Calisma alani: Bu calisma Karbuk Turkiye’deki Karabuk Universitesinde yurutulmustur. Calismaa kullanilan material Karabuk Yenice Orman Isletme Mudurlugunden temin edilmistir. Materyal ve Yontem: 80x20x2.5 cm boyutlarindaki Sapsiz Mese keresteler levhali ve IR (infrared) olmak uzere 2 farkli isitma yontemi, 15 ve 30 dk olmak uzere iki farkli vakum periyodu kullanilarak 2 m sn -1 hava hizi ile kurutulmustur. Vakum periyotlarinda ortam basinci 300 mbar, isitma periyotlarinda ise 800 mbar olarak ayarlanmistir. Sonuclar : Deney sonuclarina bakildiginda en uzun kurutma suresinin 242 saat (0.15%/saat) ile 30 dk periyotlarda IR isitma ile kurutma yonteminde, en kisa kurutma suresinin ise 126 saat (0.22%/saat) ile 15 dk periyotlarda IR isitma ile kurutma yonteminde elde edildigi gozlenmistir. Vakumda bekleme suresinin azalmasi ile kurutma suresinin de azaldigi saptanmistir. 15 dk levhali isitma, 15 dk IR ile isitma ve 30 dk IR ile isitma ile kurutma yontemleri standart (S) kurutma kalitesi sinifi gereklerini karsilarken, 30 dk levhali isitma ile yapilan kurutma denemesinin ise kaliteli (Q) kurutma sinifina girdigi belirlenmistir. Arastirma vurgulari: Sapsiz Mesenin vakumlu kurutulmasinda IR ile isitma basarili bir sekilde kullanilabilir. Daha kisa sureli vakum-isitma periyotlari, daha yuksek kurutma orannlari elde edilmesini saglamistir. In this respect, according to the assumptions used in the model, fields in various sizes such as 10000 m 2 area for one year old, 20000 m 2 for two years old, 30000 m 2 for three years old and 40000 m 2 for four and five years old seedling were separated in the nursery. On the other hand, balanced seedling production in consecutive years and consideration of demand increase or decrease on the seedling production at any ages were main goals. For this, developed model was solved in three different formats deal with rapid demand increase (RDI), slow demand increase (SDI) and demand decrease (DD) scenarios. Obtained results showed that if there is a rapid increase in demand, largest present value was 385310 $ and total produced seedling number was 905262. Realization of slow demand increase has led to reduction of 6658 $ (1.73%) in present value, and 17461 piece in produced seedling number. Materyal ve Yontem: Calismada caplari sirasiyla 3.5 mm ve 4 mm olmak uzere 2 tip vida kullanilmistir. Temin edilen 18 mm kalinligindaki kontrplak TS EN 13446 standardina gore 50 mm x 50 mm boyutlarinda ebatlandirilmistir. Kilavuz deliginin capi, testlerde kullanilan vida capinin %80’i olacak sekilde delme islemi yapildi. Polivinil asetat (PVAc) ve Poliuretan (PU) tutkallari kilavuz deliklerine enjekte edildikten sonra ornek yuzeyine ve kenarina vidalama islemi gerceklestirildi. Orneklerin yarisi 2 saat sure ile suda bekletildikten sonra vida cekme testleri yapildi. Testlerin sonuclari istatistik analiz ile yorumlandi. Sonuclar: Sonuclar incelendiginde kilavuz deligi acilmayan ornekler daha yuksek vida cekme direnci gostermistir. Ayrica yuzeyden uygulanan vida cekme direncinin kenardan uygulanana gore daha yuksek oldugu tespit edilmistir. Tutkal uygulanan kilavuz delikli ornekler incelendiginde Poliuretan (PU) uygulananlarin vida cekme mukavemeti Polivinil asetat (PVAc) uygulananlara gore daha yuksek oldugu belirlenmistir. Suda bekletilmis ornekler incelendiginde daha dusuk vida cekme mukavemeti gostermistir. Ayrica vida capi arttikca vida cekme mukavemetinin arttigi tespit edilmistir. Calisma Alani : Yamac Havzasi, Bingol’un guneyinde yer almakta olup, 78 km2 alan kaplamaktadir. Kuzeyi ile guneyi arasinda yukselti farkinin 1000 m’yi buldugu havzada litoloji aglomera, tuf, konglomera ve kumtasindan olusmaktadir. Yagis miktarinin fazla oldugu inceleme alaninda, bitki ortusu seyrek olup, akarsu yogunlugu yuksektir. Dogal kosullarin elverisli olmasi nedeniyle meydana gelen heyelanlar onemli ekonomik kayiplara yol acmaktadir. Materyal ve Yontem : Bu calismada litoloji, egim, baki, Normalize Fark Bitki Indeksi (NDVI), akarsu aglarina uzaklik ve yamac egriselligi parametreleri kullanilarak Yamac Havzasi icin heyelan duyarlilik analizleri yapilmistir. Indeks metodu kullanilarak olusturulan duyarlilik haritasina gore havzanin kuzeyi, kuzeybatisi ve batisinda heyelan duyarliligi oldukca yuksek olup, Yamac ve Olukpinar koyleri arasinda karayolu duyarliligin yuksek oldugu alandan gecirilmistir. Arastirma vurgulari : Yorede yerlesmeler kurulurken ve yollar yapilirken dogal cevre kosullari dikkate alinmamistir. Bu nedenle heyelanlar her yil onemli ekonomik kayiplara neden olmaktadir. Bu calismada, kompozitlerin uretilmesinde orta yogunluklu lif levhalarin (MDF) atiklari ve yuksek yogunluklu polietilen (YYPE) plastik hammadde kullanilmistir. Calisma alani: odun plastik kompozitlerin yangina karsi direncinin gelistirilmesi. Materyal ve Yontem: Odun plastik kompozitlerin uretilmesi icin lifsel atiklar, HDPE ve bor esasli bilesikler kullanildi. Kompozitlerin uretilmesi icin cift vida ekstruder kullanildi.Uretilen kompozitlerin mekanik termal ve yangin ozellikleri arastirildi. Sonuclar: Bu amacla farkli bor esasli maddeler, sinerjik etkili bilesikler ve maleik anhidrit muamele edilmis polietilen (MAPE) ile uretilen kompozitlerin yangin, termal ve mekanik ozelliklerine olan etkisi incelendi. Elde edilen sonuclara gore yangin geciktiricilerin ve MAPE’nin birlikte kullanildigi kompozitlerin egilme ve cekme direnclerinin yani sira kompozitlerin elastikiyet modulleri belirgin sekilde arttigi anlasilmistir. Bor esasli yanma geciktiriciler ve diger sinerjik etkili bilesikler, kompozitlerin yatay yanma hizini dusurdugu ve oksijen endeksi (LOI) ozelliklerini gelistirdigi anlasilmistir. Area of study: Data collection were carried out within the Zouzounkan forest reserve, located in Southern Benin. Material and Methods: Square plots of 1 ha were considered for the forest inventory in which, geographical coordinates of Isoberlinia individuals were recorded. Ripley’s K function was used to assess the spatial patterns of the species in the forest whereas dendrometric and ecological parameters was computed to analyze the structure of the species populations. Possible impact of topographic units of the forest reserve on dendrometric and spatial patterns of trees was assessed. Main results: The results show that Isoberlinia spp. is more abundant on the hill side than on the top and down hills. Aggregative spatial distribution of trees was found across topographic units with more aggregation on the hill side. However beyond a radius of 8 m aggregation decreased. Furthermore, significant difference was noted on dendrometric patterns of Isoberlinia trees according to topographic unit. {"title":"Evaluation of Some Streamwater Quality Parameters Using with Multiple Statistical Methods in Mature Pinus sylvestris L. Forest Ecosystems","authors":"I. In the data set used in the study, runoff (Q), water temperature (WT), pH, electric conductivity (EC), sodium (Na + ), potassium (K + ), calcium(Ca 2+ ) and magnesium (Mg 2+ ), carbonate (CO 3 2- ), bicarbonate(HCO 3 - ), chloride (Cl - ), sulfate (SO 4 2- ), sodium absorption factor (SAR), and boron (B) concentration results of measurements were present. In the 5 year period between 2003 and 2008, Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and Multiple Regression Analysis (MLR) have been applied to the dataset which was composed of the monthly result of the measurement. PCA were explained to relations between hydrologic and physiochemical parameters and it were examined 6 factor groups created as a result of this examination was generated 90.7% of the whole variance of the data set. According to the results of the analysis, some strong negative relations between the runoff and some other parameters (electric conductivity, sodium, chloride, sulfate, sodium absorption factor, and boron concentration) were found. The runoff has been found as a hydrological parameter working as the key consideration. The estimation method was determined by MLR. The estimation model has been developed among the runoff and those parameters which have strong relations with each other. Cap dagilim modelleri, mescere agac sayisi, gogus yuzeyi ve hacminin cap siniflari duzeyinde elde edilmesine imkân sunmaktadir. Boylece, hem silvikulturel mudahalelerin mescere yapilari uzerine etkisi hem de orman isletmelerinin ekonomik analizi daha detayli yapilabilmektedir. Bu calismada cap dagilimlari uc parametreli Weibull fonksiyonu ile tahmin edilmistir. Weibull fonksiyonuna iliskin parametreler; maksimum olabilirlik ile dagilimin belirli yuzdeliklerini esas alan esitliklere dayanan farkli yontemler kullanilarak tahmin edilmistir. Farkli parametre tahmin yontemlerini karsilastirmak uzere Reynolds hata indeks degerine gore yapilan karsilastirmalarda; %31 ve %63’luk degerlerini esas alan yontem, 2.61 ortalama basari sirasi ile Weibull fonksiyonuna iliskin parametrelerin tahmin edilmesinde en basarili yontem olarak belirlenmistir. Kastamonu Bolgesinde gerceklestirilen bu calismada, farkli arazi kullaniminin bazi toprak ozellikleri, organik karbon ve azot miktarlari ve depolama kapasiteleri uzerine olan etkilerinin arastirilmasi amaclanmistir. Bu amacla, yasli ve genc goknar mescereleri ile bitisigindeki tarim ve mera alanlarin bazi toprak ozellikleri ile karbon ve azot depolama kapasiteleri belirlenmistir. Mineral toprak ornekleri ust (0- 10 cm) ve alt (10-20 cm) olmak uzere iki farkli toprak derinlik kademesinden alinmis olup, sirasiyla bu topraklarda tekstur, su tutma kapasitesi, elektriksel iletkenlik, kirec miktari, organik madde, fosfor (P) ve potasyum (K) konsantrasyonlari yaninda toplam organik karbon ve azot miktarlari analiz edilmistir. Sonuclar incelendiginde, ust toprak kisimlarinda, en dusuk kil, toz, su tutma kapasitesi, pH, P, K ve organik madde miktari ile en yuksek kum miktari tarim alanlari topraklarinda tespit edilmistir. Ust toprak ozelliklerinin cogunlugu yasli veya genc goknar mescerelerinde daha yuksek belirlenmistir. Alt toprak ozellikleri degerlendirildiginde ise, farkli arazi kullanimlari arasinda belirgin bir farklilik tespit edilmemekle beraber, tarim alanlari topraklarinin en yuksek kil, toz ve pH degerlerine, mera alanlari topraklarinin ise en dusuk kil, toz, P ve K miktarina sahip oldugu gorulmustur. Yasli ve genc goknar mescerelerinin ust ve alt topraklari en yuksek organik karbon ve azot miktari ve depolama kapasitesine sahip olurken, bu degerleri mera alanlari ve tarim alanlari izlemistir. Bununla beraber, tum toprak derinligi degerlendirildiginde (0- 20 cm), ortalama toprak organik karbon depolama kapasitesi en yuksek mera alanlarinda (50.2 Mg C ha -1 ), bunu sirasiyla genc goknar mescereleri (48.6 Mg C ha -1 ), yasli goknar mescereleri (47.4 Mg C ha -1 ) ve tarim alanlari (32.3 Mg C ha -1 ) takip etmistir. Akay","doi":"10.17475/kastorman.296910","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.17475/kastorman.296910","url":null,"abstract":"Ulkemizde ormancilikta uretim isleri genellikle yaz aylarinda gerceklestirilmekle birlikte odun hammaddesi ihtiyacinin artmasi, isci ucretlerinin dusuk olmasi, kis aylarinda uretilen odun hammaddelerinin daha kaliteli olmasi ve kar ortusu uzerinde cevresel zararlarinin az olmasi gibi olumlu yonleri dusunuldugunde kis uretimi de yapilabilmektedir. Odun hammaddesi uretim calismalarinin buyuk bir kismi orman koyluleri tarafindan sinirli butceyle gerceklestiginden mekanik uretim araclari (tarim traktoru ve orman traktoru) yeteri kadar kullanilamamaktadir. Bu nedenle daglik arazide bolmeden cikarma calismalari cogunlukla insan gucuyle atarak, tasiyarak ve kaydirarak gerceklestirilmekte olup, bu da ozellikle kis aylarinda iscileri zorlamakta, zaman ve cevresel kayiplara sebep olmaktadir. Ayrica uretilen urunlerde kalite ve kantite kayiplari meydana gelmektedir. Bu calismada Kahramanmaras Orman Bolge Mudurlugu, Goksun Orman Isletme Şefligi sinirlarinda farkli guzergahlarda tasinabilir el vinciyle bolmeden cikarma calismalari verim acisindan degerlendirilmistir. Calisma kapsaminda el vinci ve sentetik halat kullanilarak odun hammaddelerinin kar ortusu uzerinde yamac yukari tasinmasi sirasinda zaman olcumleri gerceklestirilmistir. Olcumler sonucunda, butun guzergahlar icin ortalama verim degerlerinin 0,99 m 3 /saat ile 2,06 m 3 /saat arasinda degistigi belirlenmistir.
