The language here is how to make the construction of the agitator transmission in the Continuou Settling Tank (CST) unit and  how the agitator blade influences the oil content contained in the sludge in the Continuou Settling Tank (CST) unit. The method is carried out with variations in the number of blades that open 2, 4 and 6 pieces. The specifications of the equipment data obtained are primary data resulting from the design of the Continuou Settling Tank (CST) tool. Based on the blade obtained two results the percentage of oil content of 10.85%. This shows that there is still oil content in the mud. Likewise, the blade that found four pieces was 8.678%. While on the blade that got six pieces, the average percentage of oil was 7.652%. Proper storage of rice grains is essential to maintain their quality and quantity. This research aims to develop a smart rice grain storage prototype based on the Internet of Things (IoT) that can monitor temperature, humidity, and light intensity in real-time. The method used is Design-Based Research (DBR), involving six stages: focus, understanding, definition, conception, creation, and testing. The prototype utilizes DHT22 sensors for temperature and humidity, LDR sensors for light intensity, and soil moisture sensors, all integrated with an ESP32 microcontroller. Data collected from the sensors are sent to a cloud-based platform for analysis and early warnings if storage conditions are unsuitable. The results indicate that the prototype effectively monitors storage conditions and provides accurate data. System testing shows that all components function according to specifications. This prototype helps maintain grain quality and reduce damage risk during storage. The use of IoT in grain storage enhances efficiency and reduces farmers' costs. Future research should focus on developing more advanced prototypes with automatic control features and mobile application integration.","PeriodicalId":178088,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Inotera","volume":"112 30","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141820540","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Cocopeat has high lignin and cellulose content and is resistant to bacteria and fungi. The aim of the research was to determine the mechanical characteristics of cocopeat mixtures with various dosage ratios of 20%, 40%, 60% to 80%. Mechanical characteristic testing is carried out by applying a load to specimens that have been made in accordance with ASTM D 638-03 standards. The maximum load given is 980N. The test results show that the highest stress value is found in the 40% cocopeat mixture composition, which is 8.1902 Mpa and the highest elastic modulus is found in the 20% cocopeat mixture composition, which is 13.8x10-3 Gpa, while the lowest tensile stress value is found in the 60% cocopeat mixture. and the lowest modulus of elasticity was found in a composition of 80% cocopeat mixture, namely 5.12 x 10-4 Gpa. Thus, more and more cocopeat powder is added to composite materials made from polyester resin. This causes a decrease in the value of stress and modulus of elasticity.","PeriodicalId":178088,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Inotera","volume":"66 6","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-06-04","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141268234","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The research investigates the precision and accuracy of the measurement system using statistical methods such as Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), Number of Distinct Categories (NDC), and metrics like Total Gauge Repeatability and Reproducibility (GRR), Repeatability, and Reproducibility. Through comprehensive data collection, including multiple appraisers across various trials measured quantitative surveys and qualitative observations, Screw Shaft dimensions and tolerances. The collected data underwent thorough statistical analysis utilizing ANOVA to explore the sources of variation in measurements. The results of the MSA analysis provided critical insights into the measurement system's performance. Repeatability variability (9.97%) and reproducibility variability (3.80%) contribute to a total GRR of 10.67%, indicating an acceptable measurement system. Part-to-part variation emerged as the primary source of variability, emphasizing the importance of addressing part differences in quality control processes. Moreover, ANOVA highlighted the influence of different factors on measurement consistency. Part variations significantly impacted measurement variability, underscoring the need to manage part differences effectively. The assessment of repeatability and reproducibility revealed insights into measurement consistency and reliability. These findings carry significant implications for both industry and education. Understanding the factors affecting measurement variability enables the implementation of corrective measures to enhance product quality and consistency. Additionally, advancements in measurement techniques and quality management practices in Teaching Factory environments contribute to improved product quality and competitiveness in industrial settings. One of the errors in radiotherapy irradiation can occur because the radiation beam that comes out is not in accordance with the planning. Therefore, radiation absorbed dose measurement is needed to carry out as a quality assurance to control the accuracy and suitability of the dose to be received by the patient by following the standards of the Technical Report Series (TRS) 398. This study was conducted at Radiotherapy Installation of RSUD A.W. Sjahranie Samarinda. In the measurement of radiation absorbed dose, the detector was placed in the center of the water phantom with a certain depth and placed in an axis position perpendicular to the radiation source. The detector is not only placed in the axis position, but also placed on the 4 edges of the field with the aim of knowing the effect of the location of the detector on the absorbed dose on the Linac plane. Medium water phantom, Farmer type ionization detector with a depth of 10 cm, and radiation source distance to the phantom surface of 100 cm were applied in this study. The measurement deviation results at the axis position and 4 field edges are 0.01%, 0.06%, 0.03%, 0.05%, and 0.05%. These values are within the tolerance limits written in the IAEA TRS 398 protocol, which is ± 2%.
