Children, especially babies and toddlers, are prone to skin problems because their immune systems are not fully developed. Developing an application that can help users to be able to diagnose skin diseases in toddlers, especially skin diseases Diaper Rash, Prickly Heat, Chicken Pox, Measles, Eczema, and Impetigo is needed according to needs. This study uses the Forward Chaining inference engine and the Certainty Factor certainty method. The goal is to make an application that can help the experts to get information and solutions about skin diseases in toddlers, as well as to provide accurate presentations about the disease. There are many methods springing up in its use. One of them is the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) as used in this research. The method is used to detect image patterns from the shape of the arrangement of the fingers of one hand as a signal from the identification of the numbers 0 to 9 in SIBI (Indonesian Sign Language System). The problem of the research is that many optimizers emerge in a deep learning method. Therefore, selecting the right optimizer itself is a challenge that can be used as the next reference for input images that do not go through the previous pre-processing stage. The aim of the research is to get the best accuracy score from the comparison of 3 optimizers and their relations to processing time. In the production process at PT X in August 2022, there is a problem related to the level of defects in the cap flip top ∅ 50-8 white snap products which increases and exceeds the regulatory limit (5%), reaching 10% or 65,707 units of the total production of 658,000 units. Based on the problem of the high percentage of defects, it is necessary to carry out a quality control using six sigma to determine the level of defects that occur, to look for factors affecting the highest defects and to provide suggestions for improvements. From the results of the analysis using six sigma, it is found that the highest level of defects, namely the type of black spot defects, is 45,413 pcs with a percentage of 69.11% and the average sigma value obtained is 3,022. Next, the results of the fishbone diagram analysis show that the factors causing black spot defects are machines, materials, humans, media, and methods. The objective is to assist prospective doctors, general practitioners and specialists in diagnosing disorders of the endocrine system like an expert, to provide information quickly, and to create an interactive application that can be easily understood by the users. The expert system is created using the Best-First Search method and using the Forward Chaining technique. The system contains the knowledge of an expert obtained during research at Permata Ibu Hospital and a knowledge base designed to be able to store new diseases. The expert system is developed based on smartphone technology or more specifically Android on the client side, PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) and MySQL base on the server side. The system contains 6 disease data and 10 disease symptom data. It also has been tested and validated by experts and several users. The most common skin cancers in Indonesia is melanoma. Melanoma cases reached 9,6 million in 2018. Skin cancer can be cured with proper and quick treatment. Skin cancer early detection can be done by detection system types of skin cancer based on benign and malignant classes using Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) with</em><em> </em><em>ResNet-152 and AlexNet architecture. The data </em><em>are</em><em> taken from the 2019 International Skin Imaging Collaboration (ISIC) archives. A monitoring system on chili plants designed in the form of the Internet of Things (IoT) is an electronic device that can interact directly with users who use it for monitoring and controlling devices with the help of the internet. The creation of the chili plant monitoring based on the Internet of Things (IoT) can facilitate monitoring activities on chili plants to monitor temperature, humidity and light intensity in real time without having to come to the location of chili planters. This study uses quantitative descriptive research by describing the design of a prototype monitoring system for temperature, humidity and light intensity on chili plants based on IoT and describing the results of measuring temperature, humidity and light intensity on the prototype that has been made by researchers. The results of this prototype design have the main components, namely NodeMCU ESP8266, DHT 22 Sensor and BH1750 Sensor. The results obtained for measuring temperature, humidity and light intensity in this prototype show that the R square value on the DHT sensor for temperature and humidity is 0.949 and 0.870 while for the BH1750 sensor value for light intensity is 0.998. The R square value of the sensor is in the interval 0.80-1.00. The results of the calibration measurement carried out on this prototype are considered very valid. PT XYZ is engaged in manufacturing by producing bodywork for various types of vehicles. The raw materials in the production process are almost 80% iron plate. Further, the company has a problem, namely there are frequent delays in the delivery of raw materials due to mistakes in decision making when selecting a supplier and no further research carried out to determine the order of the right criteria. In this study, researchers use the method of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The purpose of this study is to minimize the occurrence of errors in the selection of supplier and to find out which supplier is appropriate in meeting the company’s raw material needs with predetermined criteria. The results obtained are the order of the best suppliers in meeting the raw material needs of PT XYZ at CV. SB of 42.72%, CV. Kin by 34.14%, and CV.
