The problem is solved by predicting the diagnosed parameters of the power elements and preemptive control actions on the control system of the electric drive and the organization of maintenance and repair. The task is to find ways to improve the efficiency of the compressor driving motor by reducing energy consumption. A mathematical apparatus for determining the load torque of an electric drive of a compressor of a ship refrigeration unit has been developed. Using the parameters of the existing compressor, the value of the mechanical load on the shaft is determined, and a diagram of the moment of resistance of the electric drive shaft is plotted. The degree of torque pulsations on the shaft is estimated. It is determined that the compressor has large amplitude of torque pulsations on the shaft, which, in its turn, effects the value of the current pulsations in the electric drive. The research was carried out at several voltage classes of one substation - open type high-voltage switchgear 150, 110, 35 kV and 6 kV indoor switchgear. Usually, the energy supplying organization is automatically recognized as the culprit of electricity quality distortions. However, this article shows the results of experiments at the operating substation, confirming that the sources of power quality distortion are exclusively on the side of 6kV. There are forms depending on the processing direction and invariant to it. A mathematical description is proposed in matrix form. The division of space-frequency plane for various processing options is presented for a one-dimensional signal. All main variants are considered. A variant of designing an intelligent interlocking system for switching devices using digital technologies is considered. A special feature of the system is the use of inductive sensors for switching devices in place of unreliable contacts of the disconnectors. The use of specialized controllers and digital information exchange between them allows improving the information perfection of the system, reducing the overall length of the electromagnetic interlocking cable network on the substation and reducing the cost of its operation. The aim of the study is to determine energy system optimal structure and its economic efficiency. The energy system contains photovoltaic modules, solar collectors for the solar heating system, storage batteries, a diesel power plant, a pellet-fueled boiler house, a biomass gasification mini-CHP operating on wood chips. A biomass gasification mini-CHP is used to cover the solar energy sources generation deficit, as well as to effectively replace expensive diesel generators. The paper considers two variants of mini-CHPs, differing in the cost of the gasifier. The mathematical model REM-2 (Renewable Energy Model) applied for calculations does not require an analysis of the structure options and the preliminary specification of the algorithm for switching energy flows between energy sources, consumers, and the battery. Optimal operating conditions are determined on the basis of GAMS (General Algebraic Modeling System) algorithms, taking into account the random nature of solar energy and the variability of energy consumption. The optimal structure of the system (installed capacity of energy sources and battery capacity) is determined, dynamics of energy production in summer and winter periods is investigated. The problem is reduced to an identification of local (invariable in space) heat transfer coefficients on the pipeline inner surface by measuring temperature on the external tube area. Determination of local heat transfer parameters values is realized by solving an inverse heat conduction problem based on methodology of the optimal control of an object with distributed parameters. Parameterization of the sought characteristics regarded as the control action leads to the parameter optimization problem, which solution is based on the special method that takes into consideration the alternance features of the sought optimal decisions. Minimization of the temperature discrepancy error in the uniform metric of estimation is implemented on the basis of the parameterization of the identifiable characteristic considered as a control action. Structural diagrams of the power amplifier are presented. In the article the following problems are solved: synthesis of the structure of power rectifiers; mathematical simulation of the thermal modes of control boards using the finite element method; analysis of research results and development of recommendations. The proposed detailed thermal model of power circuits has allowed to consider the sections on control boards and power plants with local overheating, and this allows in each specific case to develop specific recommendations for the manufacture of coolers. Thus, for the objects of vibrating installations at PAO ChTPZ (Chelyabinsk), a power module for controlling a power vibration unit has been developed and introduced, the specific weight and dimensions parameters of which have been improved by approximately 20% and this task was solved at the expense of changing the configuration of the radiator part of the power unit. It was determined that for the symmetrical distribution of the load current power amplifiers with an analog principle of converting an electrical signal are advisable to implement by a modular principle. To work with different load resistances, the choice of operating mode is used, which also allows to reduce the power output and the overall dimensions of the construction.
