This factory has 2 horizontal type sterilizers with a capacity of 40 tons each.  One machine that has a vital role in the production process is the screw press. Based on the results of observations and interviews with the company, it was found that the screw press machine was often damaged in the production process, as a result the production process was stopped and production results were not optimal, besides that the company would also experience losses. The purpose of this research is to measure the performance of the Screw Press Machine at PT Agro Sinergi Nusantara by calculating OEE through 3 main factors, namely Availability Ratio, Performance Effeciency Ratio, and Quality Ratio and determining corrective actions that can improve the performance of the Screw Press machine. The results of the performance analysis on the screw press machine obtained an Availability Ratio value of 84.52%, Performance Effeciency Ratio of 86.68%, Quality Ratio of 100%, and OEE of 73.37%. Based on a comparison with the Word Class Ideal Standard, only the Quality Ratio value meets the standard while the Availability Ratio, Performance Effeciency Ratio, and OEE have not met, meaning that the overall performance of the Screw Press Machine has decreased and has not met the Word Class Ideal Standard and it is necessary to improve the performance of the machine. As a system relying on buoyancy force, several parameters play a crucial role in determining stability. In this study, a one-dimensional numerical model is employed to predict the mass flow rate and stability due to the variation of heated riser and cooled faller locations. The result shows that the highest flow rate of 0.344 kg/s is obtained as the heater is located at the lowest position, while the cooler remains at the top. Hill cipher is an application of modulo arithmetic in cryptography. This cryptography technique uses a square matrix as the key used to carry out encryption and decryption. This cryptographic technique was created with the intention of being able to create ciphers (codes) that cannot be broken using frequency analysis techniques. Hill Cipher does not replace each of the same letters in the plaintext with other letters that are the same in the ciphertext because it uses matrix multiplication as a basis for encryption and decryption. Hill Cipher cryptography is a type of classic cryptography that uses a substitution method by providing random keys and the number is the same as the plaintext. The use of encryption and decryption using the Hill cipher algorithm is to help secure data so that it is not easily falsified or accessed by irresponsible people by changing the original image into a different form where the image is not easy to recognize. One application that can be carried out using the internet of things is garden lighting, especially in big cities, various methods have been used to control the lights automatically but they can only be turned on or off. The solution to this problem is to create an IoT-based Smart Garden LED Strip system. The aim of this research is to design a Smart Garden LED Strip device based on the Internet of Things. This device is designed to facilitate human performance because the LED lights have been programmed so that the LED lights can turn on and off automatically. This research method uses three parts, namely input, output and control. Where the MCU node functions as the controller of the entire circuit, while the RTC sensor functions as input. Researchers carried out tests 7 times to determine the performance of the tool that had been designed. In 7 tests of the Smart Garden LED Strip, the lights turned off at 06.00 in the morning, in 7 tests the lights managed to turn off on time, and at 19.00 at night the lights managed to turn on on time. This research uses the user centered design (UCD) method with stages, namely Specify the context of use, Specify user and organization requirements, Produce design solutions, and Evaluate design against user requirements. As the population increases, the ownership of motorized vehicles using gasoline is also on the rise. This has led to a growth in the construction of fuel stations, which needs to be examined from various aspects, one of which is land suitability. This research aims to identify the distribution of fuel stations, determine the parameters used, and analyze the level of suitability of fuel stations in Bandar Lampung. The spatial data used in this study includes the National Spatial Plan of Bandar Lampung for the period 2021-2041 and the coordinates of fuel stations in Bandar Lampung. Additionally, non-spatial data such as questionnaire results and field validations are also utilized. The methods applied are the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and overlay. Based on the results obtained, there are 33 fuel station scattered across 17 out of 20 districts in Bandar Lampung and there are three districts that do not yet have fuel stations namely Tanjung Karang Barat, Tanjung Karang Timur, and Teluk Betung Barat. The parameters used in this study are four: road function, distance between fuel stations, distance of fuel stations to residential areas, and  areas prone to landslide disasters. The level of suitability of fuel stations is classified into three categories: highly suitable, suitable, and less suitable. Saham portofolio dapat dimodelkan ke dalam model pemrograman kuadratik dengan menggunakan mean variance Markowitz yang dapat diselesaikan dengan menggunakan metode Beale. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari hasil optimal dari portofolio saham. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data saham 10 perusahaan yang membagikan dividen terbesar dalam kategori IDX High Dividend 20 untuk tahun 2022. Terdapat dua portofolio saham yang dipilih. Portofolio saham pertama adalah portofolio saham kovarians negatif dengan perbedaan tingkat return ekspektasi yang jauh berbeda, yaitu portofolio saham PT Astra International Tbk dan PT Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk. Portofolio saham kedua adalah portofolio saham kovarians negatif dengan perbedaan tingkat return ekspektasi yang tidak jauh berbeda yaitu portofolio saham PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk dan PT Mitra Pinasthika Mustika Tbk. Berdasarkan mean variance Markowitz, fungsi tujuan untuk portofolio saham pertama adalah Z=-1,305x_1-9,832x_2-0,137x_1 x_2+0,681x_1^2+2,358x_2^2 dengan batasan x_1+x_2≤100 dan x_1, x_2≥0. Setelah dilakukan perhitungan dengan menggunakan metode Beale, diperoleh tingkat keuntungan yang diharapkan sebesar 3,432% dan risiko sebesar 0,505% dengan proporsi optimal untuk PT Astra International Tbk sebesar 75,063% dan proporsi optimal untuk PT Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk sebesar 24,937%. Selain itu, fungsi tujuan untuk portofolio saham kedua adalah Z=-2,426x_1-2,528x_2-0,292x_1 x_2+0,366x_1^2+0,508x_2^2 dengan kendala x_1+x_2≤100 dan x_1+x_2≥0.
