Terwujudnya kinerja yang baik bergantung pada kemampuan manajemen untuk menjalankan fungsi-fungsi manajemen. \u0000Tujuan - Mengetahui pelaksanaan total quality manajemen (TQM), lingkungan kerja, dan pengaruh total quality management terhadap penerapan K3 dengan menempatkan lingkungan kerja sebagai mediasi. \u0000Desain / metodologi / pendekatan - Penelitian ini dilakukan di Proyek PT. Paku Jaya dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan dianalisis menggunakan SmartPLS. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 70 pekerja pada proyek PT. Paku Jaya. \u0000Temuan – Total Quality Management secara langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Lingkungan Kerja namun secara langsung berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap penerapan K3. Lingkungan Kerja secara langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penerapan K3 dan juga mampu menjadi mediasi dalam pengaruh tidak langsung antara Total Quality Management terhadap penerapan K3 sehingga Total Quality Management secara tidak langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penerapan K3 dengan Lingkungan kerja sebagai mediasi. \u0000Implikasi Penelitian - PT. Paku Jaya agar memperhatikan lingkungan kerja saat melaksanakan perkerjaan yang menjadikan pekerja nyaman dan aman saat bekerja supaya berdampak positif dalam penyelesaian proyek yang ditentukan sesuai dengan target yang sudah ditetapkan sehingga menjadikan suatu organisasi dapat bergerak secara terarah dalam upaya mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. \u0000Batasan Penelitian - Penelitian ini hanya melibatkan pekerja di PT. This leadership model is often referred to as prophetic leadership. Muhammadiyah University Semarang (Unimus) is one of the Muhammadiyah Colleges based on Islamic education that has experienced very rapid progress. This is related to the leadership factor. \u0000Aim - Knowing the views and implementation of the prophetic leadership model at the Muhammadiyah University of Semarang \u0000Design / methodology / approach - Field research (field research) with qualitative methods. Collecting data with literature study, interviews, observation and documentation. As for data analysis with reduction, presentation and withdrawal of data conclusions with validity techniques using data triangulation. \u0000Finding - Unimus leadership in carrying out university development programs, one of which is the midnight prayer movement for the academic community. This program is believed to be an inner and outer endeavor. The view of prophetic leadership is in line with the application of the principles of Good University Governance (GUG), namely Shidiq (Honest), Amanah (Accountable), Tabligh (Transparency) and Fathonah (visionary). the principle of The Right Man in The Right Place. Aspects of liberation regarding work and applying the principles of asah, compassion and care and aspects of transcendence regarding worship activities (Islamic spirit) in Unimus \u0000Conclusion - The views and implementation of prophetic leadership have been carried out well within the Unimus academic community. Tumirin","doi":"10.30587/jurnalmanajerial.v10i02.4619","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.30587/jurnalmanajerial.v10i02.4619","url":null,"abstract":"Background – Covid-19 Pandemic has caused changes in budget allocation and declining in local government revenue which may affect its accountability performance. \u0000Aim – The purpose of this study is to empirically test whether during covid-19 pandemic the clarity of budget targets, accounting controls, reporting systems, and human resources can improve the performance accountability of government agencies in the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY). \u0000Design / methodology / approach – ). This research uses survey questionnaire. The sample in this study were 89 respondents consisting of the Head of Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD), Treasurer of OPD, and Secretary of OPD. The data collection technique in this study used questionnaire with purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique is based on statistical multiple linier regression. \u0000Findings – Based on the variables tested in order to obtain significance, the results obtained were 2 of them had significance while the other 2 had no significance. \u0000Conclusion - The variables of clarity of budget targets and quality of human resources had a significant and positive effect on government agency performance accountability during the COVID-19 pandemic, while accounting control and reporting system variables had no significant and positive effect on government agency performance accountability. \u0000Research implication – This research implies that local governments need to ensure clarity of budget targets and the quality of human resources in order to improve their accountability performance especially during crisis. \u0000Limitations – This study is limited to the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Work-life balance and organizational citizenship behavior of employee can one of factors to impact their performance. So, its can impact to corporate image in society. \u0000Aim – This study aims to determine the influence of work - life balance and organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance, the influence of organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance, and the influence of work-life balance on employee performance of Bank Jatim Madiun Branch Office through organizational citizenship behavior as a mediating variable \u0000Design / methodology / approach – The research population is all employees of the Bank Jatim Madiun Branch Office in 2022, totaling 141 people. Sample of 59 people was obtained which was determined by simple random sampling technique. The research instrument used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses path analysis method with SmartPLS version 3.0 software. \u0000Findings – The results showed: 1) Work-life balance affects the performance of employees of Bank Jatim Madiun Branch Office, 2) Work-life balance affects organizational citizenship behavior of employees of Bank Jatim Madiun Branch Office, 3) Organizational citizenship behavior affects the performance of employees of Bank Jatim Office Madiun Branch, 4) Work-life balance affects the performance of Bank Jatim Madiun Branch Office employees through organizational citizenship behavior as a mediating variable. \u0000Conclusion - The test variables in this article have a significant influence and can explain these conditions in the internal environment of the Bank Jatim Madiun Branch Office. \u0000Research implication – This research add knowledge about factors of employee performance. So, this result can reference for entrepreneur to more pay attention their employee, especially work-life balance and organizational citizenship behavior of employee. This is indicated by a significant loss in the amount of annual income. The revenue from operational activities has not been able to provide a profit for the company because of the high operating expenses that must be incurred. \u0000Aim – This study aims to find out how PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk overcomes the current financial distress through the implementation of a retrenchment strategy. \u0000Design / methodology / approach – This study uses a case study method by analyzing sources from the implementation of the retrenchment strategy at PT Garuda Indonesia. The type of data used is secondary data in the form of annual reports and financial statements of the company which is analyzed qualitatively. \u0000Findings – PT Garuda Indonesia is one of the airlines that implements a retrenchment strategy in overcoming the problem of financial distress to increase the company's profitability. The type of retrenchment strategy implemented is a turnaround strategy and a captive company strategy. \u0000Conclusion - The implementation of the turnaround strategy is realized through the contraction strategy, consolidation strategy, and outsourcing strategy. Job conditions, work patterns, and demands have been drivers of reform, changes in demographic composition, and labor market evolution. The number of working hours, methods of regulating working hours, as well as the availability of rest periods significantly affect the quality of work and workers' lives. The phenomenon of Great Resignation has also increased after the Covid-19 pandemic as an indication that the issue of work-life balance is the main discussion of social and labor market problems. Environmental adjustments and flexibility of working hours are considered capable of driving current business performance . \u0000Aim – The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of quality of work life and work-life balance on employee performance with job satisfaction as a moderation variable. \u0000Design/ Methodology/ Approach – This research uses a quantitative approach with survey methods to obtain data from respondents. \u0000Findings – The results of this research show that the quality of work life and work-life balance have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance. While the direct relationship between job satisfaction and job performance did not have a significant effect, so the role of mediating variables of job satisfaction did not occur. These results show that employees do not enjoy good job satisfaction, but the impact does not motivate employees to contribute more to their work. This is very bad because employees are not motivated to develop and maximize work performance. The results of this study are expected to provide input for companies to improve the quality of work life and work-life balance of employees so as to improve the work performance of employees. Pizza Hut one of a big restaurant have implemented online applications for improve it’s services. So, it’s very important to examine the impact of their online service attributes on Consumer Satisfaction and Repurchase Intentions. \u0000Aim – This study aims to examine the effect of Electronic Service Quality, Food Quality, Perceived Benefits, Perceived of Easiness on Customer Satisfaction and Intention to Repurchase Pizza Hut product in Surabaya. \u0000Design / Methodology / Approach –Type of this research is quantitative with survey method by distributed questionnaires. 150 respondents involved in this research which selected by purposive sampling with criteria such as consumer often buy product by using online services and lives in Surabaya. Structural Equation Modelling Smart-PLS program was used for analyzing data. \u0000Findings – Electronic Service Quality, Food Quality, Perceived Benefits and Perceived Ease of Use effect significantly toward Customer Satisfaction. Electronic Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction effect significantly on Repurchase Intention. Organizations really need loyal and highly committed employees in order to survive and develop, therefore researchers are interested in studying the variables Employee Engagement, LMX and OCB. \u0000Aim - This study aims to analyze the effect of Employee Engagement and Leader Member Exchange (LMX) on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) by mediating social capital on employees of the XYZ Foundation. \u0000Design / Methodology / Approach – Population in this study were 177 employees of the XYZ Foundation, using a purposive proportional sampling technique, only using a sample of 109 employees. With high job satisfaction will increase employee performance against the organization where they work. Lack of satisfaction with the company can lead to low employee performance. In this study related to job satisfaction of BSI Bandung Branch employees. Aim - The aims of this study were to identify and analyze the influence of spiritual leadership and psychological contracts on employee job satisfaction at BSI Bandung Branch. Design / Methodology / Approach – This study used descriptive and explanatory survey methods. The research was conducted on 90 BSI employees. Sampling was carried out using a saturated sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Regression Analysis. Findings – The results of this study show that spiritual leadership and psychological contracts partially or jointly have an impact on employee job satisfaction. Furthermore, a determinant value of 0.938 was obtained, this means that spiritual leadership and psychological contracts are able to explain employee job satisfaction of 93.8%. Meanwhile, 6.2% was caused by other factors. Conclusion - The leadership of the BSI Bandung Branch must be able to implement spiritual leadership for employees and build a strong psychological contract for employees within the company. Job satisfaction needs to be improved again to improve organizational performance. Research implication - To increase employee job satisfaction, it is necessary to pay attention to the attitudes and behavior of leadership shown by leaders to employees besides strengthening the psychological contract between employees and the organization.
