Nilai profesional akan membentuk disiplin kerja dan loyalitas yang pada akhirnya berimbas pada kinerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis budaya profesional terhadap kinerja melalui disiplin dan loyalitas. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data diperoleh secara acak dari 55 karyawan PT ABC Cikarang. Pengumpulan dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner melalui google form. Data dianalisis menggunakan SmartPLS 3.0 dam model struktural. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa budaya profesional terhadap kinerja karyawan dimediasi oleh disiplin dan loyalitas secara positif. \u0000A professional culture must be possessed by every employee as the driving force of the company in order to produce high performance. Professional values will shape work discipline and loyalty which ultimately has an impact on performance. This study aims to analyze professional culture towards performance through discipline and loyalty. The research uses a quantitative approach. Data was obtained randomly from 55 employees of PT ABC Cikarang. The collection is carried out by distributing questionnaires through google forms. The data were analyzed using SmartPLS 3.0 and structural models. Hasilnya promosi media sosial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pemasaran, literasi digital berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pemasaran, akses fasilitas digital tidak mampu memoderasi promosi media sosial dan literasi digital terhadap kinerja pemasaran. \u0000Many business people today are already using internet technology to enter the virtual world market. Business people run various businesses electronically. The use of technology in business activities requires human resources who have superior performance. One of the successes of the business is illustrated by achieving marketing performance. This study reviews the variables of social media promotion and digital literacy with access to digital facilities as a moderation of Marketing performance. This research method is a qualitative research, data sourced from 40 respondents with a data collection method using a questionnaire. The method for its data analysis uses a structural model processed with smartPLS 3.0. Motivation in doing the work of employees is also needed because if there is no motivation at work, employees are not satisfied and are lazy to do their jobs well. In addition, the work environment also affects employee performance results because with a safe and comfortable work environment employees can do a good job to achieve company goals. Analisis data menggunakan SEM aplikasi smartPLS 3.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah konten marketing memiliki pengaruh terhadap minat dan minat beli memiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian sedangkan citra merek tidak mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Minat beli tidak memediasi pengaruh konten marketing terhadap keputusan pembelian. \u0000The digital era is currently developing rapidly. The increase in digital transactions also makes consumers shift to online purchases in this case e-commerce. The existence of attractive marketing content makes consumers interested in buying and also well-known brands make consumers without hesitation to buy. This research examines the variables of marketing content, brand image and purchasing decisions as well as mediated buying interest. Data sourced from 100 respondents were collected using a google form questionnaire. Data analysis using smartPLS 3.0 application SEM. The result of this study is that content marketing has an influence on interests and buying interest has an influence on purchasing decisions while brand image does not affect purchasing decisions. Pengguna aplikasi Jaga yang dimaksud adalah PNS di lingkungan pemerintahan, dan mengambil 138 orang sebagai sampel penelitian. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuisioner tertutup dan dilakukan secara kuantitatif, serta dengan menggunakan metode Path Analysis. Penelitian menemukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna dan ikut mempengaruhi loyalitas. Brand image berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna dan ikut mempengaruhi loyalitas namun tidak signifikan. Kepuasan pengguna tidak dapat memediasi pengaruh antara brand image dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas. \u0000The study was conducted to analyze the effect of brand image and service quality on the loyalty of users of the Jaga application with satisfaction as an intervention variable. The users of the Jaga application in question are civil servants in Ministries, Institutions and Local Governments, and take 138 people as research samples. Data retrieval using closed questionnaires and carried out quantitatively, as well as using the Path Analysis method. The study found that service quality affects user satisfaction and affects loyalty. Presiden Republik Indonesia, Bapak Joko Widodo bahkan menetapkan tanggal 13 April 2020 melalui keputusan presiden (keppres) No 12 tahun 2020 sebagai national disaster. Pembatasan aktivitas ekonomi di seluruh negara menyebabkan penurunan pertumbuhan ekononomi termasuk aktivitas di pasar modal Indonesia. Kajian penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak pengumuman covid-19 sebagai national disaster terhadap aktivitas perdagangan saham yang diproxy dengan return saham, abnormal return, dan trading volume activity pada perusahaan LQ 45. Masing-masing variabel dihitung dan dibandingkan sebelum dan sesudah adanya pengumuman covid-19 sebagai bencana nasional di Indonesia. Uji T (uji beda) digunakan untuk menguji ada tidaknya perbedaan masing-masing variabel. Data ativitas harian bursa efek Indonesia 30 hari sebelum dan 30 hari sesudah pengumuman covid-19 dibandingkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara aktivitas sebelum dan sesudah pengumuman Covid-19. \u0000The city of Wuhan is a city where the virus known as Covid-19 was discovered and spread massively to various countries. President of the Republic of Indonesia, Mr. Joko Widodo even set April 13, 2020 through presidential decree (presidential decree) No. 12 of 2020 as a national disaster. Restrictions on economic activity throughout the country led to a decrease in economic growth including activity in the Indonesian capital market. This research study aims to analyze the impact of the covid-19 announcement as a national disaster on stock trading activities that are produced with stock returns, abnormal returns, and trading volume activities in LQ 45 companies. Each variable is calculated and compared before and after the announcement of Covid-19 as a national disaster in Indonesia. The T test (different test) is used to test whether or not there is a difference between each variable. Indonesia stock exchange daily activity data 30 days before and 30 days after the covid-19 announcement are compared. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan metode non probability sampling yaitu convenience sampling, sampel berjumlah 68 karyawan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dipertegas dengan wawancara dan uji hipotesis menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2015 secara langsung signifikan terhadap kinerja operasional. Jika relasi antara sistem manajamen mutu ISO 9001: 2015 terhadap kinerja operasional dimediasi dengan variabel-variabel seperti budaya mutu dan perilaku produktif, mediasi lewat budaya mutu memperkuat pengaruh menjadi bertambah berarti sedangkan mediasi lewat variabel perilaku produktif tidak memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan. \u0000This study aims to determine the effect of the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system on operational performance through quality culture and employee productive behavior. This study is a quantitative study, using a non-probability sampling method, namely convenience sampling, with a sample of 68 employees. Data collection using questionnaires was confirmed by interviews and hypothesis testing using SPSS. The results of the study indicate that the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system directly has a dominant influence on operational performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kesempatan pengembangan diri terhadap kinerja auditor yang dimediasi atau intervening oleh motivasi. Data penelitian diambil dalam bentuk kuisioner dengan menggunakan sampel sejumlah 32 orang auditor Inspektorat Jenderal. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model struktural diolah dengan software SMART-PLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan Kesempatan Pengembangan Diri dan Motivasi bekerja mempengaruhi Kinerja Auditor Inspektorat Jenderal KKP, serta Motivasi kerja memberikan pengaruh signifikan dalam memediasi Kesempatan pengembangan diri terhadap Kinerja Auditor Inspektorat Jenderal KKP. \u0000One of the important elements in achieving organizational goals is optimizing employee performance. Several important factors that affect employee performance include clarity in self development opportunity that can motivate employees to perform. This study aims to determine the effect of self development opportunity on employee performance mediated or intervening by motivation. The research data was taken in the form of a questionnaire using a sample of 32 employees of the Inspectorate General. The data analysis technique uses a structural model processed with SMART-PLS 3.0 software. Sampel terdiri dari 20 perusahaan pertambangan batubara yang terdaftar di pasar modal Indonesia antara tahun 2016 dan 2020. SPSS 21 digunakan untuk melakukan regresi linier berganda sebagai alat analisis. Berdasarkan data, ROI berpengaruh terhadap return saham, namun CR dan DER tidak berpengaruh. \u0000Increased exports, increased economic activity, regional development, and expansion of employment prospects are all affected by the mining sector. This research analyzes Liquidity projected by Current Ratio (CR), Profitability projected by Return on Investment and Leverage projected by Debt to Equity Ratio in influencing stock returns. The sample consisted of 20 coal mining companies listed on the Indonesian capital market between 2016 and 2020. SPSS 21 was used to perform multiple linear regression as an analytical tool. Data penelitian diperoleh dari kuesioner yang diberikan melalui Google Form kepada pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah di Jabodetabek. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan quota sampling, dimana jumlah sample dibatasi sampai dengan 282 responden. Partial Least Square Regression digunakan dalam analisis. WarpPLS digunakan untuk memudahkan dalam menguji peran pemoderasi. Hasil penelitian mampu membuktikan bahwa inklusi keuangan menjadi pemoderasi literasi keuangan terhadap kinerja usaha. \u0000Research intends to analyze financial inclusion as a moderation of financial literacy to the performance of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME’s). The research data was obtained from questionnaires distributed through Google Form to owners of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Jabodetabek. Sampling uses quota sampling, where the number of samples is limited to 282 respondents. Partial Least Square Regression is used as an analytical approach where WarpPLS is used to facilitate in testing the role of moderation.
