In order to improve the matching speed and real-time requirements, this paper proposes an image matching algorithm based on ORB and K-means clustering, which can effectively improve the accuracy of image feature point location and the accuracy and efficiency of image feature matching, and reduce the time consumption. In this paper, a method to evaluate the adaptability of current IEC standards facing the future sustainable transportation is proposed. Use cases related to future sustainable transportation were collected first, then all the collected use cases are evaluated and ranked. Important use cases are analyzed and recommendations to the current standardization system can be obtained. The output voltage is continuously adjustable within 750-800V, the output current and the voltage ripple rate are respectively 80A, 1.5%. In order to make the system work stably, this paper designs a closed-loop feedback control system. Final model performance comparing the learning results of the four Recurrent Neural Network models on the same data set, let them make track predictions on the same AIS data, and proved that the model has higher prediction accuracy. Especially after the outbreak of the COVID-19, quarantine makes needs for the Internet and usages of URLs reach an unprecedented level. Unfortunately, not every URL is believable, because some of them can attack your computer, steal your personal information, and even spread computer virus like Trojan. This project designs machine learning algorithms to detect malicious URLs efficiently and protect Internet users from malicious URLs. In this project, the goal is to get a fine-tuned machine learning model, I will first introduce the dataset of URLs which is crucial to train the model. Then I will show the procedure and some findings of my data exploration. After that, I will present the methods including the algorithms and some improvements I make to optimize my model. Finally, I will show the results and the conclusion. To make my models better, I not only apply hyperparameter tuning, but also data resampling and cross validation to the model. The procedure is repeated several times to ensure the stability. In order to evaluate the performance of my models accurately, I adopt multiple methods. After improving the algorithms, by using the F1 score to evaluate performance, the result boosts significantly from original 0.14 to around 0.90. In response to this problem, this paper designs an active wireless network access management model. The model manages the clients in the wireless local area network through the Radius protocol, so as to realize the batch access to a large number of users. After the client completes the data transmission, the wireless access point actively disconnects its connection to release channel resources, and thereby effectively improving the carrying capacity of the wireless network. The algorithm obtains driver's driving data through the OBD terminal, combines the x-axis and y-axis acceleration changes and behavior duration of the vehicle's three-axis acceleration sensor to identify abnormal driving behaviors, establishes a hierarchical driving behavior indicator system and judgment matrix. On this basis, a driving behavior scoring model is established. The model combines the driving data of the driver, takes the proportion of abnormal driving behavior as the evaluation index, and uses the entropy weight method and the analytic hierarchy process to obtain the index weight.
