Of course, It influenced to the students’ ability. So, this research is meant to explain the applying of Conditioning, Organizing, Viewing, Interpreting, Deciding (covid) method in improving the teachers’ competency. This is School Action Research because all the teachers of SMP Negeri 5 Jujuhan roled as the research’s subject. The research was designed in two cycles. Each of them has the same phases : planning, doing, observing and reflecting. It used observation sheets and field note as the instrumen in collecting data. The results of the study show that (1) the principal must continue to provide a forum for developing teacher competence in order to maximize student competence. (2) The application of the COVID method is able to improve teacher competence in carrying out quality learning. Tujuan ini dapat dicapai menggunakan model pengabdian yaitu Model (Pendampingan) dan metode pelaksanaa kegiatan ini metode (Pendampingan), secara khusus metode yaitu : (1). Pelatihan dalam bentuk penyajian materi pelatihan tentang sejarah Internet, penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis web. Kegiatan ini didampingi oleh seluruh tim pelaksana (2). Penugasan membuat semua bahan ajar berbasis web yang sesuai dengan program keahlian masing-masing guru mata pelajaran. Berdasarkan hasil obeservasi selama kegiatan, terlihat bahwa akvitas peserta sangat baik, ini dapat dilihat dari banyaknya indikator-indikator aktivitas pelatihan yang muncul. Begitu juga dengan hasil angket yang diberikan ke peserta diakhir kegiatan, 93 % peserta puas dengan kegiatan ini. Pelaksanaan kegiatan edukasi telah dapat mencapai tujuan yang diharapkan, hal ini dapat dilihat dari tugas-tugas yang diberikan kepada peserta dapat diselesaikan dengan baik. That’s whythis research is aimed to describe the implementation of continous monitoring and evaluation to improve their competency. This research is included in School Action Research because all the teachers of SMP Negeri 2 Muara Bungo as the research’s subject. There are two cycles in designing the research. Each of them has the same phases : planning, doing, observing and reflecting. It used observation sheets and field note as the instrumen in collecting data. At the end of the research showed that (1) By applying continous monitoring and evaluation are able to improve 3% teacher’s competency in doing the teaching learning process from pra cycle to the first one, then incresing 8% from the first to the second cycle. Penelitian kuantitatif banyak dipilih pada penelitian sosial karena mudah untuk mendapatkan data, sedangkan penelitian kualitatif jarang dipergunakan karena belum banyak peneliti yang memahami keunggulannya. Penggunaan software kualitatif tidak familiar bagi peneliti karena terdapat beberapa alasan yang melatarbelakangi, sehingga diperlukan adanya pelatihan dalam mempergunakan software penelitian kualitatif salah satunya adalah Nvivo. Pelatihan software Nvivo dilakukan dan ditujukan pada mahasiswa Pascasarjana Universitas Negeri Semarang. Pelatihan dilakukan secara daring dengan memberikan penjelasan terkait dengan dasar-dasar pendekatan kualitatif beserta keabsahan data dan pengolahan data dengan menggunakan software. Peserta diberikan langkah-langkah interpretasi data dengan mempergunakan software Nvivo. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa Mahasiswa memiliki ketertarikan dan kemampuan dalam mempergunakan software kualitatif yang dapat dipergunakan untuk menunjang kegiatan penelitian untuk menyelesaikan tugas akhir. Keberhasilan pelatihan diukur dari feedback yang diperoleh setelah melakukan pelatihan penguatan penelitian kualitatif dengan mempergunakan software Nvivo. Sejak adanya pandemi ini UMKM merupakan salah satu sector yang terdampak. Supaya para pelaku UMKM biasa survive di era pandemic maka harus segera beradaptasi dengan melakukan digitalisasi umkm, karena era pandemic seperti sekarang ini para warga mulai nyaman dengan transaksi yang dilakukan secara digital. Tujuan dari kegiatan digitalisasi UMKM ini ialah untuk membantu UMKM supaya bisa survive menghadapi era pandemic dan bisa menghadapi era new normal. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan 3 tahap : pertama, pembuatan dan pemberian buku panduan digitalisasi  UMKM kepada pelaku UMKM, kedua pengembangan digitalisasi UMKM, dan survey hasil pengembangan digitalisasi UMKM. Kegiatan ini di ikuti oleh para pelaku UMKM di sekitar desa Wonoyoso. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan program pengabdian masyarakat tentang digitalisasi UMKM ini adalah berupa sosialisasi dan pendampingan terhadap UMKM. Biji kopi memiliki kandungan kimia seperti kafein, asam klorogenat, trigonelin, karbohidrat, lemak, asam amino, asam organik, mineral dan aroma volatil yang dapat menghasilkan efek aromaterapi. Penggunaan pengharum ruangan sintetik berdampak negatif bagi kesehatan karena senyawa volatile organic yang dilepaskan tergolong dalam senyawa beracun dan karsinogen. Diffuser aromaterapi merupakan pilihan yang baik guna menghindari risiko tersebut, selain sebagai relaksasi, juga dapat memperbaiki kualitas udara, yang selanjutnya berperan sebagai usaha preventif COVID-19. Melalui program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini, tim pelaksana kegiatan PKM Universitas Malikussaleh membantu mitra petani kopi untuk mengembangkan produk diffuser aromaterapi dari limbah biji kopi hasil sortasi atau kopi afkiran/pixel, yaitu kopi dengan kondisi pecah, berlubang, biji yang terlalu muda dan terlalu tua. Terdapat siswa/siswi yang tidak menggunakan waktunya untuk belajar di rumah, tetapi digunakan untuk bermain di luar rumah. Akibatnya terdapat siswa yang tidak paham serta tidak ketidaksiapan orang tua dalam membimbing anaknya belajar. Program pengabdian masyatakat ini dilaksanakan di desa Rasau. Pengaabdian ini dilaksanakan dengan konsep Smart Home. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini meliputi persiapan, pelakasanaan dan evaluasi. Hasil pengabdian pendampingan program belajar berbasis smart home dilaksanakan dengan memberikan pendampingan belajar membaca, menulis, menghitung dan belajar bahasa asing. Selanjutnya memberikan pelatihan prakarya untuk melatih kemampuan psikomotor dan pendampingan kebugaran jasmani untuk menjaga kesehatan jasmani siswa/siswi. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk memaparkan penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis lingkungan (Mebelbasling) guna meningkatkan kemampuan yang dimaksud. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam Penelitian Tindakan kelas dimana siswa kelas IX 1 yang berjumlah 32 merupakan subjeknya. Desain penelitian dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus dan setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi, soal dan catatan lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Pemanfaatan media pembelajaran berbasis lingkungan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam menulis teks berbentuk greeting card baik dari segi isi, tata bahasa, koherensi maupun kerapiannya. (2) Penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis lingkungan mampu meningkatkan ketuntasan belajar siswa dalam menulis teks berbahasa inggris. This study aims to improve the pedagogical competence of teachers at SMP Negeri 2 Muko-Muko Bathin VII in preparing lesson plans through supervision activities. This study used a School Action Research (PTS) design. This study was carried out in two cycles including PTS principles, namely planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting in each cycle. with descriptive qualitative data processing. The research subjects were teachers of SMP Negeri 2 Muko-Muko Bathin VII. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and document analysis. The results showed an increase in the ability of teachers to prepare lesson plans through supervisory guidance. The increase in ability can be seen from the results of the evaluation by applying supervisory guidance to teachers in cycle I and cycle II. The teacher shows seriousness and understands the preparation of RPP Curriculum 2013 after receiving guidance for the preparation of RPP. The results of the actions of each cycle show the results of cycle 1 with an average value of 63.75, and cycle 2 with an average value of 77.50. There is an increase in the total value from 50% to 100%. The methods used are lectures and discussions. This training was attended by 29 teachers from various other fields of study at the school.Lesson study training consists of three stages, namely Plan, Do, and See. The informant plan the lessons to be implemented, such as preparing learning tools and media that will be used for lesson study activities. Then, the teacher carries out the plan stage, while other teachers act as observers. The implementation stage is called (the Do stage). The see stage, the teacher with the observer or observer, reflects on the implementation of the activities in the class.
