric determination method of procaine in certain combined pharmaceutical preparations using a solid-phase extraction sorbent based on hypromellose. \u0000Material and methods. To obtain the solid-phase extraction sorbent, hypromellose and ethyl cyanoacrylate were used along with procaine hydrochloride and sodium hydroxide for the formation of active centers. The sorbent was prepared using a known method. The sorption capacity of the obtained sorbent samples for procaine was 10.2 1.0 g/g. Combined drugs containing procaine and its salts, such as \"Menovazin,\" \"Sulfocamphocaine,\" and \"Otolorin,\" were selected for the study. Eluate optical density registration was performed using a SF-56 spectrophotometer (OKB SPECTR LLC). To evaluate the selectivity (specificity) of sample preparation in chromatographic separation of combined drugs, absorption spectra were registered in the wavelength range of 200-400 nm for eluates obtained using purified water and a 0.1 M hydrochloric acid solution. Procaine and benzocaine identification in the eluate was performed based on the presence of absorption maxima at wavelengths of 222 and 286 nm for benzocaine, and 228 and 292 nm for procaine, respectively. The statistical processing of experimental results and determination of metrological characteristics of the analysis method were carried out in accordance with OFS.1.1.0013 \"Statistical Processing of results of physical, physicochemical, and chemical tests.\" \u0000Results. The selectivity of the spectrophotometric determination method of procaine in certain combined drugs using a solid-phase extraction sorbent based on hypromellose was demonstrated. Selective binding of the analyzed substance with active centers in the sorbent and stepwise elution with purified water and a 0.1 M hydrochloric acid solution during solid-phase extraction eliminates the interfering effect of pharmaceutical components during the UV-spectrophotometry of procaine. An array of data on drug provision for diabetic patients in the Novosibirsk region for the period 2019-2021 was subjected to analysis. In the process of research were used methods: logical analysis, content analysis, ABC analysis, XYZ analysis. \u0000Results. The pharmacoeconomic assessment of drug provision for diabetic patients allows us to conclude that in the period 2019-2021 the load on the regional segment of the drug provision system steadily increased. At the same time, the share of costs for drug provision of diabetic patients in the federal segment continues to grow, despite the decrease in the number of covered prescriptions, which can be explained by the constant increase in the average cost of a prescription. \u0000The results of assessing the consumption of medicines and medical devices using a matrix model based on an integrated ABC/XYZ analysis showed an increasing need for additional medicines for the treatment of complications and concomitant diseases in diabetic patients. A greater increase in prescriptions of additional medicines and expenses for them in the period 2019-2021 observed in the regional segment. \u0000Conclusion. The information base was made up of the works of domestic and foreign scientists in the field of preferential drug provision, as well as regulatory and organizational documentation on pharmaceutical activities. Preferential prescriptions issued for the period from 2017 to 2021 were analyzed. in the Oryol region. The DDD/ATC methodology was used to estimate consumption. \u0000Results. As a result of the study, it was revealed that preferential antiepileptic drugs are mainly taken by people aged 40-64 years. It has been established that if in 2017-2018 antiepileptic drugs were consumed more by women, then in 2019-2021 by men. Most of the consumers of antiepileptic drugs are federal beneficiaries, mostly disabled people of group II. The highest value of consumption among the top 5 INNs of antiepileptic drugs during the study period is observed for Phenobarbital. For drugs Valproic acid, Topiramate and Carbamazepine is characterized by the dynamics of increasing consumption throughout the study period. For benzobarbital, a pattern of consumption stability was revealed. \u0000Conclusions. Analysis of the structure of consumption of antiepileptic drugs within the framework of the program of subsidized drug provision of the population using the DDD/ATC methodology makes it possible to identify objective data on the dynamics of consumption of antiepileptic drugs of various generations. When conducting the study, the following methods were used: content analysis, structural, comparative, logical, systemic, predictive, retrospective, graphic, marketing. The results were processed using normalization methods and mathematical statistics. The object of the study was statistical indicators of the sale of a range of antihypertensive drugs in the retail sector of the pharmaceutical market in Moscow and St. Petersburg. \u0000Results. In Moscow and St. Petersburg there is a wide range of drugs sold for the treatment of arterial hypertension. Monopreparations predominate in the sales structure of both constituent entities of the Russian Federation (90.08% and 85.64%). In Moscow, the leaders in consumption among single drugs are ACE inhibitors (26.62%), in St. Petersburg - -blockers (25.67%). In the subgroup of fixed combinations in both regions of the Russian Federation, ACE inhibitors in combination with diuretics are most in demand, accounting for 3.54% and 5.15% in the structure of sales of antihypertensive drugs in Moscow and St. Petersburg, respectively. Ratings of the most popular single drugs and fixed combinations of antihypertensive drugs have been compiled. A mathematical and statistical analysis was carried out. \u0000Conclusions. This article describes the characteristics of the population consumption of drugs prescribed for arterial hypertension in Moscow and St. Petersburg. The most consumed classes of antihypertensive drugs and INNs were identified. To evaluate the efficacy and safety of femtolaser-assisted phacoemulsification in combination of cataract and glaucoma in combination with NPDS in long-term follow-up. \u0000Materials and methods. A retrospective analysis of the results of the surgical treatment of patients with combined pathology of cataract and glaucoma was carried out. The groups of patients differed according to the method of surgical intervention: 1) phacoemulsification with NPDS and implantation of the Xenoplast drainage (49 eyes, 43 patients); 2) femtolaser-assisted phacoemulsification with NPDS and Xenoplast drainage implantation (27 eyes, 23 patients). \u0000Results. Before surgery, the average values ​​of corneal-compensated intraocular pressure (IOP cc), pressure equated to Goldman pressure (IOP g) and corneal hysteresis (CH) in group 1 were 27.99.9 mm Hg. Art., 27.78.9 mm Hg. Art., 7.03.0 mm Hg. Art.; in group 2 - 25.98.4 mm Hg. Art., 24.77.7 mm Hg, 7.72.1 mm Hg Art. 5 years after the surgical treatment, the average values ​​of IOP cc, IOP g and CH of the 1st group were 17.13.8 mm Hg. Art., 14.52.8 mm Hg. Art., 8.52.6 mm Hg. Art.; 2nd group - 15.13.3 mm Hg. Art., 15.34.7 mm Hg, 8.31.0 mm Hg Art. In both groups, normalization of IOP and CH was noted in the late postoperative period. \u0000Conclusion. Cytological examination of the nasal mucosa allows one to assess the activity of inflammation and the quality of the reparative regeneration process in the postoperative period in rhinological patients. The aim of the study is to diagnose the state of regeneration of the nasal mucosa in rhinological patients in the postoperative period. Material and methods. The study examined 206 patients after septoplasty with vasotomy of the inferior turbinates for a deviated nasal septum and vasomotor rhinitis. The patients were divided into 5 groups depending on the prescribed local regeneration-correcting treatment. All patients underwent cytological examination to assess destructive changes in the epithelium according to the method of L.A. Matveeva. Patients were monitored before surgery, on the 5th, 10th, 21st, 30th, 42nd and 60th days of the postoperative period. Results. On the 5-10th day of the postoperative period, destructive processes predominated in rhinocytograms, and cell destruction indices were increased. From the 21st day, signs of proliferation were recorded, and the inflammatory reaction decreased. In the groups whose treatment regimens included reparants, rhinocytograms showed a more rapid decrease in cell destruction indices and a full restoration of cellular representation. A more pronounced reparative effect was detected in a solution of sodium deoxyribonuclease and dexpanthenol. \u0000Conclusion. In the postoperative period, rhinological patients after 2 months showed signs of impaired reparative regeneration. Chronic rhinosinusitis is a heterogeneous sinonasal inflammatory disease with constant symptoms and recurrent exacerbations, which affects about 10% of the world's population. Age-related changes in the nasal mucosa (involutive immunodeficiency, atrophic changes, etc.) can affect the course of the inflammatory process, which, in turn, should be borne in mind when planning therapeutic interventions. \u0000AIMS - to study the features of local production of IL-4, IL-6, IL-8, IL-10 in elderly and senile persons with chronic rhinosinusitis. \u0000MATERIALS AND METHODS. The study included patients aged 45 to 90 years with a confirmed diagnosis of \"chronic rhinosinusitis\" in the acute stage, who gave written informed consent to the study. The exclusion criteria were: age up to 45 years; allergic rhinitis; primary immunodeficiency; smoking; oncological disease of any organ system; chronic polypous rhinosinusitis; acute (exacerbation of chronic) diseases of other localization; vaccination; use of immunotropic drugs for 3 months before the start of the study. The scope of the laboratory examination included determination of the concentration of cytokines IL-4, IL-6, IL-8, IL-10 in nasal secretions by enzyme immunoassay. \u0000RESULTS. The analysis of the determined values showed that the maximum level of IL-4 was determined in younger persons with rhonic rhinosinusitis 45-59 years old compared with older persons. In our study, the maximum content of IL-6 occurred in a group of patients aged 75-90 years, while the cytokine level significantly exceeded IL-6 in a group of healthy age-related patients, which indicates a more pronounced inflammatory reaction in patients of the oldest group with chronic rhinosinusitis. Cytokine levels above 600 pg/ml were found mainly in patients with chronic rhinosinusitis. Patients of group 4 had high IL-10 values and their values went beyond the range of the comparison groups. \u0000CONCLUSION. Raw materials were collected along a country road with non-vibrant traffic, the North Caucasus railroad and along the M-21 highway with heavy vehicular traffic belonging to IA category. A step of 100 meters (from 1 to 300 meters) was chosen away from the studied highways. In addition, the raw materials were harvested in the area devoid of anthropogenic impact (control) and near the agricultural enterprise JSC \"Aston\". \u0000Results. For samples of control areas and agrobiocenoses we can note a higher content of essential oil than in samples of urban biocenoses. The maximum indicator of the essential oil content is noted for the sample harvested in the control area, devoid of anthropogenic impact, the minimum content - for the sample collected along the highway M-21. \u0000Conclusions. The study involved 87 patients with various pathologies (operated in 2 ways): chalazions, xanthelasma, keratopapillomas, follikularis keratoz, atheromas, gemangioma of the eyelids. The diagnoses were confirmed by clinical and laboratory research methods (cytological and histological examination). In both groups of patients the clinical effect of the treatment, the healing time of the wound surface and the cosmetic results of classical surgical and radio wave treatment (Surgitron) were evaluated. Results and its discussion. The radiosurgical method in contrast to the classical surgical method, showed low traumatism, high cosmetic results in 100% of cases, healing occurred by primary intention and no recurrence of the pathology was observed in any case. \u0000Conclusion.
