The PSS is utilized by generators to address stability issues. To distinguish PSS execution under the transient inadequacy condition, a transient stability examination is carried out. This paper manages power system stabilizers to enhance the system's dynamic stability. Reenactment programming, such as MATLAB, licenses such evaluation on test structures, such as the 3 machine 9 Bus systems, which are intended to calculate various apparatuses of system under various conditions, despite the fact that such an examination cannot be carried out in the field. Various PSS have been used in the past to tune PSS frequency. In addition to comparing the obtained results to those of other PSS, we tuned the repeat of PSS using frequency response strategy that makes use of the system's frequency under transient conditions.
