To further enhance the URLLC requirements of the smart grid, this paper considers a downlink relay-assisted system to deliver control information. We aim to jointly optimize the bandwidth allocation and transmit power of the source and relay base stations (BS) to maximize the minimum rate of URLLC users. The achievable data rate under the finite blocklength regime is adopted. A convex approximation based iterative algorithm is proposed to solve this problem. With the increasing diversification of users’ requirement and frequent change of the satellite network topology, the diversity and time variability of resources make existing resource allocation strategy not flexible enough, and the algorithm stability is poor. Aiming at solving above problems, this paper proposed a multi-dimensional time-varying resource allocation algorithm based on SGIN. First, the architecture of the resources and services in the SGIN and establish multi-layer structure of SGIN was designed. Moreover, Real-time services waiting queue was extracted from the multi-layer structure, and real-time services and corresponding parameters were collected, which calculated resource demand of services. Then, four resource modules, including resource occupation, remaining resource, reserved resource, and resource request were obtained though analyzing and modeling, which were turned into resource coordinate graph, and finally calculated the resource capacity of each dimension. At the end, this algorithm used different resource allocation methods for different service. Because most devices in URLLC have limited energy resources, energy-efficient design is also a significant topic in URLLC systems. On the other hand, Intelligent reflecting surface (IRS) is a promising alternative to improve system performance due to its well energy-efficiency (EE). It is expected that the IRS can play a key role in URLLC systems. This paper studies a downlink IRS-assisted URLLC system with single user, in which the problem is formulated as an energy-efficiency maximization problem. The optimization problem is non-convex and we propose an algorithm based on successive convex approximation (SCA) and semi-definite relaxation (SDR) techniques to obtain a suboptimal solution of the proposed problem. This implementation contains polyphase filter banks and bi-FFT structure in order to enhance efficiency and overlapped passband in frequency spectrum process to improve accuracy of signal restoration. This algorithm uses sparseness of the weights of the adaptive equalizer in underwater acoustic channel, the weight calculation process of equalizer is transformed into sparse recovery problem. The equalizer filter’s tap is sparsely searched by gradient pursuit algorithm, and the noise is suppressed by introducing l1-norm. Based on the welding process parameters collected in history, this method selects the corresponding data segments of various defect states to train the Hidden Markov Model, and obtains the corresponding state models of various welding defects. Finally, by calculating the matching degree between the real-time working parameters and each state model, the welding quality and welding defects are predicted with high accuracy, so as to control the welding quality and provide reference for the adjustment of welding parameters. Based on signal periodicity, stationary emitters can be located by a single moving sensor with only one antenna. By exploiting the time difference of arrival between received signals at different trajectory points, the location of a non-cooperative emitter can be jointly estimated with its signal period. Since the time difference of arrival should be estimated before localization, this method, which is also known as two-step method, has poor performance at low signal-to-noise ratio. By grouping the conjugate products of signals received at different trajectory points, the well-known direct position determination method is extended to the field of single sensor emitter geolocation. The proposed method estimates the emitter position directly from the received signal, which reduces the information loss from time difference of arrival estimation to position estimation. To remove the intricate motion blur in the images, recently deep learning-based methods perform latent clean image recovery without the need of knowing the blur kernel explicitly. Unlike conventional blind deblurring methods that assume the blur to be spatially invariant across the image. However, simply stacking convolution layers in deep multi-scale networks does not guarantee the complete removal of motion blur in the images and may lead to a poor performance for blind image deblurring task. Thus, we propose a GAN-based approach for single image blind motion deblurring task in an end-to-end manner, for simplicity its called DeblurFusedGAN (DFGAN). The proposed method improves the performance for image deblurring task by fusing the light-weight attention (LSA) mechanism and gradient-based filters in the generator network. Measurements from a set of twelve data stations along the river is used in various configuration to test the potential improvement in predictive efficiency from incorporation of a network of sensors. The forecast system is based on combining the discrete wavelet transform with the well-established feed forward non-linear auto regressive design multilayer perceptron artificial neural network. These networks, referred to as neurowavelets, are able to improve predictive ability. The novel neurowavelet system is capable of processing multiple external inputs with separate selection of wavelet family and resolution. Improved performance and stability is gained through an evolutionary genetic algorithm applied to the backpropagation training process combined with the use of ensemble learning. The system is tested both with and without performing multiresolution analysis of the inputs and a clear advantage is seen when introducing the wavelet decomposition. In our previous efforts, we have tried fold, translation & scale on arctangent function & sigmoid function respectively, which brings good results. In this paper, we do the same to obtain a variant of Hyperbolic Sine Function. Both Bifurcation Diagram & Lyapunov Exponent Spectrum manifest that the new mapping possesses wonderful chaotic properties. Then, a pseudorandom bit generator is designed based on it. Pseudorandom tests demonstrate that the generator is much better than our previous ones.
