Most of the published studies are focused on contextualizing and predict a particular economic indicator without considering the current general situation on how non-linear models have been used in predicting some of the economic indicators. This article, has analyzed in the scientific production the artificial intelligence methods mostly used in the development of prediction models of economic indicators. The study was carried out by means of a systematic literature review (SLR) using the Web of Science (WOS), Scopus and Google Scholar bibliographic databases (BD) as resources. The documents and general information analyzed qualitatively are filtered between the range of years 2015 to 2019 to which an adequate set of quality and selection criteria were applied. The approach of the research questions allowed to describe the outcomes in categories where the studies by predicted economic indicator and applied artificial intelligence method have been successfully included. The outcomes that have been obtained in this article represent a starting point for researchers, academics and professionals who wish to carry out studies related to the prediction of economic indicators using some artificial intelligence (AI) methods. In conclusion, some of the artificial intelligence methods used to predict economic indicators are artificial neural networks (ANN), adaptive systems of diffuse neuro inference (ANFIS), genetic programming (GP), support vector regression (SVR), machines extreme learning and other machine learning (ML) techniques.","PeriodicalId":178037,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 6th International Conference on Engineering & MIS 2020","volume":"38 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-09-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133859225","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The most common methods and techniques used for phishing are emails, chats or websites. Furthermore, there are various types of phishing attacks, for instance, spear-phishing and smishing. Many solutions have been proposed to prevent and detect phishing attacks such as users' awareness methods and detection tools. However, phishing still on the top of attacks with a high number of victims. One of the main reasons is the lack of users' knowledge. This could have more severe effects on Arabic users as most of the proposed mitigation solutions have not considered Arabic users. Furthermore, there is an enormous lack of knowledge in computing and security. It is highly likely that they can be victimized using social engineering attacks. This paper presents a framework to protect against phishing attacks by enhancing the users' awareness to detect phishing attacks. The proposed framework has two major components, which are animation videos for training awareness and gamification part to assess the delivered knowledge.","PeriodicalId":178037,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 6th International Conference on Engineering & MIS 2020","volume":"38 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-09-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127674952","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

For most of such systems, the international software quality standards are not applied as part of the software development life cycle. Somehow, this affects the success and sustainability of those systems, and calls for an action to maintain and ensure user satisfaction. This paper proposes a framework derived from the ISO/IEC 9126 quality standard, aimed for measuring and evaluating locally developed software systems, taking into consideration the points of view of both the developers and users of these systems. The proposed framework was implemented as a website.","PeriodicalId":178037,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 6th International Conference on Engineering & MIS 2020","volume":"136 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-09-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130132119","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
