Using single case study in a regional software delivery company, it uncovers the practices that influence perceived benefit by evaluating scope management, project team involvement and benefit management. The study used survey and focus group to gather information in the case company and frequency analysis to analyze survey result. The study showed that flexibility to changing scope and requirement impacted perceived benefit positively. Additionally, project team involvement, especially from customer side, impacted changes in scope and requirement. Abstract
