It is proposed to discuss the following questions: how to keep students' attention in an online class? why students can be passive in an online class? how to maintain a good learning rhythm during an online lecture? The aim of the article is to analyze the experience of pedagogical activity during the period of forced isolation to identify the methods of effective (not boring) online learning and to characterize the new features of the Moodle platform. Based on the review of articles by foreign and Russian authors it is established that it is necessary to create a methodology of online learning. Theoretical and methodological basis of the publication are the works of Robert I.V., Polat E.S., Panyukova S.V., Vertekki B., Saba F., Harrison R., Dugiamas M. It is determined that non-boring online classes are effective classes with stable motivation of students, requiring the development of the concept of the training course. It is substantiated that the Moodle system realizes the social constructivist pedagogical concept with the help of special elements: weekly course outline, introductory presentation, Internet forums, essays, Internet surveys.","PeriodicalId":179308,"journal":{"name":"Alma mater. One of the most important conditions for the existence of a network as an organizing principle of social existence is the process of multidimensional communications. Networks, as opposed to hierarchical systems, make their existence possible only in the discourse of interactive communications. Main part. In the article, the author offers a socio-philosophical analysis of the existence of communication in a networked society from various methodological positions. In the course of the study, it becomes clear that the networking of communications transforms them at various levels: digital, socio-political, anthropological, ethical. Conclusion. In the conclusion of the article, the author concludes that in the conditions of a network society, communication processes are undergoing serious changes. The multidimensionality and openness of the communication systems of the network society are directly determined by the very nature of the network, its plasticity, flexibility and variability, which we observe today.","PeriodicalId":179308,"journal":{"name":"Alma mater. An original interpretation of this concept is proposed through the understanding of RTP as a crosscutting pedagogical practice that accompanies the teacher throughout his/her professional activity, which allows overcoming the existing diversity of approaches to its interpretation in the context of actual goals and objectives. Special attention is paid to reflexive teaching (RT). The subject of RT is a teacher who evaluates his/ her own teaching practice, studies the effectiveness of his/her choice of curricula, materials, methods and techniques, taking into account feedback from students and colleagues and making changes to the teaching process to increase its productivity. Whereas the subject of reflexive learning is a student reflecting on his/her learning experience, studying his/her own learning strategies and making adjustments to improve his/her own results. The techniques of RT and the problems faced by teachers in the process of its implementation in practice are investigated. Based on the analysis, contradictions in the theory and practice of RT underlying these problems are revealed.","PeriodicalId":179308,"journal":{"name":"Alma mater. Among the methods used in the research, the results of which formed the basis of this article, is the method of social experiment. Its essence is that the author of the study tried to pass the training versions of the Unified State Exam in social studies, and also looked at a number of tasks on the Unified State Exam in other disciplines. During the study, it was found that there are a number of tasks on the Unified State Exam, to which the correct answer is in principle impossible and the correctness of which is determined entirely at the discretion of the compilers of this test (the so-called ‘failed tasks’). Examples of these tasks are given. Given the absence of a real result in the USE certificates of knowledge by applicants of certain sections of the school course, which are associated with sections of the university course in a particular field of study, as well as due to the presence of ‘failed tasks’, it is concluded that the USE is ineffective as a tool for selecting applicants to universities. In some cases, ambiguous interpretations of certain concepts, especially in the field of social sciences, are not taken into account when compiling tasks for the Unified State Exam. Also, the compilers of the Unified State Exam ignore the psychological patterns of such an exam, which leads to so-called \"gaps in thinking\" among exam takers. Therefore, the results of the Unified State Exam do not always reflect the real knowledge of applicants. The ways of improving the USE procedure in social and humanitarian disciplines (history, social studies) are proposed.","PeriodicalId":179308,"journal":{"name":"Alma mater. As for representatives of other areas of government regulation, the objective field of activity of heads of internal affairs bodies includes a huge number of social aspects that require continuous study and analysis. Moreover, the specificity of the sphere of regulation of internal affairs is determined primarily by its social context, which requires, in most cases, sociological tools corresponding to it. Under these conditions, ignoring or reducing the importance of the role of sociological knowledge deprives the possibility of high-quality information and analytical support for management activities, which is the key to an effective solution to a huge range of emerging law enforcement problems. The article analyzes current trends in sociological support for the activities of internal affairs bodies and its current problematic state, mainly from the position of production in educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.","PeriodicalId":179308,"journal":{"name":"Alma mater. And although the museum itself and its unified collection ceased to exist (the collection has disintegrated and is now part of the collection of the Russian Museum, the Hermitage, etc.), with its complex almost century-old existence, it contributed to the formation of the museum as a social institution. The Rumyantsev Museum was formed with the participation of the public, united around Nikolai Petrovich Rumyantsev — the Rumyantsev Circle. In the literature, the term ‘Rumyantsev Circle’ is usually understood as an informal association of scientists, historians, librarians, journalists, archaeologists and collectors. The leader and founder of the circle was Nikolai Petrovich Rumyantsev. The very concept of ‘Rumyantsev circle’ appeared in historiography in the second half of the XIX century. The period of existence of the circle is approximately from 1813 to 1826 (before the death of N. Rumyantsev). According to different data the number of the circle — more than 200 people, about 55 made its core. The approximate composition is known: 26 people were employees, 7 — professors and teachers of various educational institutions, 4 — academicians and 12 — people who were in the service of Rumyantsev. The activities of the Rumyantsev circle had not only scientific, but also social significance. Historical works and ancient sources positively influenced the self-consciousness of the progressive Russian public, including such names as A. Pushkin, D. Venevitinov, V. Odoevsky, Decembrists, etc. In particular, the work of the members of the circle was aimed at participating in various ethnographic and geographical expeditions, as well as archaeological excavations.","PeriodicalId":179308,"journal":{"name":"Alma mater. It is substantiated that in conditions of unsustainable social development, the implementation of additional educational programs opens up new opportunities for young entrepreneurs due to the formation of universal competencies that allow them to quickly adapt to the threats and challenges of a changing world. Attention is focused on the need to ensure the quality and flexibility of educational programs in the development of successful entrepreneurship among young people. The article differentiates digital platforms and platforms that help increase the entrepreneurial activity of young people, taking into account the educational component. Two types of educational platforms are identified, on the basis of which the active development of universal competencies takes place in the conditions of digital transformations. The first type is represented by programs and activities aimed at developing youth entrepreneurship on a broad institutional basis. The second type reflects specialized platforms aimed at young people who already have higher education diplomas and are implementing their professional, educational and labor trajectories in the labor market. It has been proven that in the conditions of a separate Russian region, the formation and implementation of strategies for youth entrepreneurial activity have their own specifics and reflect the key problems of socio-economic development.","PeriodicalId":179308,"journal":{"name":"Alma mater.
