The PSS is utilized by generators to address stability issues. To distinguish PSS execution under the transient inadequacy condition, a transient stability examination is carried out. This paper manages power system stabilizers to enhance the system's dynamic stability. Reenactment programming, such as MATLAB, licenses such evaluation on test structures, such as the 3 machine 9 Bus systems, which are intended to calculate various apparatuses of system under various conditions, despite the fact that such an examination cannot be carried out in the field. Various PSS have been used in the past to tune PSS frequency. In addition to comparing the obtained results to those of other PSS, we tuned the repeat of PSS using frequency response strategy that makes use of the system's frequency under transient conditions. In most three-phase multilevel inverters, the optimization algorithm is applied to the inverter's phase voltage, and then line voltage THD is calculated. As a result, although it achieves the lowest THD in phase voltage, it does not always have the lowest THD in line voltage. Line voltage harmonics play an important role in terms of load. In this paper, the Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) technique is applied to a multilevel inverter to determine the optimal switching angles using the direct formula of Line voltage Total Harmonic Distortion (LVTHD) as the objective function. The simulation was performed in MATLAB for a 7-level cascaded H bridge multilevel inverter using both the Minimization of Phase Voltage Total Harmonic Distortion (MPVTHD) and Minimization of Line Voltage Total harmonic distortion (MLVTHD) approaches and comparison was done. The result indicates that phase voltage THD minimisation approach produces line THD of 8.36% whereas line voltage THD approach provides better results with line THD value of 6.87% without using filter circuits. If the disease is detected early enough, its progression can be stopped. Unfortunately, early diagnosis is rare because there are usually no obvious signs in the early stages. Early glaucoma detection is essential because glaucoma with a delayed diagnosis can cause permanent vision loss. It has been demonstrated that computer vision systems can detect glaucoma efficiently and accurately. There are some existing methodologies SVM, KNN, and Random Forest using text datasets and with a low accuracy rate. In this project, we apply deep learning models that can recognize the complex features needed for classification tasks, including microaneurysms, exudate, and retinal hemorrhagic. Unfortunately, the noise produced by these errors only proliferates further down the stages of Natural Language Processing pipelines. Among the reported works for post-processing of OCR texts, most involved Lexical approaches, Feature-based machine learning models, Merging OCR outputs, or using other language Models. This paper proposes an Isolated-Word-based approach to detect OCR errors that rely on the principles of the Artificial Immune System(AIS). The problem of OCR error detection is treated as a classification problem where OCR errors are treated as pathogens and correct words as host cells. The Negative Selection Algorithm is used to classify any new token as an OCR error (pathogen) or good term (host cell). The resources of cloud computing should operate without mistakes or malfunctions is one of the primary challenges. Nevertheless, the cloud environment's ever-changing characteristics lead to a variety of unforeseen problems and malfunctions. Cloud services are hampered by their own vulnerability to disruption as a result of faults or failures in operations, causing them to perform less well than they could. To ensure the availability and dependability of crucial resources, fault tolerance is a fundamental concern. Failures should be anticipated and handled proactively. In order to achieve resilience and reliability in cloud computing, effective failure evaluation and management are required. To anticipate these problems and take the right action before they really happen, many proactive fault tolerance techniques have been proposed and are being deployed. However, most of the proactive fault tolerance methods could not yield a significant solution or help anticipate the faults. Failure to complete a task is no longer an accident but rather a typical feature in cloud computing environments. In this paper, a reactive fault tolerance-aware workflow scheduling approach (RFT A WS) for cloud environment is proposed, that is optimized for teaching and learning. This approach aims to reduce the likelihood of dynamic tasks failing before they are supposed to by taking into account the resources that are already available. The effectiveness of the suggested approach RFT A WS is assessed using the failure ratio, performance improvement rate, and rejection ratio to estimate the scheduling task. Further, as there is wide requirement of energy demand, it is necessary to incorporate different distributed supplies to the system. Therefore, in this paper, a photovoltaic (PV) combined multilevel inverter (MLI) for enhancing the PQ in the utility network. For operation of the multilevel inverter a newly developed optimization technique is employed. The proposed method is related with other existing methods. The PV system is also operated using a modified version of the conventional maximum power point technique (MPPT). These tests yields an image of the conductivity distribution. Image reconstruction mainly depends on data obtained from sensor electrodes through experiments or tests. Data contamination due to introduction of noise and poor conditioning of the system matrix makes the reconstruction techniques challenging. To give a stable and accurate solution to an ill conditioned EIT problem some form of prior knowledge is introduced by a scalar hyperparameter. Number of mesh elements used during reconstruction process plays a vital role. This paper proposes the comparative analysis of effect of number of mesh elements on reconstruction. Also the optimum number of mesh elements for reconstruction are proposed. We should be worried because people waste about 1.6 billion metric tons of staple foods every year. We are slowly realizing this and implementing new techniques like food preservation and crop care. Using a literature review and bibliometric analysis, this article presents study findings exploring the existence and growth of the phrase “plant diseases” from 2016 to 2022. The main aim of this study is to look at the quantity and quality of empirical evidence on the prevention of plant diseases that supports the use of this strategy. The researchers recognized and confirmed that this topic of study is important and holds great promise for helping future researchers achieve strategic alignment between information and technology. The Web of Science bibliometric methodology has been used to analyze a total of 1000 publications on this topic. This research will be of great interest to academics and practitioners who wish to improve their understanding of plant diseases and trace key individuals, topics, and historical events that have contributed to the body of knowledge in this field. This bibliometric analysis includes published research in the form of articles, conference papers, and book chapters that helps determine the global impact of publications in a research community. This review paper discusses how to use bibliometric studies in R as well as how to effectively perform bibliometric studies.
