Nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium are at least three main nutrients that all plants always need except corn. There are so many methods that can use to examine these three nutrients for corn through its leaves such as Leaf Color Chart (LCC), Chlorophyll Meters Soil Plant Analysis Development (SPAD), and Soil Test Kit. One method that is mostly used by farmers to examine nutrients content through corn leaves is used Leaf Color Chart (LCC) because it cost less than the other two. To overcome this problem, digital image processing could be a good solution that can be adopted by farmers to examine their plant's nutrients needs in an easier and cheaper way. In this study, the RGB extraction method of Hue, Saturation, Value (HSV) is proposed for a digital image processing system for corn leaves images. To classified its images result, Support Vector Machine (SVM) is used as a classification method for this study. By using this proposed method, an accuracy value of 80% is achieved to detect nutrients content in corn leaves.","PeriodicalId":178443,"journal":{"name":"2021 4th International Conference of Computer and Informatics Engineering (IC2IE)","volume":"20 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-09-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127746960","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The data is used for making business decisions at all levels of an organization. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the reliance on information technology has risen to help companies connect their employees and their supply chain partners. Since Indonesia emerging market is growing, there is a need to investigate the growing intention to adopt information and communication technology. The reason is that Indonesian companies’ survivability relies on their competitiveness and sustainability in business during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study investigates intention to use information technology through user satisfaction, Confirmation, perceived ease of use, and perceived usefulness. Data were collected from 45 employees working in the industry. The findings show that there is a difference between before pandemic and during the pandemic. After benchmarking the result with the literature, perceived usefulness and satisfaction were not significant to adopting information technology. The reason is due to pandemic forced employees to embrace technology and change employees’ work ethic. The result contributes to the literature extending the empirical evidence and providing future direction to investigate pre- and post-pandemic situations. Practically, companies should introduce information technology in phases so that it will not increase user dissatisfaction.","PeriodicalId":178443,"journal":{"name":"2021 4th International Conference of Computer and Informatics Engineering (IC2IE)","volume":"107 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-09-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128018974","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Especially during the Covid-19 pandemic where there are many problems with emotional disorders that can threaten physical and behavioral health. Emotion health during a pandemic need to be maintained. The problem is that the lack of access and restrictions in consulting a psychologist makes it difficult for people to understand and recognize their emotions which will adversely affect their life and their decision making. To overcome this problem, in this study an expert system-based Certainty Factor (CF) method was built to recognize emotions. The method used the belief value and knowledge-based acquired from reference books as well as a psychologist expert. Implemented as a mobile application, made it easier for user to access it through their smart phones. The CF method was able to run in accordance with functional requirements and produced expected results. Based on the test results, the expert system to recognize emotions using the Certainty Factor method has worked with an accuracy rate of 92.31% on the test data.","PeriodicalId":178443,"journal":{"name":"2021 4th International Conference of Computer and Informatics Engineering (IC2IE)","volume":"41 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-09-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121176452","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

QAS allows users to state information needs in the form of natural language questions, and then this system will return short text quotes or sentence phrases as answers. This is due to the tendency for recipients of information to more easily understand news/information when they can answer questions that may arise in their minds. The approach used was self-attention mechanism such as a Robustly Optimized BERT Pretraining Approach (RoBERTa), a method for question answering with span-based training that predicting the starting limit for answer start and the end limit for the answer index. The final results using 835 non-description questions, the best evaluation value on the training data showed the exact match of 91.7% and F1 value of 93.3%. RoBERTa tends to show the better results on non- description questions or questions with short answers compared to the description questions with complex answers.","PeriodicalId":178443,"journal":{"name":"2021 4th International Conference of Computer and Informatics Engineering (IC2IE)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-09-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116294619","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The getting of it empowering the institution decisions. While data mining is emerging field that can provide the techniques, producing the useful information from the raw data that available. However educational data mining can provide this information cheaply through mining huge data that are produced from different educational activities in academic institutions. More descriptive and predictive information with different aspects can be obtained; behavior of examiner in evaluating the student performance is one of them and has important role in analyzing the course and its lecture. This paper was conducted in this field, it aims to study the performance of students according to the teacher also to the course level in order to detect abnormal behavior of teacher in evaluating his students. The materials would be used in this work is clustering task; one of the data mining. It was used as a tool for describing his behavior by grouping individuals. The data that was supplied from case study, was constructed in simulation from Iraqi's university system, degrees of students in each course, then was transformed to statistical features such as minimum, maximum, standard deviation. So each course was identified by these feature and passed to kmeans algorithm for clustering. The results reveal significant bias to behavior teacher in evaluating the student, however the features of course for specific teacher grouped in most of time for the same cluster, in the same time there is bias to the level and semester that course belong. This work can be extended with large data and more courses that enable for better results. Also there is a chance for more analysis in different aspects of academic interest fields and another data mining tasks with different techniques.","PeriodicalId":178443,"journal":{"name":"2021 4th International Conference of Computer and Informatics Engineering (IC2IE)","volume":"61 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-09-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126018806","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
