Solid State Voltage Regulators Influence on Power Flows Redistribution in Smart Grids 6-20 kV

Abstract

In the article approaches of construction of medium voltage networks with sources of distributed generation are described. A new method for constructing 6–20 kV multi-circuit networks - a hexagonal configuration network is proposed. The analysis and classification of power flow control devices has been carried out. Dependences of redistribution of power flows on electrical characteristics are considered.
