The continuous rising in energy demand is leading to more oil and gas burning and hence more CO2 emission. So, the country should Adopting a viable and effective solution to the electricity sector by mixing the existing energy sources with the renewable energy sources such solar and wind energy. Therefore, centralized PV power plants and wind farm may be considered as renewable and clean source of energy. This paper introduce a comparison feasibility study between 10 MW of PV power plant, wind farm, and fossil fuel plant in Libya. The three alternatives are compared in terms of the capital cost, maintenance cost, fuel cost and the CO2 emission. The merit results are discussed and compared in accordance with economic, sustainability and pollution. Overall, The cost of the centralized PV system is 13.3 million dollar, while the cost of the wind and the fossil fuel power plant are 17.631325 and 12.8 million dollar respectively. There are many R&D focused on increasing the efficiency of Prosthesis hand control by using active and passive techniques. But, the literature is still a missing ring of the information. Hence, this paper aims to respond comparison between the Proportional Integral Derivative controller (PID), Fuzzy logic controller FLC, and Genetic Algorithm Fuzzy Logic Controller (GAFLC) thoroughly the information regarding the parameters. Using artificial intelligence (AI) and intelligent control techniques. The output response with the PID controller was able to meet the requirements during the design, but; The PID system performance time was increased without a significant increase compared with the FLC system. A sudden reaction was produced when the PID controller is used in the industrial hand system. In theory, a high altitude time may be extremely harmful to the patient's finger MP=42.1%. Large overrun is another undesirable control phenomenon in any engineering application, especially when the application is required to apply it to human objects. Therefore, further R&D on these issues has been essential at using FLC and GAFLC, MP=6.4%, MP=4.7%. The recommendations are given that each enterprise, undergoing \"analysis\" and \"auditing\", should estimate its indexes in OHSAS sphere, which may result in excluding the risks of harmful and dangerous factors. Analysis of traumatism and job-related diseases is conducted based on the documents provided by the accountant office, labour-safety department and planning-economic department of the enterprise. For effectiveness of the indexes in OHSAS sphere it is necessary to realize the works on provision of the labour conditions in correspondence to the structured management system acting at the enterprise, as well as in correspondence with the requirements of the Labour Legislation, exclusion of the risks of harmful and dangerous industrial factors, reduction of number of stoppages and expenses on elimination of consequences of the accidents at the job places. Machine learning Techniques (MLTs) are used in many software engineering topics such as fault-proneness, bug severity, and code smell. In this paper we use four internal structure metrics to identify and classify Architecture Technical Debt (ATD) risk by using MLTs. In the field of satellite communications, the lower atmosphere meteorological condition influences the propagation of radio waves. This work concentrates on those aspects in Libyan regions, based on a sixty-year of temperature and humidity data that taken from LIBYAN NATIONAL METEOROLOGICAL CENTER from 1945 to 2007. The study is divided into two parts; firstly is present the main features of the characteristic of tropospheric scintillation. Then study relationships between scintillation and elevation angle with local temperature and humidity for Libyan cities. Secondly, this study focuses on discussed and compared scintillation prediction models. From the results, it is concluded that the scintillation becomes significant when using a very high frequency and a low elevation angle.
